Abstract

This research investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. Through analysis of survey data, it was found that service quality, including responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence, positively influences customer satisfaction. These results provide insight for PT. Pawnshops to improve their services, strengthen ties with customers, and increase customer satisfaction. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The descriptive method is considered suitable for explaining the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pawnshop. The data in this research report was obtained in accordance with books, journals, articles, theses, the internet and so on related to the research topic. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded from the five dimensions of service quality, the most important dimension for customers is guarantee, because customers prioritize security, comfort and trust in transactions with PT. Pawnshop. Conclusion This research has the implication that PT. Pegadaian must maintain and improve service quality to achieve higher customer satisfaction. PT. Pegadaian must also strengthen relationships with customers by providing services that are in line with customer expectations and needs

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge on business success in perfume shops. Creativity is needed to generate new ideas, while innovation involves implementing these ideas in the resulting product or service. Apart from that, entrepreneurial knowledge is also needed in managing a business and identifying new opportunities. Through survey methods and statistical analysis, this research shows that there is a positive relationship between creativity, innovation and knowledge entrepreneurship and business success in perfume shops. The implication of this research is the importance of developing creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial knowledge in improving business performance in perfume shops.

Abstract

This research focuses on the transformation of risk control and monitoring policies conducted by Bank Indonesia over the past five years (2018-2023). It uses qualitative analysis methods to examine the evolution of Bank Indonesia's policies through publications of financial institutions such as Bank Indonesia, OJK, and BPK. This study shows that policy impact evaluation plays an important role in identifying areas of improvement and new solutions to enhance policy effectiveness. Bank Indonesia adjusts strategies responsively and proactively to keep up with financial market dynamics and technological developments, and integrates the principles of international standards in banking supervision and risk management. Synchronizing policies with international standards is a top priority for maintaining the credibility of global markets. In facing the challenges of global economic change, technological innovation, and dynamic regulations, Bank Indonesia is committed to conducting in-depth reviews and policy adjustments to face the future. The evolving approach allows Bank Indonesia to strengthen its role in maintaining financial system stability and promoting sustainable economic growth. This research provides insights into Bank Indonesia's successes and challenges in transforming its risk control and monitoring policies.

Abstract

Economic globalization has become one of the main distinctive features in the development of the world economy today. This phenomenon has a significant impact on various aspects of economic life, including the stability of banking financial institutions in developing countries. This study aims to investigate the impact of economic globalization on the stability of banking financial institutions using a case study approach in specific developing countries. Through in-depth analysis, this study will examine the factors affecting the stability of banking financial institutions in the face of economic globalization, as well as their implications for economic and financial policies. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the impact of economic globalization on the stability of banking financial institutions in developing countries. Abstract

The level of repeat visit interest of patients in the Hospital Outpatient Clinic in April, June, July, August was relatively decreased. This decrease in repeat visit interest needs to be further examined to understand the factors involved. This study is to link the marketing mix implemented by the Hospital and the hospital image to the repeat visit interest to the hospital through patient experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of the marketing mix and hospital image on the repeat visit interest to the hospital with patient experience as an intervening variable in the Hospital Outpatient Clinic. This study uses a quantitative analysis method with a cross-sectional research design. The sample calculation uses purposive sampling of 105. The study used a questionnaire as a research instrument with Likert scale measurements showing that there is a positive and significant influence both simultaneously, directly, and indirectly between the marketing mix and hospital image on the repeat visit interest to the hospital with patient experience as an intervening variable in the Hospital Outpatient Clinic. Thus, the research hypothesis is accepted. Implications need to improve the hospital image through various media, improve the direction system, improve communication between doctors and patients and follow-up after visits

Abstract

In the era of globalization and modern economic development, the Islamic banking industry has become one of the fastest growing sectors in Indonesia. Nevertheless, there are still challenges in building public trust in the Islamic banking system. This article aims to review the literature related to strategies and challenges in building public trust in Islamic banks. Through a comprehensive literature review, this article explores the factors that influence public trust, such as sharia principles, transparency, and quality services. In addition, the article also analyses the challenges faced by Islamic banks, such as public perception, lack of understanding, and competition with conventional banks. By identifying existing strategies and challenges, this article provides valuable insights for the Islamic banking industry, academics, and policymakers in an effort to increase public trust and foster sustainable growth within the sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the comparative financial performance between conventional and Islamic banks in Indonesia by considering factors such as profitability, liquidity, operational efficiency, and credit risk. Using a qualitative approach and literature review method from various credible sources, the results show that conventional banks tend to use ROA, ROE, CIR, and NIM as the main profitability indicators; Islamic banks also use NPF and FDR. CAR and NIM affect Islamic banks' profitability positively against ROA, while BOPO affects conventional banks' ROA negatively. In terms of liquidity, Islamic banks have an advantage due to the yield principle applied. This is indicated by the current ratio, quick ratio, money ratio, and loan-to-deposit ratio, which show their ability to meet short-term obligations better compared to conventional banks. BOPO shows the operational efficiency of Islamic banks thanks to the principles of fairness and sustainability, while conventional banks excel in revenue management from assets and investor capital. The profit-sharing system in Islamic banks lowers credit risk compared to conventional banks. Although the operating principles of the two types of banking are different, this study found that each type of banking exhibits strengths and weaknesses in terms of profitability, liquidity, efficiency, and credit risk. It is hoped that these results will aid the growth of the Indonesian banking industry and help bank management and relevant stakeholders make informed decisions.

Abstract

This study focuses on the effectiveness of supervision and regulation conducted by Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) in maintaining financial system stability in Indonesia. Abstract

RS X merupakan rumah sakit milik universitas swasta, pada observasi pendahuluan muncul beberapa masalah terkait kinerja pegawai antara lain keterlambatan pegawai dari jam absensi serta turnover perawat yang cukup tinggi yang menyebabkan kurangnya produktivitas pegawai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian pelayanan medis di RS X. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai di RS X dengan sampel 97 orang pegawai medis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi yang menunjukkan bahwa koefisien regresi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional (B=0,528) mempunyai nilai yang paling tinggi dibandingkan nilai koefisien regresi kecerdasan emosional (B=0,206) dan kompetensi (B=0.229). Hal ini berarti pengaruh seorang pemimpin yang dapat diandalkan, menginspirasi, memotivasi, komunikatif dan visioner akan berpengaruh tehadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis data serta pengujian hipotesis menyatakan secara simultan dan parsial terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kecerdasan emosional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian pelayanan medis di RS X.

Abstract

This study investigates the perception of the public's perception of cashless transactions, the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) by Bank Indonesia, and the impact of QRIS on the volume of cashless transactions as well as the challenges and opportunities for its development. volume of non-cash transactions as well as challenges and opportunities for its development. Methods qualitative method with a literature research approach was used. Data and information were collected from various reliable sources, such as scientific journals, books, and relevant articles. The results show that the implementation of QRIS has increased the adoption of cashless transactions, especially in 2022. This helps MSMEs as it speeds up their operations and expands their customer base. their customer base.
