Abstract

Kegiatan pemasaran menjadi aktivitas utama selain produksi yang menentukan kesuksesan serta kelangsungan usaha UMKM. Tanpa melakukan inovasi pemasaran, UMKM harus siap kalah dengan pesaingnya. Terlebih saat ini mereka dihadapkan dengan pasar global yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung kegiatan pemasaran. Selain itu, untuk menarik minat beli konsumen, UMKM juga harus memperhatikan kualitas kemasan pada produk yang dijualnya. Untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan wawasan UMKM di lingkungan Kecamatan Pangalengan Kabupaten Bandung, Universitas Telkom bekerja sama dengan Sentra Kreasi Bandung memberikan penyuluhan yang dapat membantu pelaku usaha dalam membuat konten pada media sosial Instagram serta membuat pembaruan desain kemasan. Untuk memberikan studi kasus yang riil, diserahkan konten-konten digital dan desain kemasan yang baru kepada UMKM Barokah. Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh 16 UMKM tersebut mendapatkan respon yang positif dari peserta. Mereka merasakan manfaat langsung dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan dan berharap kegiatan yang serupa dapat kembali dilaksanakan sehingga dapat menjangkau UMKM yang lebih banyak.

Abstract

Digital transformation is forcing global MSMEs to adopt technology, especially digital marketing. However, not all MSMEs are taking full advantage of it. In Indonesia, limited resources and low marketing skills challenge the growth of MSMEs. Digital marketing and market capability proved to influence performance, while rebranding became an important strategy. Digital marketing, through media such as the web and Instagram, has proven to be significant for MSME growth. The Bojongmanggu Women Farmers Group which has a programme in the cultivation and processing of sorghum plants into high economic value and healthy consumer products. The focus of this activity is the creation of a web profile, one of which contains a digital catalogue. In addition, facing the increasing intensity of competition through digital platforms, MSMEs are expected to expand their awareness in utilising Instagram as an effective tool to promote products. Although social media is effective, its management requires adequate time and understanding. Academic involvement in community service is key to accelerating the mastery of digital marketing concepts by MSMEs, supporting the sustainable growth of the sector.

Abstract

The use of ground tank constructed by Telkom University for Rainwater Harvesting (RWH), is limited to environmental maintenance due to concerns regarding the quality of water in the underground tank. Therefore, this research aims to develop a remote monitoring device that uses Internet of Things (IoT) technology to monitor the pH, water surface, submerged materials, and water clarity levels in ground tank. To achieve the requirements, pH, ultrasonic-based volume, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and Turbidity sensors were selected due to the IoT connectivity. The enabling device, namely the ESP 32 microcontroller and Blynk platform were installed on monitoring dashboard on a tablet computer with 4GB of RAM. The result showed that calibration of each sensor had good accuracy, except for the Turbidity sensor due unavailable materials. In conclusion, the RWH monitoring system is suitable for use.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze consumer behavior factors related to students' decisions when purchasing Eiger Adventure products. This research aims to understand consumer behavioral factors towards Eiger Adventure products and determine consumer behavioral factors that partially or simultaneously influence students' purchasing decisions for Eiger Adventure products. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The sampling technique was conducted on 385 respondents through questionnaires distributed on social media using purposive sampling. Data analysis consists of descriptive analysis. Validity and Reliability Test Classical Hypothesis Testing Multiple Linear Regression Hypothesis Testing and Coefficient of Determination Test using IBM SPSS software. The research results on cultural factors, social factors, personal factors and psychological factors are classified as very good and have an important influence on partial and simultaneous purchasing decisions. Abstract

Komunitas Griya Bandung Asri 2 (GBA2) secara aktif berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi dan pariwisata komunitas. Namun, tantangan utama dalam mencapai penetrasi pasar adalah kurangnya strategi promosi online dan manajemen identitas digital. Program Penguatan Identitas Digital KWT Dewi Sri GBA2 melalui Profil Web dan Google MyBusiness bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kehadiran digital komunitas dengan membuat profil web profesional dan mengoptimalkan Google MyBusiness. Pelatihan literasi digital juga diberikan untuk membantu komunitas menggunakan platform digital secara efektif. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pasar produk digital, penetrasi pasar, dan pertumbuhan populasi. Ini juga memiliki potensi untuk menjadi model kewarganegaraan digital bagi komunitas lain melalui pelaksanaan program ini, yang selaras dengan peta jalan Kelompok Keahlihan Applied Informtion Technology and Multimedia untuk transformasi digital di sektor UMKM dan pariwisata.

