Abstract

Literature reviews on spiritual leadership lack research, particularly those conducted in the school context between 2020 and 2024. This article explores and reviews the theory and practices of spiritual leadership in schools. The articles used in this literature review were obtained through Google Scholar by entering the keywords "spiritual leadership," "principal leadership," and "school”, with 10 articles selected for further analysis relevant to the key words.  Based on the literature review results, theoretically, in a school context, spiritual leadership can be defined as a model of leadership that intrinsically motivates followers to cultivate vision, hope/faith, and altruistic love that enable followers, including teachers, to enhance their psychological well-being. Practically, (1) teachers' professional well-being is positively impacted by spiritual leadership; (2) principals' performance, students' accomplishments, or academic success are positively impacted by spiritual leadership; (3) organizational citizen behaviors are positively impacted by spiritual leadership. Due to its important impacts, spiritual leadership needs further research to get empirical data in the school context.

Abstract

The task of supervisors in running the supervision on standard process includes the coordinator, consultant, leader of the group, the evaluators. Object of supervision is the standard process of learning the Arabic language. That process is a national standard relating to the implementation of learning in the educational unit to achieve competency standards. These activities include planning, implementation, assessment, and supervision.This mini research found that supervision in the implementation of the standard process of learning Arabic in MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung run well and achieved the goals that are being formulated

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilasanakan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui Peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Meningkatkan Akhlak melalui Pendidikan Karakter Mahasiswa Universitas Lampung. penelitian ini dilasanaan pda tanggal 23 juni samapai 27 Oktober 2025, subjek penelitian inn adalah mahasiswa pendiidkan ekonomi dan PGSD FKIP Universitas Lampung. Pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui pengamatan atau observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data menggunakan reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan, sehingga hasil Pengembangan SDM dalam Meningkatkan Akhlak melalui Pendidikan Karakter Mahasiswa Universitas Lampung, sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip akhlak mahmudah yang mencakup sifat-sifat seperti Al-Amanah (kejujuran) merupakan sifat dasar yang mencerminkan kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kepercayaan mahasiswa yang amanah selalu menjaga integritas akademik dan moral dalam setiap aktivitas,menjaga rahasia, menepati janji, dan tidak menyalahgunakan kepercayaan. Lalu Al-Wafa merupakan profesionalisme, integritas, dan disiplin moral mahasiswa yang memegang teguh janjinya dan menghormati komitmen yang telah dibuat.selanjutnya Al-Sobru merupakan keteguhan hati dalam menghadapi kesulitan, cobaan, dan proses panjang menuju keberhasilan dalam menghadapi tekanan akademik, sosial, dan emosional sehingga mahasiswa tetap fokus, tidak mudah menyerah, dan bijak dalam menyikapi kegagalan atau perbedaan pendapat.selanjutnya Al-Rahmah (kasih sayang) merupakan rasa empati, kepedulian, dan keinginan untuk menebar kebaikan kepada sesama sehingga menciptakan atmosfer yang harmonis dan saling mendukung, memperkuat solidaritas dan kepekaan sosial mahasiswa. Terahir Al-Ikha (persaudaraan).merupaan hubungan persaudaraan yang tulus di antara sesama mahasiswa tanpa memandang latar belakang, suku, agama, atau status sosial. Sifat ini menumbuhkan rasa persatuan dan kebersamaan, serta mendorong terciptanya lingkungan kampus yang inklusif dan kolaboratif. Terimakasih kepada semua piha yang telah mendukung terselenggaranya penelitian ini yaitu kepada Universitas lampung melaalui LPPM dan mahasiswa Universitas Lampung dan SDN Bumi waras Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The performance of qualified and professional teachers is one of the key factors for success in school learning. The better the teacher's performance, the better the quality of educational services. There are many factors that influence teacher performance. One of them is the leadership of the school principal. Among the various styles of school principal leadership, this article focuses on analyzing the influence of situational leadership of school principals on teacher performance, which has so far received little attention from researchers. This research uses a literature review method, where data is collected through articles from 2014 to 2023. A total of 14 articles were collected through Google Scholar. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership of school principals on teacher performance. This article is expected to be a reference for further research from a theoretical aspect, namely to increase knowledge about the influence of situational leadership of school principals on teacher performance.

