Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan platform Educaplay dalam evaluasi pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SD IT) Mutiara Global Pekanbaru. Platform Educaplay digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi pembelajaran dengan cara menyajikan berbagai jenis soal berbentuk games interaktif yang dapat menarik perhatian dan memotivasi siswa. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan dokumentasi, wawancara dengan guru, serta observasi langsung terkait penggunaan Educaplay dalam evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Educaplay dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses evaluasi karena soal-soal yang disajikan lebih variatif dan menyenangkan. Selain itu, platform ini juga memberikan umpan balik langsung kepada siswa yang membantu dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam penggunaannya, seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan Educaplay dalam evaluasi pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di SD IT Mutiara Global Pekanbaru terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas evaluasi dan membantu siswa memahami materi pembelajaran dengan cara yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Abstract

This study aims to determine the content creator phenomenon in the era of globalization 5.0 and see what benefits it brings to companies. In this study, several informants were used who were considered very capable in providinginformation about creator content in today's digital era. The research method used is qualitative with the phenomenological approach of Alferd Schutz. The way to collect data in this research is by way of interviews, observationand literature review. The results of this study are to describe the phenomenon of creator content in the digital 5.0 era which shows that in the current digital era there have been many new changes. These changes open up opportunities for users to try new things and be open to the outside world. Many people today are starting to open up to new things and slowly adjust to the development of existing technology. The digital era, provides convenience and human facilities to carry out activities or mobilize in everyday life. Being a content creator can be done as a side job. Being a content creatormeans being able to work anywhere and anytime. Content creators have the freedom to create a persona or discuss any topic they want. Content creators can provide new information and or facts to the public. The benefit of content creatorsfor companies is to brand the company so that it can be recognized by the wider community. Therefore the use of digitalmedia in the 5.0 era is expected to be able to make good use of it and be able to produce through digital media.

Abstract

This study discusses the cultural and religious marketing of Maudu Lompoa in Cikoang, Takalar Regency. This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between the Maudu Lompoa celebration and social engagement and marketing concepts used in preserving cultural and religious tourism based on local wisdom in Takalar Regency. In addition, this research is also to find out the promotional designs offered to preserve cultural and religious tourism based on local wisdom inTakalar Regency. This research gives the result that Maudu Lompoa's marketing design emphasizes promotion through social engagement as the main target in the promotion. Where there are local wisdom values that are so strong. One of the efforts to optimize the potential for cultural and religious tourism is by implementing a promotional strategy. Promotion is a one-way flow of information or persuasion made to direct a person or the general public to an action that creates an exchange in marketing. Promotion has an important role in tourism development, because promotion is an attempt to communicate tourism potential to the target market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to have an in-depth analysis of the relationship between Talent Management and Organizational Performance. As well as knowing in detail the role of political skills in the organization. A quantitative approach was used in this study. The data for this study were collected from PT Bank Sulselbar through a survey method via a questionnaire, sampling using porpusive sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), with tools (SPSS) which will provide clear results using validity and reliability testing, data normality test and classical assumption test. The results are in the positive direction and meet the research objectives, which reveal that there is a positive relationship between talent management and subsequent organizational performance, Political skills moderate the relationship between talent management and organizational performance.

Abstract

Manufacturing companies in Batam City experienced many bankruptcy of oil and gas companies, shipyard and services. PT Citra Tubindo, Tbk is one of the manufacturing companies located in the metal sub sector and other types listed on the Stock Exchange which are affected by the economic development in Batam City, which caused the decline in financial performance and financial distress. This study aims to predict bankruptcy in PT Citra Tubindo company, using the Altman Z-Score method. This method uses financial statements to be analyzed using variables from Z-Score. The analytical technique used is the prediction model of bankruptcy Altman Z-score. Using five variables representing liquidity ratios (X1), profitability (X2) and (X3), activity (X4) and (X5). With scoring criteria Z Score> 2.99 is categorized as a healthy company. 1.81 <Z-Score <2.99 is categorized as vulnerable so the possibility of rescue and possibly bankrupt is as great as it depends on the decision of the company management policy as the decision maker. Z-Score <1.81 is categorized as a company that has a very large financial difficulties and high risk so that the possibility of bankruptcy is very large. The results showed that PT Citra Tubindo has Z-score value in 2016 potentially prone to bankruptcy. It means that it is difficult to decide whether the company will go bankrupt or not. While in 2015 and 2017 the company potentially bankrupt .PT Citra Tubindo, Tbk has an unfavorable financial performance and needs to make improvements by improving financial liquidity ratio, profitability and activity.

