Abstract

A hospital or clinic health is one organization that provides service examination for a sick man. Medical rolling is note or history about disease history ever suffered in by patients who shall contain data about the date of the examination, physician who, silvana diagnose, and medicine was given. Along with the progress of the times and public knowledge about health services especially the need for information, to achieve a service good health, a hospital or clinic must be supported by the system qualified capable of regulating and manage data for source of information. A hospital or clinic requires the existence of a system precise information and reliable. The existing system is still done conventionally or paper, still use media from data management patients medic, rolling payment transaction until making reports, needed at a particular period allowing unfolding process occurring at the time of registration, errors in lacking accurate report made and delay in search of the data needed. The design program is the best solution to resolve questions that were at this clinic. With the design information systems rolling expected to ease medical officer in performing its duties with more effective and efficient compared with the previous system for increasing, productivity health services work in achieving excellence.

Abstract

Advances in information technology are increasing over time, the use of the internet has become a daily thing that is often done. All kinds of activities that take place every day some use an internet connection for the process. PT Neptus Teknologi Indonesia currently needs protection for the company's website to improve performance and avoid hacker attacks. Website security protection using Cloud Web Application Firewall (WAF) at PT Neptus Teknologi Indonesia is used to improve website performance which is not currently implemented. Currently, the performance of the company's website still gets insufficient marks in the criteria for a good website in testing using Pingdom Tools and GTMetrix and is not yet protected for security. The stages carried out start from making observations, preparing tools and materials, determining testing tools, installing and configuring the Cloud Web Application Firewall WAF and carrying out testing and data analysis. The results of the analysis that has been carried out show that the use of Cloud Web Application Firewall (WAF) for the performance of the neptus.co.id website is very beneficial because implementing cloud WAF can change the performance load and prevent attacks from hackers

Abstract

DNA markers and Multiplex-PCR have emerged as methods for species detection in processed meat products. The primary objective of this study is to design multiplex primer sequences for pork, rat, beef, and chicken, generating distinguishable amplicons through agarose gel electrophoresis for halal detection in processed meat products. Primer design involved utilizing mitochondrial genomic data and the NCBI-Primer BLAST site to obtain specific pork and beef primer sequences. In silico simulations, including single and multiplex-PCR, were conducted using Primer Pooler. In vitro validation encompassed Single-PCR and Multiplex-PCR annealing temperature optimization, using samples of chicken, beef, pork, and rat as well as processed meat products like meatballs, sausages, and nuggets. In vitro validation demonstrated that the halal marker gene's multiplex primer efficiently amplified the target sequence, specifically at the optimal annealing temperature of 58°C. Amplicons from beef (1,217 bp), pork (860 bp), rat (622 bp), and chicken (272 bp) primers could be distinguished on a 1.5% agarose gel. The study's results can aid in cost-effective and rapid halal testing and authentication of processed meat products, offering advantages over PCR with a single primer.

Abstract

Online sales are growing along with the increasing number and ease of access to E-commerce platforms, but in online transactions, product information is generally only presented in the form of specifications and images, the accuracy of which cannot always be ensured. Based on one of the journals obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia reaches 64.2 million businesses. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the two methods, namely K-Nearest Neighbor and Naive Bayes in classifying the success of online sales in South Tangerang City, and comparing the results of the two methods using the Rapid Miner application. The dataset used in this research is an online sales business actor totaling 120 MSME actor data. The results of this study show that K-Neirest Neighbor has a performance of 89.26% while Naive Bayes is 90.91%, so the k-Neirest Neighbor method has the best performance and is able to classify the success of online sales and is able to help increase the economy of citizens besides that it also increases the attractiveness of young people to entrepreneurship and creates new jobs in South Tangerang City.

Abstract

Bravo-PUPR application problems are caused by many factors, inaccurate data, inadequate integration, technical infrastructure and high process complexity. In addition, inconsistencies between organizational values and digital innovation, lack of training, weak coordination, and external support are also obstacles to the success of such e-government. To find the success rate of the Bravo-PUPR application, we used the ITPOSMO model to assess the gaps between the designs realized in the application. Of the 39,308 employees in the population used for the study, only 100 met the criteria to be selected using the Purpose Sampling technique. Quantitative data analysis is used, primarily to test for gaps. As a result, the Other Resource dimension received the lowest GAP score, which was 0.09. In addition, Staffing and Skills dimension received a score of 0.76, Objective and value obtained a score of 1.17, Technology obtained a score of 1.61, Information obtained a score of 1.69, and Management and Structure obtained a score of 1.82. The highest GAP score in the Process dimension is 2.44. This score is obtained based on the calculation of the overall assessment table. The project may have been successful due to its overall rating of 9.58, which ranges from 0 to 14.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan formulasi terbaik dengan menggunakan ikan asin dan ikan lele sebagai bahan utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Mixture Design dengan software Design Expert (DX) 10 ®yang digunakan dalam melakukan optimasi formula. Formulasi optimum sala lauak diperoleh pada perbandingan ikan asin : ikan lele 60% : 40% yaitu kadar air 41.164%, kadar abu 2.002%, kadar protein 7.361%, kadar lemak 20.621% dan kadar karbohidrat33.213%.

