Abstract

Digital transformationrequires society to be able to adapt to technological developments in order toincrease economic opportunities, particularly in strengthening digital-based entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze the role of ArtificialIntelligence (AI) training and marketing through social media in building the capacity ofdigital entrepreneurship in the community of RT 11 Meranti Sawah Lebar. The research methodused a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniquesin the form of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation ofbusiness actors and training participants. The results showed thatAI training improved digital literacy, work efficiency, and the ability toinnovate local products. Meanwhile, marketing through social media expandedmarket reach, increased interaction with consumers, and strengthenedthe brand identity of micro-businesses in the area. The integration of these twoaspects encourages an increase in community confidence inutilizing technology for economic activities. In conclusion, AI training andthe use of social media contribute significantly to the development ofdigital entrepreneurship in local communities, thus requiring program sustainabilityand institutional support to ensure a broader impact.

Abstract

The Widya shop sells various kinds of hijab products that are tailored to the needs of fashion development. The Widya Bengkulu store also sells various kinds of women's needs such as clothes, accessories, bags, wallets, soft lenses, cosmetics and other fancy items. So far, Widya Store has not used computers as a data processing medium. All processes of selling goods and inventory of goods are still carried out with book records, and do not yet have an application that can help the process of managing the data of these goods. In addition, in managing inventory, Toko Widya only sees stock based on sales results, if the stock on one of the items runs out, an order will be made to the supplier. Implementation of the K-Means Clustering Method in Grouping Goods Based on Sales Results at the Widya Bengkulu Store was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 database. In the Grouping of Goods Based on Sales Results at the Widya Bengkulu Store, it will be processed to seek knowledge from chunks of data, namely goods sales data. Cluster I is a Very Selling Item, Cluster II is a Self Selling Item, and Cluster III is a Less Selling Item. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application of Grouping Goods Based on Sales Results at the Widya Bengkulu Store can provide information on the best-selling items sold at the Widya Store.

Abstract

Agricultural extension workers need solutions to the various difficulties faced by tomato farmers with their tomato plants. The aim of this research is to produce an expert system application in diagnosing diseases in tomato plants as an effort to help the difficulties of agricultural instructors and tomato farmers regarding problems with tomato plants by utilizing information technology through the Visual Basic programming language with a MySQL database through prior definition by experts. The method used in the research is the waterfall model, meanwhile in creating the knowledge base expert system application used is the forward chaining method. The expert system application is created to produce data that is entered into the application consisting of symptom data, disease data, solution data, solution data, rule data, as well as diagnosis (consulation) data by farmers. The output from the application created produces diagnostic results for tomato plant diseases based on the symptoms entered and solutions to the diagnoses that have been made. The results of the research are that the expert system application created can be operated well with a knowledge base using the forward chaining method and rules as a knowledge base that are in accordance with the objectives

Abstract

Student grading process is an important part of supporting the teaching and learning process in schools. However, at SMP Negeri 26 Seluma, the grading process is still done manually using Microsoft Word, which is prone to input errors, data duplication, and data loss. To address these issues, a web-based student grading information system was developed with the aim of improving efficiency, accuracy, and data security. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and supported by frontend technologies HTML and CSS. The result of this research is an information system capable of effectively managing student grading data, enabling homeroom teachers to enter and process grades, and providing students with access to view their grades independently through a web portal. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the efficiency of school staff and academic information transparency at SMP Negeri 26 Seluma

Abstract

The Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Semidang Alas Sub-district is one of the religious affairs offices located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. However, the manual marriage registration process often leads to challenges such as delays in processing, lack of data transparency, and potential administrative errors. To address these issues, a web-based marriage registration information system was developed with the aim of creating a marriage registration information system that can assist the public in conducting marriage registrations and help the KUA in managing and retrieving marriage registration data online. This system aims to reduce processing time and benefit the KUA in managing registration data and searching for data more quickly. The marriage registration information system at Semidang Alas Sub-district KUA can be accessed online via the registered link https://daftarnikahkuasemidang.online/. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The system development was carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The technologies used include PHP and MySQL. The results of the study indicate that web-based marriage registration information system developed is capable of accelerating administrative processes, minimizing data errors, and providing easy access for prospective brides and grooms as well as KUA officials. This system can also generate reports automatically, thereby facilitating the reporting and archiving of data. With this information system, it is hoped that public services in the KUA environment will become more modern, efficient, and transparent.