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of developing tarkib (grammatical structure) and vocabulary evaluation instruments in learning Arabic, which is a crucial aspect in understanding and composing meaningful sentences. Tarkib learning includes exercises in underlining fi'il and fa'il, converting ismiyyah sentences to fi'liyah numbers, filling in blanks and selecting answers in parentheses, completing sentences, identifying the type of amount. Vocabulary learning includes practice in pronouncing vocabulary according to pictures, writing vocabulary based on pictures and filling in blank sentences. This article also outlines the different levels of mastery of tarkib, from beginner to advanced. It is emphasized that effective and adaptive evaluation instruments are needed to measure students' abilities objectively, so as to improve students' linguistic competence and logical thinking skills.

Abstract

The evaluation of textbooks is a strategic step to ensure the alignment of instructional materials with curricular goals and the needs of learners. In the context of teaching Arabic at the university level, writing skills (mahārah kitābah) are an essential component in shaping productive and communicative language abilities. This study aims to evaluate the representation and development of writing skills in the Arabic Language Book Marhalah Three, published by the Language Center of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau in 2018. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a document analysis method. Data were collected through content analysis of the textbook using a foreign language textbook evaluation rubric, which includes aspects such as content, instructional approach, and the suitability of the material to students' competencies. The findings indicate that although the book is organized with a systematic instructional structure and thematically relevant content, the development of writing skills is still primarily based on a structural approach and lacks diverse, communicative exercises. These findings suggest the need for improvement in the textbook by integrating communicative, integrative, and contextual approaches in order to enhance the effectiveness of mahārah kitābah instruction in higher education settings.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of performance allowances and performance discipline on employee performance. The population in this study was 120 ASN employees at the Regional Secretariat of Demak Regency. The sample size was 55 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression.The research results show that performance allowances influence employee performance at the Demak Regency Regional Secretariat. The better the benefits provided, the better the employee's performance. Work discipline influences employee performance at the Demak Regency Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the local fashion industry, particularly footwear, demands companies like Aerostreet to enhance competitiveness through product innovation and effective marketing strategies. This paper analyzes how product design, product quality, and advertising creativity affect Aerostreet product purchase decisions in Batam City. Using a quantitative approach and data from 204 purposively selected consumers, the study applies multiple linear regression with SPSS 29. Results confirm that all three variables significantly influence consumer decisions, both independently and jointly. An adjusted R² score of 48.8% indicates strong explanatory power over consumer purchasing behavior. These findings suggest that a combination of attractive design, good quality, and creative advertising is crucial in encouraging consumers to purchase Aerostreet products

Abstract

Increasing competition in the e-commerce industry requires companies to continuously improve the quality of service in order to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is an important indicator of an organization's success, as it directly affects customer loyalty and long-term business sustainability. This study aims to analyze the influence of delivery timeliness, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), and trust on customer satisfaction on Blibli.com e-commerce platforms. This study adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through the survey method by distributing a structured questionnaire to active users Blibli.com who met the predetermined research criteria. Data analysis was carried out using inferential statistical techniques to examine partial and simultaneous effects among the research variables. The results showed that delivery timeliness, E-WOM, and trust each had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction when partially tested. In addition, these three independent variables simultaneously show a significant influence on customer satisfaction. These findings suggest that ensuring on-time delivery performance, effectively managing online consumer reviews and information, and strengthening customer trust are strategic factors that should be prioritized by Blibli.com to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen competitiveness in the highly dynamic e-commerce industry.
