Abstract

This study aims to explain the function of Givu as customary law as well as an identity that is able to regulate social life in the Tau Taa Wana Tribe community. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. There were 13 informants who were selected by purposive sampling. The data used include primary and secondary data through qualitative observations, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, documentation and document studies. Data analysis is a qualitative analysis through an interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation; and levers. The results of the study show that Givu is a customary law that is sourced from noble abstract values ​​and rules so that it becomes a guide for social behavior that is able to support social structures. The application of Givu is regulated through institutions such as regulating economic, political and social needs. Close relationship with Mogombo (deliberation) for customary law decisions against a disturbance that maintains the spirit of collectivity and is able to strengthen a participatory culture. The importance of external recognition and respect for Givu customary law as well as state recognition and protection for the existence of the Tau Taa Wana Tribe.

Abstract

Hadirnya pendidikan tinggi bermutu sangat diharapkan untuk memunculkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berkompeten dalam pembangunan nasional secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kepuasan mahasiswa pada pelayanan pendidikan dan menganalisis kepentingan mahasiswa dalam unsur-unsur pelayanan pendidikan di UPBJJ-UT Jayapura. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Unit Program Belajar Jarak Jauh Universitas Terbuka (UPBJJ-UT) Jayapura. Data diperoleh secara langsung dari seluruh mahasiswa melalui simple random sampling sebanyak 92 sampel melalui sebaran kuisioner. Data penelitian di analisis menggunakan analisis kesenjangan (GAP), Uji Paried Sampel T-Test dan Analisis Kuadran (Analisis Importance Performance Analysis/IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa instrument valid dan reliabel. Uji validitas menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan nilai Alpha Cronbach 0,810. Analisis GAP menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan pada beberapa indikator, yaitu: (a). Kejelasan informasi tentang UT (-0,15); (b). Layanan pemrosesan bekas registrasi (-0,01); (c). Kualitas fasilitas tempat tutorial (-0,10); (d). Penguasaan materi instruktur (-,02); dan (e). Kemudahan memperoleh bahan ajar (-0,08). Hasil uji beda paired sampel T-Test menunjukkan bahwa Sig < Alpha ( 0,001 < 0,05) artinya terjadi perbedaan antara kepentingan dan kepuasan. Disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan informasi tentang Universitas Terbuka, kualitas fasilitas tempat tutorial dan umpan balik yang diberikan tutor terhadap latihan/tugas perlu diperbaiki, sehingga mahasiswa memiliki kepuasan terhadap layanan teersebut. Data were obtained directly from all students through simple random sampling as many as 92 samples through the distribution of questionnaires. The research data were analyzed using gap analysis (GAP), Paried Sample T-Test and Quadrant Analysis (Analysis Importance Performance Analysis / IPA). The results showed that the validity and reliability test showed that the instrument was valid and reliable. The validity test showed a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the reliability test showed Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.810. GAP analysis shows that there are gaps in several indicators, namely: (a). Clarity of information about UT (-0.15); (b). Ex-registration processing services (-0.01); (c). Quality of tutorial facilities (-0.10); (d). Mastery of instructor material (-.02); and (e). Ease of obtaining teaching materials (-0.08). The results of the paired sample T-Test difference test show that Sig < Alpha (0.001 < 0.05) means that there is a difference between interest and satisfaction. It was concluded that the information service about the Open University, the quality of the tutorial facilities and the feedback provided by the tutor on the exercises/assignments needed to be improved, so that students had satisfaction with the service . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze brand image in increasing Hilux Car Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Merauke Regency. In this study the quantitative method used. This study uses a path analysis model because it has mediating or intermediary variables. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, the results of the first substructure equation explain that there is an influence of brand image on satisfaction of 0.482 and the value of sig 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. Which means that brand image has a big enough influence to make customers feel satisfied. While the second substructure equation has the effect of brand image on customer loyalty of 0.310 and the value of sig 0.001 is smaller than 0.05. And the results of the second substructure equation in the table there is an influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty of 0.502 and the value of sig 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. From the results of the analysis of the direct influence of brand image on customer loyalty of 0.310 while the magnitude of the indirect effect of brand image on customer loyalty through satisfaction is 0.242. It can be seen that the direct effect of brand image on customer loyalty is greater than the indirect effect of brand image on customer loyalty through satisfaction

