Abstract

Degenerasi lattice merupakan degenerasi retina perifer yang terjadi akibat peregangan pada retina dan koroid sehingga terjadi penurunan sirkulasi darah serta penipisan pada retina, terutama retina perifer. Degenerasi lattice lebih sering terjadi pada mata miopia daripada mata non-miopia. Mata miopia yang disertai dengan lesi degenerasi lattice merupakan faktorrisiko penting dalam terjadinya ablasio retina yang jika tidak ditangani dapat menyebabkan kebutaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui presentase derajat miopia yang mengalami degenerasi lattice dan mengetahui hubungan antara derajat miopia dengan kejadian degenerasi lattice. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian observasionalanalitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di klinik mata SMEC Samarinda dari bulan April - Juni 2016 dengan responden penelitian sebanyak 66 mata miopia dari 35 pasien berusia 20-40 tahun. Miopia terbagi menjadi derajat ringan (< 3 D), derajat sedang (3-6 D), dan derajat berat (> 6 D). Seluruh responden penelitian dilakukan pemeriksaan koreksi refraksi dan pemeriksaan oftalmoskopi indirek oleh dokter spesialis mata. Penelitian ini didapatkan kejadian degenerasi lattice pada mata miopia sebesar 36,4% (24 mata dari 66 mata). Degenerasi lattice pada mata miopia derajat ringan ditemukan sebesar 15,6% (5 mata dari 32 mata). Pada mata miopia derajat sedang sebesar 47,6% (10 mata dari 21 mata ), dan sebesar 69,2% (9 mata dari 13 mata) degenerasi lattice pada miopia derajat berat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara derajat miopia dan kejadian degenerasi lattice dengan nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05). Dapat disimpulkanbahwa terdapat hubungan antara derajat miopia dengan degenerasi lattice.Kata Kunci : Degenerasi Lattice, Miopia.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem that is caused by the lack of consumption of nutritious food in a long period of time, resulting in growth disorders in children, namely the length of the child is lower or shorter than the standard of age. Stunting on childrens has an impact on brain development disruption by delaying children's motor and cognitive development thereby reducing the quality of Indonesian human resources. The purpose of this activity was to increase the mother's nutritional knowledge in Seberang Ulu I District, Palembang through the provision and explanation of stunting pocket handbooks. The implementation of this activity was through home visits to every household that has a under two years. Knowledge test results showed a significant increase from pre-test and post-test means. This activites showed that the pocket handbook was effective in increasing mother's nutritional knowledge (p<0,05).

Abstract

Latar belakang dan tujuan: Usia ideal menikah menurut [3] minimal 19 tahun, sehingga pernikahan dengan usia dibawah 19 tahun termasuk dalam pernikahan dini. Pernikahan dini pada masa pandemi periode tahun 2020 menunjukkan peningkatan yang dapat dikategorikan cukup pesat. Perempuan yang menikah pada usia remaja cenderung memiliki tingkat pendidikan ekonomi yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan mereka yang melangsungkan pernikahan pada usia dewasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidikan dengan pernikahan dini di masa pandemi covid-19 di Desa Rowogempol Kecamatan Lekok Kabupaten Pasuruan tahun 2020. Metode dan sampel: penelitian kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian Dilakukan di Desa Rowogempol Kecamatan Lekok pada bulan September-Oktober 2021. Responden dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 90 wanita yang menikah di tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan Instrumen berupa kuesioner. Data diuji analisis bivariate dengan menggunakan uji Chi – Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan wanita dengan nilai p-value = 0,142, pendidikan ayah dengan nilai p-value = 0,033, pendidikan ibu dengan nilai p-value = 0,06. Faktor tingkat ekonomi wanita tidak berhubungan namun tingkat ekonomi orang tua yaitu ayah dan ibu berhubungan terhadap kejadian pernikahan dini.

In research conducted at SDN Lojikobong II on learning Civics learning in elementary schools regarding diversity. In the current era, there are many problems that arise and the existing culture fades. The purpose of the research is to find out the design of teaching materials for learning PPKn, diversity material for grade IV elementary schools, the feasibility of teaching materials and user responses to kahoot teaching materials. This study uses the Design and Development model, namely D&D, with the design and development of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) research procedures. Media validation and kahoot learning materials use experts, namely media experts and material experts. The trials in this study were carried out by class teachers and students in class IV to obtain user responses. In this research, data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews, research used media experts, material experts, teachers and students with instruments used questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study show that the assessment from the expert's point of view is in the very good category and the ratings from the users are very good. The recommendation from this study is that kahoot learning media can be used in the learning process with guidance on the use of teacher media and learning understanding of diversity material in students.