Abstract

Rapid developments in information technology have encouraged many educational institutions to implement digital systems for data management. SDN 042 North Bengkulu previously used Microsoft Excel to record student data, but this method was inefficient and prone to errors, especially with the increasing number of students. The purpose of this study was to create a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL, which is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and security in student data management. The method used in developing the system was the waterfall method, with stages of requirements analysis, system design, code writing, testing, and implementation and maintenance. The result of this research is a student data information system developed for SD N 042 North Bengkulu that successfully meets the school's administrative needs effectively. This system facilitates online recording, searching, and reporting of student data. Because it is web-based, this system can be accessed at any time from various devices and is proven to be more practical than the previous manual method

Abstract

Bumi Harjo Village still faces challenges in delivering information and administrative services manually, which hinders residents' access to village services. To address this issue, a website is needed to facilitate access to information and improve the efficiency of services digitally. The use of information technology at the village level is a strategic step in achieving transparency and better public services. This study aims to design and build an official website for Bumi Harjo Village as a medium of information and communication between the village government and the community. The website is designed with key features such as village profiles, village news and activities, public services, village institution information, budget transparency, and contact pages. The system development method uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) approach, which allows the design and implementation process to be carried out iteratively and quickly. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL database. The target users of this system are village residents, village officials, and the general public who need access to information related to village activities and services. Testing was conducted using the blackbox testing method to ensure that all functions run as required. The results of this design show that the website can increase transparency, accelerate information dissemination, and support active community participation in village development.

Abstract

School libraries play an important role in supporting the learning process, but library data management at SMK Negeri 5 Bengkulu City is still done manually. This situation leads to various issues, such as slow administrative processes, risks of data errors, and difficulties in tracking book inventory and loan activities. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based Library Data Processing Information System using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Waterfall approach, consisting of the following stages: requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and implementation. The system is designed to facilitate administrators in managing book data, member information, borrowing, and returns, as well as generating reports automatically. System testing was conducted using the Black Box method, which demonstrated that all features function properly according to user needs. The result of this research is an information system that can improve the efficiency and accuracy of library management, reduce manual errors, and simplify the report generation process. Thus, this system is expected to be a solution to library management problems at SMK Negeri 5 Bengkulu City and serve as a reference for the development of similar systems in the future.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has encouraged various sectors, including education, to adapt in terms of information dissemination. SDIT Insan Madani of Bengkulu City, as an Islamic educational institution, still faces obstacles in promotion and information dissemination, which has so far been done manually. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a school website as an effective and efficient medium for information and promotion. The system development method used is the waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was developed using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The main features of this website include registration information, school activities, student achievements, subject data, and school agendas. The result of this study is an online-accessible school website that helps the institution deliver information quickly, accurately, and efficiently. It is expected that the system will improve the quality of information services and support the school's digital promotion efforts.

Abstract

The performance assessment of Posyandu cadres at the Tanjung Agung Palik Community Health Centreis still carried out manually, requiring a more measurable solution.This study aims to design and develop a Decision Support System(DSS) for assessing the performance of the best Posyandu cadres. This DSS was developedusing the Waterfall model and implementing the WeightedProduct (WP) method to process assessment data. The criteria usedinclude attendance, administration, length of service, and communication, which areweighted according to their level of importance. The application of the WP method involvescalculating preference vectors and normalising the final scores to producea ranking of cadres. The results show that this system is capable ofautomatically and efficiently presenting recommendations for the best cadres. It is hoped that this DSS can be an accurate and data-based tool, reducingsubjectivity and assisting health centres in making fair and accountable decisions.
