Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the influence of Brand Ambassador and Service Quality through Purchase Decisions on Customer Loyalty on the Shopee Application. The data collection technique was carried out using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed online on Google Forms. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents, namely consumers or market users. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. Then the results obtained that Brand Ambassador and Service Quality have a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Purchase Decisions have a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. However, Brand Ambassadors on Customer Loyalty through Purchase Decisions have a greater influence than the direct influence of Brand Ambassadors on Purchase Decisions. So that the Purchase Decision can be said to have succeeded in becoming an intervening variable between Brand Ambassadors and Loyalty. Service Quality on Customer Loyalty has a greater influence than through Purchase Decisions. This means that consumers will be loyal or not to the product not because of the purchase decision made but because of the quality of service and the expectations that make them feel so that it can lead to customer loyalty.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed the way patients interact with hospitals. The Minimum Service Standard Indicator for Hospitals in Indonesia shows that the number of registrations via mobile applications has still not reached the target and the results of the review show that there are still complexities and difficulties in using the application. Understanding the factors that influence patient intention to use the hospital mobile application is essential to optimize its adoption and use. This study aims to test the Technology Acceptance Model in understanding patient intention to use the Hospital mobile application. This quantitative study with the causality method used a sample of 100 users of the application who met the criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had an indirect effect on behavioral intention to use through attitude. Research findings show that Perceived Usefulness is the most dominant factor in influencing users attitudes towards applications. The implications are improvements in simplifying features, design, increasing the function of hospital mobile applications, as well as considering patient expectations of the application in order to increase user intention to adopt the application. These findings provide insight for hospital management to design mobile applications that are easier to use and provide benefits to patients, to increase adoption and use of the application.

Abstract

Banking stability has become an important issue in the economy, especially after the 1998 Asian economic crisis and the 2008 global crisis which showed that the economic stability of a country is strongly influenced by the stability of its financial system. This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors such as inflation, interest rate (BI Rate), and rupiah exchange rate on banking stability in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and multiple regression analysis, it was found that interest rates (BI Rate) and the rupiah exchange rate have a significant influence on banking stability, while inflation was not found to have a significant influence. Interest rates affect stability through the cost of funds incurred by banks, while a stable rupiah exchange rate increases investor confidence and lowers exchange rate risk, strengthening financial system stability. The non-significant effect of inflation may be due to the banking sector's ability to adjust interest rates and effective risk management strategies. The results emphasize the importance of effective monetary policy and exchange rate risk management to maintain banking stability in Indonesia. This research provides valuable insights for regulators in formulating policies that support banking stability and sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of ability and leadership on the performance of self-service employees through work motivation as an intervening variable at the Luwes Purwodadi Supermarket. The population is 150 employees with a sample of 109 respondents. Data collection methods used questionnaires and primary data, analyzed using SPSS 25 and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that increasing ability can improve performance. Leadership also has a positive and significant effect on performance, emphasizing the role of leaders in creating a productive work environment. Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, this shows that efforts to increase motivation can increase productivity. This research provides an understanding of the complex relationship between ability, leadership, work motivation, and performance in supermarkets. Companies can use these findings to develop more effective human resource management strategies. In conclusion, this research provides insights for human resource management and confirms the importance of capability development, effective leadership, and work motivation to achieve performance excellence in the self-service sector

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing choice of retail stores nowadays, making retail entrepreneurs have to compete to attract consumer interest. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Below The Line and Store Atmosphere on Impulse Buying and Positive Emotions as Intervening Variables for Indomart, Semarang City. In this research, the author uses below the line and Store Atmosphere as independent variables that will be examined for their influence on impulse buying, as well as positive emotions as an intervening variable for their influence on impulse buying. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers. The sample for this research was determined using accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data obtained is in the form of qualitative and descriptive analysis. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing via the coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The results of the t test show that each of the below the line and Store Atmosphere variables partially and significantly influences the positive emotion impulse buying variable. and the positive emotion variable has a significant and influential effect on the impulse buying variable. Furthermore, with path analysis, the below the line variable has a direct and significant effect on the impulse buying variable. Meanwhile, the Store Atmosphere variable does not have a direct and significant effect on the impulse buying variable.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam lingkungan pendidikan sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan, khususnya di tengah keragaman latar belakang siswa dan meningkatnya tantangan intoleransi di kalangan generasi muda. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk sikap keberagamaan yang toleran, inklusif, dan dialogis melalui pembelajaran yang relevan dan kontekstual. SMK Dwija Bhakti 1 Jombang menjadi objek penelitian karena dikenal sebagai sekolah yang menerapkan praktik-praktik kolaboratif lintas agama dan aktif membangun budaya moderat di lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi yang digunakan guru PAI dalam menanamkan pembelajaran moderasi beragama serta menganalisis implikasi dari strategi tersebut terhadap guru, siswa, dan budaya sekolah secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan pembelajaran moderasi beragama di SMK Dwija Bhakti 1 Jombang. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, guru agama lain (Kristen), guru mata pelajaran umum, dan peserta didik. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen sekolah, program kegiatan, dan dokumentasi pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menjaga keabsahan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik, member check. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi secara berkelanjutan hingga data dianggap jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Dwija Bhakti 1 Jombang dalam menanamkan moderasi beragama diterapkan melalui keteladanan, dialog terbuka, integrasi nilai toleransi dalam pembelajaran, serta kolaborasi lintas agama yang diperkuat dengan media digital dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proyek kreatif. (2). Strategi ini berimplikasi positif terhadap guru, yang bertransformasi menjadi fasilitator dialog dan pembimbing karakter yang reflektif dan inklusif. Bagi siswa, strategi ini membentuk sikap toleran, terbuka, dan empatik dalam menghadapi perbedaan, serta mendorong mereka lebih aktif dalam berdialog dan memahami keberagaman secara bijak.