Abstract

Ecoxyn as a new brand wants to invite Gen Z to be aware and call for protecting the environment in order to takeadvantage of opportunities and effective strategies to develop the Ecoxyn business. Ecoxyn wants to continue todevelop its business so that it can be sustainable at a time when many competitors are present, therefore Ecoxyncontinues to carry out its business strategies and plans, one of which is this research, namely to analyze effective andefficient business plans and strategies for Ecoxyn's business processes. The method used to analyze Ecoxyn's businessplan is an objective and qualitative method, because it is a report on a business that is managed by itself. Aftercarrying out this analysis, it can be seen that Ecoxyn is able to compete with other local brands. This is based on theanalysis carried out in this research in the form of PESTEL analysis, 4P's Marketing Mix, Business Model Canvas,Porter's 5 Forces, Competitive, SWOT & TOWS, STP, as well as analysis of Ecoxyn's marketing, operational,management and financial plans and strategies, the results obtained that Ecoxyn has been able to compete withcompetitors' positions in terms of price and quality and is in a period of improvement in terms of online and offlinemarketing. Abstract

Through a number of tenders, Ecoxyn succeeded in reaching a major agreement with Telkom University to produce 4500pcs of key chain merchandise in the graduation tender. The significant increase in production capacity prompted thecompany to conduct more in-depth research to meet the tender requirements. However, at the Telkom University graduationtender in November with a quantity of 4500 pcs, several problems arose such as the high risk of rejected goods, highproduction costs and long production times. In response to these challenges, Ecoxyn has made changes in terms of productdesign and technology with the aim of making application easier.Keywords-innovation, product design, efficiency, quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sepatu Compassdi Kota Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan PerilakuKonsumen memiliki pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepatu Compass DiKota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak404 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Bandung yang disebar melalui media sosial dengan metode non-probabilitysampling dan purposive sampling. Analisis data melibatkan uji validitas dan realibilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsiklasik, anlisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi menggunakan software SPSS versi27. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk dan perilaku memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadapkeputusan pembelian secara parsial maupun simultan.. Kualitas Produk secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dansignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan juga Perilaku Konsumen tsecara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dansignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta Kualitas produk dan perilaku konsumen secara simultan berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Sepatu Compass Di Kota Bandung. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi resiko dan persepsi nilai terhadap minat beli motorlistrik di indonesia. Polusi udara merupakan masalah serius di Indonesia, dengan dampak fundamental terhadapkesehatan masyarakat dan lingkungan. Indonesia memiliki tingkat polusi udara yang tergolong tinggi, menurut laporandari IQAir (2022) menunjukan bahwa Indonesia berada di urutan ke-26 setelah China dengan nilai 30.4 (μg/m³).Sektor penyumbang polusi terbanyak di Indonesia yaitu sektor transportasi dengan menyumbang polusi sebanyak 44%dari penggunaan bahan bakar, diikuti oleh industri energi 31%, dan industri manufaktur 10% (Anugrah, 2023). Sebagaitanggapan terhadap isu polusi udara, banyak perusahaan otomotif berinvestasi besar-besaran dalam penelitian danpengembangan untuk menciptakan kendaraan ramah lingkungan, seperti mobil dan motor Listrik. Metode penelitianyang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik sampling nonprobability,melibatkan partisipasi 397 responden sebagai pengguna potensial Motor Listrik di Indonesia. Pengumpulan datadilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresiberganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian bahwa persepsi resiko danpersepsi nilai secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli MotorListrik di Indonesia.