Abstract

With technological innovation in the financial sector (Fintech), the development of digital technology has brought great changes to the financial industry. However, behind these advantages, there are challenges that need to be overcome, one of which is data security and user privacy which is a major issue that must be faced by the financial industry. This study aims to see how regulations help the digital transformation of Indonesia's financial industry (fintech). This study is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research falls into the category of library research.Regulation of the financial technology (fintech) sector is borne by many parties, including the government, non-governmental organisations, and industry players. In Indonesia, institutions such as the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) are responsible for shaping fintech policies and regulations.Regulations serve as a strong foundation to drive digital transformation in the financial industry. Flexible and inventive regulations protect consumers and encourage profitable investments for industry players. A clear legal framework allows financial institutions to innovate and produce financial goods and services that better suit the needs of society.

Abstract

Urbanization is a significant social phenomenon in developing countries, including Indonesia, characterized by the movement of populations from rural areas to cities. This process not only alters demographic structures but also brings social, economic, and environmental impacts. Urbanization can be defined as the transformation of homogeneous areas into heterogeneous ones, influenced by various factors, including migration and infrastructure development. This article also explores the relationship between urbanization and digital economic growth, which plays a crucial role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. In the digital era, digital marketing has become an essential tool for entrepreneurs to reach broader markets and enhance competitiveness. Through historical and contextual analysis, this article highlights the evolution of urbanization in Indonesia, from the era of kingdoms to colonial influences, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in managing contemporary urbanization. Abstract

Learning mathematics more often uses expository methods that are teacher-oriented which does not provide opportunities for students to construct their own mathematical ideas so that students become passive learners. Student confused about using mathematical concepts because students only memorized concept is not understanding it. This study aims to find out how apply Realistic Mathematics Learning (PMR) with Think Pair Share (TPS) so that there is an increase in activities and learning outcomes of mathematics. Type The research carried out is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with data collection techniques through student activity observation sheets and test results study. The subjects in this study were class VIIIB students of SMP Negeri 2 Bengkulu City. The results of this study indicate the application of Mathematics Learning Realistic (PMR) with Think Pair Share (TPS) type can improve activities and student learning outcomes of mathematics. Student activity is enhanced with giving contextual problems, proper group division, giving value add to the group that is ready to advance at the presentation. Enhancement student learning outcomes can be seen from the increase in the average value of students from cycle I up to the third cycle, namely: 74.48; 79.44; 83.16 with the proportion of mastery learning classical from cycle I to cycle III, namely: 58.33%; 77.78%; 86.11% and power student absorption from cycle I to cycle III is: 74.48%; 79.44%; 83.16%.

Abstract

Konsep harmonisasi ilmu dibahas dalam penelitian ini sebagai upaya integratif untuk menghilangkan perbedaan antara ilmu agama dan ilmu umum dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menyelidiki prinsip-prinsip dasar harmonisasi seperti tauhid, wahdatul ‘ulum, koneksi, kemaslahatan, dan keseimbangan nilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang didasarkan pada penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harmonisasi film digunakan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa harmonisasi ilmu pengetahuan tidak hanya bersifat konseptual tetapi juga praktis untuk pengembangan pendidikan yang luas dan relevan dengan masalah dunia. Dengan menggabungkan nilai-nilai keislaman dengan ilmu pengetahuan kontemporer, harmonisasi ilmu dapat menjadi strategi transformasional untuk membangun sistem pendidikan Islam yang berkeadilan, berkeadaban, dan berorientasi pada kesejahteraan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the issues surrounding the use of figurative language, specifically comparison, contrast, association, and emphasis, in the discussions of netizens on social media related to the 2024 Presidential Election. Using a stylistic approach, this research seeks to analyze how netizens use figurative language to express political views, criticism, and support for presidential candidates. Data were collected from posts and comments related to the presidential election topic on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. A qualitative descriptive analysis method was employed to identify and categorize the use of these language styles. The results show that comparison and emphasis are frequently used by netizens to reinforce opinions and build a positive image of the supported presidential candidates. On the other hand, contrast is more often found in comments containing criticism and political debates. In conclusion, figurative language plays a significant role in the dynamics of social interaction and political communication among netizens on social media, reflecting high public engagement in national political issues. This research contributes to the study of political language and social interaction in the digital era.