Abstract

Islamic-Based Leadership in Education: A Literature Review. From an Islamic perspective, leadership issues receive considerable attention, because in Islam leadership is considered the most important instrument for the realization of an ideal society. Objectives: This article aims to examine the urgency of leadership in Islam, the concept of Islamic-based leadership in education and the implementation of Islamic-based leadership in education from various literature. Methods: This article uses a literature review method to find answers to scientific questions posed to help achieve the article's objectives by searching databases from Google Scholar and ScienceDirect with literature for the last 10 years regarding Islamic-based leadership, resulting in 27 international and national articles. Findings: The research results show that leadership is an important element in the core of Islam. Islam has provided special guidelines for selecting leaders and guiding leaders so that they can carry out their mandate to achieve the blessing of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. Islamic leadership is leadership based on the Al-Qur’an and hadith. In its implementation in education, Islamic leadership emulates the characteristics of the Prophet Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam with the main characteristics, namely: shiddiq, amanah, tabligh and fathanah. Islamic leadership in education integrates moral, spiritual, and professional growth, aligning worldly goals with worship to achieve holistic development. Conclusion: Islamic leadership is a concept rooted in the principles of the Qur'an and Sunnah, emulating the character of Prophet Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam. This leadership approach focuses not only on achieving organizational goals but also on seeking the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelatihan kepemimpinan guru berbasis model Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadershipmerupakan upaya strategis untuk mengembangkan kapasaitas kepemimpinan pendidik melaui penerapan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan yang visioner, insspiratif, kolaboratif, dan beroirentasi pada perubahan positif di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kepemimpinan guru dan kepala sekolah melalui pelatihan berbasis model Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership yang dikembangkan oleh Kouzes dan Posner. Program dilaksanakan di SMKS Al Hikmah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan melibatkan guru SMA/SMK sekitar sebanyak 25 kepala seklah dan guru. Pendekatan pelatihan dirancang partisipatif, reflektif, dan aplikatif dengan menekankan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman (experiential learning), peer coaching, dan penyusunan action plan. Kegiatan mencakup tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, pelaksanaan workshopinteraktif, praktik lapangan, serta evaluasi dan refleksi hasil pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep teacher leadership, kemampuan komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan manajemen konflik. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi, kolaborasi antarguru, serta penguatan kepemimpinan instruksional berbasis nilai dan etika. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Guru, Five Practices and Ten Commitment, Pengembangan Profesional.  ABSTRACT Teacher leadership training based on the Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership model is a strategic effort to develop educator leadership capacity by implementing visionary, inspiring, collaborative, and positive change-oriented leadership principles in the school setting. This community service activity aims to improve the leadership capacity of teachers and principals through training based on the Five Practices and Ten Commitments of Exemplary Leadership model developed by Kouzes and Posner. The program was implemented at SMKS Al Hikmah in Central Lampung Regency and involved teachers from surrounding high schools/vocational schools. The training approach was designed to be participatory, reflective, and applicable, emphasizing experiential learning, peer coaching, and developing action plans. Activities included needs identification, interactive workshops, field practice, and evaluation and reflection on training results. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the concept of teacher leadership, communication skills, collaboration, and conflict management. This program had a positive impact on increasing motivation, collaboration between teachers, and strengthening value- and ethics-based instructional leadership. Keywords: Teacher Leadership, Five Practices and Ten Commitments, Professional Development.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu guru PAI pada Kelompok Kerja Guru PAI SD Kecamatan Natar dengan memberikan dukungan/pelatihan/bimbingan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran daring sehingga pembelajaran daring dapat dilakukan dengan baik di SD kecamatan Natar. Metode implementasi melalui mentoring, pelatihan dan lokakarya.. Haasil pretest menunjukkan 16% peserta kurang memahami teknologi, dan 84% peserta tidak memahami teknologi. Hasil post- tes menunjukkan 36% peserta baik memahmi teknologi dan 64% peserta cukup baik memahami teknologi. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan berlatih menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran online untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan sumber daya guru PAI dalam penggunaan teknologi yang efektif dan maksimal dalam pembelajaran daring

Abstract

This study examines the Islamic spiritual development strategies implemented for soldiers of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) in Lampung Province and their implications for spiritual well-being. A qualitative phenomenological approach was employed to explore soldiers’ subjective experiences, with data collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews with five informants (n = 5), and document analysis. Data were analyzed thematically to identify the forms of practice, implementation challenges, and perceived outcomes of the program. The findings indicate that spiritual development was conducted through congregational prayer, Qur’anic recitation, dhikr, religious study sessions, spiritual counseling, spiritual retreats, and social service activities, which collectively contributed to enhanced discipline, emotional stability, and strengthened religious commitment among soldiers. However, program effectiveness was constrained by demanding military schedules and variability in counselors’ competencies. The study recommends capacity-building for spiritual counselors, scheduling adjustments, and systematic program evaluation to improve intervention quality. The research is limited by its small sample size and single-site focus, which restrict the generalizability of the findings. Future research is recommended to employ mixed-method designs with larger samples to assess quantitative impacts on discipline, mental well-being, and religiosity

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out about the effectiveness of online learning with Google services in improving PAI learning achievement in SD Natar sub-district. And is expected to: 1) Produce information related to the implementation of online learning in PAI subjects in elementary schools in Natar sub-district, 2) Provide knowledge of effective electronic digital utilization in online learning in PAI subjects in elementary schools in Natar sub-district properly, 3) Foster awareness of the importance of electronic media in the implementation of online learning, which is expected to encourage PAI teachers to implement electronic media properly. This research method using this is descriptive quantitative. And the population is all elementary schools in Natar sub-district with a research sample of 20 students. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The conclusion of this study is that the effectiveness of online learning with google services in PAI subjects in Natar sub-district elementary schools can improve student learning achievement, 75% of learning outcomes are complete and reach KKM.