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan tersebut yakni memberikan edukasi “sport for all” kepada kaum muda untuk memiliki kesadaran akan pentingnya manfaat olaraga bagi kesehatan tubuh dan menjadikan peserta semakin memahami bahaya penularan Covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan pola sosialisasi dalam bentuk webinar dengan pendekatan ceramah dan tanya jawab. Rekapan data isian peserta dari google forms kemudian dianalisis untuk menentukan keberhasilan dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni mahasiswa sangat antusias mengikuti dan kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar serta peserta memiliki tambahan pengetahuan tentang manfaat olahraga pada saat Covid-19. Kemudian untuk kegiatan lanjutan berikutnya adanya pendampingan dari praktisi keolahragaan dan kesehatan dalam bentuk pelatihan tatap muka langsung.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan perwujudan dari modal dasar pembangunan, namun dalam implementasinya tidak terlepas dari berbagai persoalan yakni masih adanya sifat egosentris dan mentalitas manusia yang belum sesui kaidah baik norma hukum, agama maupun sosial. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sebuah paradigma berpkir baru yang dikenal dengan revolusi mental. Tujuan yang dicapai melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (Abdimas) ini yakni sebagai upaya untuk membantu perkembangan jiwa peserta didik baik lahir maupun batin, dari sifat kodratinya menuju ke arah peradaban yang manusiawi dan lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan teknik sosialisasi dalam bentuk seminar dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan rumus persentase kualitatif untuk menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasn kegiatan sosialisasi yang telah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan lembar formative class evaluation menunjukkan: aspek hasil dengan skor 2,84, aspek kemauan dengan skor 2,79, aspek metode dengan skor 2,35, aspek kerjasama dengan skor 2,60, sedangkan skor rata-rata yakni 2,67. Secara keseluruhan persentase data jawaban “ya” (menerima) sebesar 85,33%. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan Abdimas ini dapat dikatakan berhasil, mendapat antusias positif partisipan, dan memberikan manfaat.

Abstract

In the current development of information technology facilities that are so rapid and complex, the reliability of a system that processes data properly will produce good information. The use of computers today is not only to help human work, but has also replaced human work in various fields. The purpose of this research is to design an image model in an application program. This existing digital image can then be used for various purposes. One way is to take photos on a driver's license (SIM), when taking photos directly using a digital camera and facial photo files are also directly stored in the police database. So this facial photo recognition program can actually also be applied by the police to recognize the faces of criminals. From the 10 experimental samples, it can be concluded that the best LearnRates with the lowest ErrorLevel for BMP format files are for learnrate 0.2 with an error rate of 18,54229 and a match rate of 81,45771 with a recognition rate of more than 60% in photo 2, while with an error rate of 51.00543 and a match level 48,99457

Abstract

As bullying behavior increases by the younger generation, especially at the educational level, it seems to confirm the increasingly crisis of character-based education in today's educational climate. This writing is directed not only to instill but also to shape character through legal education to prevent student bullying at SMA Negeri 1 Merauke, Merauke Regency. The method applied is the method of discussion, question and answer, and character building between the presenters and students. The findings of the service concluded that the degradation of the character values of students was directly proportional to the bullying behavior, this condition was exacerbated by the lack of understanding of the community and current high school students regarding the laws and regulations including the Criminal Code, the Child Protection Act, the ITE Law.

Abstract

The central position of the Indonesian Prosecutor's Office in law enforcement in Indonesia, as one of the legal sub-systems that are in an organized and integrated unit, influences and complements each other with other sub-systems to achieve the objectives of the legal system. Judging from the aspect of its authority, the prosecutor has the authority to carry out investigations and prosecutions, but the first part in the function of carrying out investigations, the prosecutor's authority is limited to certain crimes, such as criminal acts of sedition, economic crimes and criminal acts of corruption. In this short paper, the author tries to give a little contribution to the idea of ​​reforming the justice system in Indonesia, especially at the prosecutor's office in the investigative function. The formulation of the problem includes how the system of reforming the prosecutor's office in carrying out the investigation function. The type of legal research used is the type of normative legal research which focuses on the laws and regulations regarding Law Number 16 of 2004 concerning the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia, the approach used is the legal history approach. This approach is to find out the history of the prosecutor's duties as investigators. The results of this study are that in their duties as conducting investigations the prosecutor can conduct investigations if the crimes are complex or the level of proof is difficult, for example crimes in the field of human rights and corruption, and if the prosecutor is given additional authority such as participating in further investigations to act as a prosecutor. In general, if the case is transferred to the court, the author feels that the prosecutor can be responsible for the prosecution of a case in its entirety because from the beginning it was directly involved from the investigation process to the prosecution, and in the investigation process if the prosecutor participates it will eliminate the situation of back and forth between the investigator and the file. public prosecutor.
