Abstract

Salah satu tantangan utama dalam pengendalian HIV adalah rendahnya kepatuhan Orang dengan HIV (ODHIV) dalam mengonsumsi terapi antiretroviral (ARV). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan kepatuhan mengonsumsi ARV pada ODHIV melalui pendekatan systematic review dengan pedoman PRISMA. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada periode Maret hingga Juli 2025 melalui database PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci “arv AND adherence AND social support”. Kriteria inklusi meliputi artikel penelitian asli dengan subjek ODHIV, tersedia dalam teks lengkap secara gratis, dan membahas hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan kepatuhan ARV. Artikel yang berbayar, berbentuk review, komentar, atau laporan yang tidak lengkap dikecualikan dari analisis. Dari 21.205 artikel yang ditemukan, 10 artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Enam dari sepuluh artikel menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan kepatuhan ARV. Bentuk dukungan sosial yang ditemukan mencakup dukungan keluarga, teman sebaya, kelompok dukungan, dan Pendamping Minum Obat (PMO). Pengungkapan status HIV dan kepuasan terhadap layanan kesehatan turut memperkuat efek dukungan sosial. Kesimpulan: Dukungan sosial memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan ARV. Diperlukan penguatan intervensi berbasis komunitas yang melibatkan keluarga dan teman sebaya sebagai bagian dari strategi pengendalian HIV yang berkelanjutan dan partisipatif.

Abstract

The changing role of teachers as creative and innovative facilitators in solving problems in learning is a challenge for teachers who don't yet have good digital skills. Moreover, it is a challenging problem for the teachers who must dedicate to educate students in non-formal educational institutions that have limited digital learning facilities that support learning, such as the Tutoring Studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Students' conditions are very diverse with complex socio-cultural problems. This has implications for the lack of technology integration in learning. Therefore, the aim of the community service activities carried out at the Kampung Baru and Kepong Tutoring Studio is to strengthen the digital literacy of teachers and students through the use of technology in content-differentiated holistic learning. The methods for implementing service activities consist of measuring teacher competency and student abilities, socialization of learning technology, training in the preparation and digitization of electronic learning devices, content-based holistic learning with digital teacher teaching materials, as well as evaluation regarding the impact of activities on the digital literacy abilities of teachers and students. The evaluation results show that there has been an increase in the digital literacy skills of teachers and students after implementing the results of teacher training in student learning. Teachers' ability to apply their functional skills to digital devices can be seen in the preparation of several learning tools such as simple worksheets. Likewise, students already have good technical skills in accessing, understanding, and using information from various digital sources. Beside that, students can also choose important and more critical information when using their smartphones to support their learning process because the teacher's digital teaching materials are presented in a more interesting way.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap sangat penting dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan anak. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor determinan kepatuhan ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak di Desa Kajhu Kecamatan Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia >12 bulan sebanyak 185 orang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah lembar kuesioner, dan  data dianalisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: Uji Chi-square menunjukkan ada hubungan pengetahuan (p-value 0,000), sikap (p-value 0,000), dukungan keluarga (p-value 0,000), dan dukungan petugas kesehatan (p-value 0,001) dengan kepatuhan ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak. Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga dan dukungan petugas kesehatan merupakan faktor determinan kepatuhan ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak. Diperlukan upaya khususnya dari pemangku kebijakan untuk meningkatkan informasi kesehatan kepada ibu seperti manfaat dan pentingnya imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak.

Abstract

This study is to investigate the effects of social media-based interventions on public health behavior, especially with regard to eating patterns, smoking behaviors, and good lifestyles.  Strict selection criteria were used to guarantee the relevance and quality of the 375 papers from the Garuda site, therefore gathering research data through a systematic literature evaluation.  Five papers from the selection fit the requirements for additional investigation.  The study technique addresses the reach, efficacy, and degree of usage of social media-based treatments by means of a methodical review and meta-analysis methodology. Studies reveal that social media is really helpful in raising public health awareness, attitudes, and behavior.  While Line is more successful than Instagram in increasing knowledge of the risks of electronic cigarettes, WhatsApp-based counseling greatly enhances clean and healthy living practices. This study helps legislators and social media-based providers of health programs to improve the success of health promotion by offering direction.  By means of better social media usage techniques, interventions can reach a larger community and have a more homogeneous effect on enhancing public health.

Abstract

Anaemia among women of reproductive age remains a public health concern because it may affect preconception readiness, pregnancy outcomes, and maternal and fetal health. Prospective brides are a strategic group for receiving anaemia education before pregnancy. This study aimed to analyse the need for digital video-based anaemia education among prospective brides attending premarital health services at public health centres in Bengkalis District. This preliminary study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a needs assessment design. The study was conducted in January 2026 and involved 30 prospective brides selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with yes/no responses covering basic knowledge of anaemia, reproductive and pregnancy-related impacts, prevention efforts, previous information sources, perceptions of anaemia as a premarital health issue, educational needs, perceptions of digital media, feasibility of video media, media availability, and willingness to receive digital video-based education. Data were analysed descriptively using frequencies and percentages. The need percentage was calculated by dividing the total number of “yes” responses by the total responses across all subitems. The results showed that 94.42% of responses were “yes” and 5.58% were “no”. Most respondents were aged 20–25 years and had an undergraduate educational background. These findings indicate high acceptance and perceived need for digital video-based anaemia education as an initial basis for developing premarital educational media. However, this study did not evaluate the effectiveness of the media in improving knowledge, attitudes, or preventive behaviour