Abstract

This study has directions to find out the factors that influence consumer decisions to purchase packaged cooking oil and bulk cooking oil in the Kelurahan Sepancar Lawang Kulon. This research method was carried out using a quantitative method where the research used binary logistic regression analysis. The data were obtained by interviewing the respondents in the sample using a questionnaire as a data collection tool that had been prepared beforehand. The results of this study are the factors that have a significant influence on consumer decisions on purchasing packaged cooking oil, namely the education variable (X2), income variable (X3), environmental influence variable (X5) and product quality variable (X6). Meanwhile, the variable price (X1) and the number of family members (X4) have no significant effect on the consumer's decision to purchase packaged cooking oil and bulk cooking oil.

Abstract

Kombucha is a tea-based fermented drink that contains various bioactive compounds that are beneficial to health. The innovation was carried out by adding white turmeric (Curcuma mangga Val.), which is rich in antioxidants from curcuminoid compounds. This study aimed to evaluate the physical characteristics (thickness and weight of SCOBY), chemical (pH, Antioxidant Activity, Acetic Acid, Alcohol) and microbiological (AAB and yeast). This study used a Non-Factorial Complete Random Design, with 1% tea treatment, 0.5% Tea + 0.5% White Turmeric and 1% White Turmeric. The results of this study showed that kombucha that had been fermented for 14 days with the highest concentration of white turmeric addition of 1% had a SCOBY thickness and weight of 2.23 mm and 35.58 g, respectively. The IC50 value in the treatment of 1% white turmeric kombucha was 290.40 μg/mL. The 1% white turmeric kombucha also has a pH value of 3.5, acetic acid 0.29%, and 0.21% alcohol that has met standards based on Kombucha Brewers International. In addition, 1% white turmeric kombucha has AAB of log 3.69 CFU/ml and log 3.63 CFU/ml of yeast. This research still has the potential to be further developed, especially kombucha drinks as functional foods.

Abstract

Dalam konteks pendidikan anak tunarungu, Bimbingan Konseling (BK) memegang peranan penting sebagai salah satu layanan pendukung yang membantu anak mengatasi hambatan komunikasi serta mengembangkan potensi diri secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas layanan bimbingan karir dengan media ecoprint dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak tunarungu kelas 10B di SLB Negeri Kota Tegal. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media ecoprint bisa untuk meningkatkan keterampilan anak-tunarungu di SLB Negeri Kota Tegal. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya melatih keterampilan motorik dan konsentrasi siswa, tetapi juga membangkitkan kreativitas serta membuka peluang untuk pengembangan diri dan kemandirian. Melalui aktivitas ini, siswa tunarungu dapat mengekspresikan diri secara visual, membangun rasa percaya diri, serta memperoleh bekal keterampilan hidup yang aplikatif. Siswa tunarungu mampu menunjukkan perkembangan kreativitas dalam bentuk ide-ide desain yang lebih beragam dan keberanian memadukan warna

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan pendidikan dasar dan pra-sekolah, yaitu SD Muhammadiyah dan TK ABA yang berlokasi di wilayah Kabupaten Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pemilihan lokasi didasarkan pada kepadatan penduduk dengan aktivitas pendidikan yang tinggi serta tingginya peredaran jajanan kaki lima yang dikonsumsi oleh anak-anak sekolah, salah satunya yaitu bakso tusuk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adanya formalin dan boraks pada produk bakso tusuk yang dijajakan di sekitar area SD Muhammadiyah dan TK ABA yang berada di wilayah Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode uji laboratorium, serta teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode cluster random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat terhadap 25 sampel bakso tusuk yang diperoleh dari 10 kecamatan dan 2 institusi pendidikan (SD Muhammadiyah dan TK ABA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh sampel mengandung formalin, sedangkan tidak ditemukan kandungan boraks pada seluruh sampel. Distribusi sampel positif formalin tertinggi ditemukan di Kecamatan Kotagede (20%), diikuti Mergangsan (16%), serta Tegalrejo, Mantrijeron, dan Wirobrajan (masing-masing 12%). Kecamatan lainnya menyumbang 1-2 sampel (4-8%). Sebanyak 68% sampel positif formalin berasal dari SD Muhammadiyah dan 32% dari TK ABA. Kesimpulannya, seluruh sampel yang diuji terbukti mengandung formalin, sementara tidak ditemukan adanya kandungan boraks pada seluruh sampel yang diteliti.
