Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of utilization, influence and determine the pattern of village income management in Kuantan Singingi Regency, the efforts and strategies undertaken to increase village income in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data Collection Techniques: Documentation. Methods of Data Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the very effective PADesa of Kuantan Singingi Regency is caused by the realization of PADesa of Kuantan Singingi Regency which tends to reach the target and continues to increase. The cause of the realization of the Aid Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund never reaching the target of realizing village income was caused by several factors, the influence of village income on the achievement of the developing village index showed a significant 0.23 > 0.05, that Fcount > Ftable i.e. Fcount 0.23 > Ftable 0.05. Efforts made to increase the realization of aid funds and profit-sharing funds in Kuantan Singingi Regency included making several breakthroughs through several innovations but the efforts made were unable to increase the realization of aid funds and profit-sharing funds, this was due to the efforts made by planning , implementation, accountability and reporting, the Kuantan Singingi Regency government can provide rewards and sanctions if the realization targets that have been set are not achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of allocating the education expenditure budget in the Kuantan Singingi District Budget on improving the quality of human development in the education sector, to find out what factors cause the low growth of the quality of human development in the Education sector in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques: documentation. The Data Analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously education expenditure consisting of employee expenditure, goods and services expenditure and capital expenditure had a significant effect on the quality of human development in the education sector. Partially only spending on goods and services has a significant effect on the quality of human development in the education sector. Factors that cause the low growth of the quality of human development in the education sector are due to the disproportionate distribution of the education expenditure budget, the small expenditure on goods and services while what has a significant effect on the growth of the quality of human development in the education sector is precisely only spending on goods and services. Efforts made to improve the quality of human development in the education sector in Kuantan Singingi Regency include increasing the education expenditure budget in the regional budget every year, allocating proportional education spending and further increasing the expenditure on goods and services because it affects improving the quality of human development in the education sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential and contribution of the Regional Wealth Usage Retribution in Kuantan Singingi Regency in preparing a comprehensive and more realistic budget plan. know the management of wealth which includes procurement, utilization, maintenance and supervision in optimizing the acceptance of the Retribution for the Use of Regional Wealth, the factors that affect the realization of the Retribution for the Use of Regional Wealth in Kuantan Regency. Data collection technique : Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, Documentation. Methods of data analysis using quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show Potential Retribution for Use of Regional Wealth in Kuantan Singing Regency land use of 298,638,310.86, the use of the building is Rp. 355,368,183.33 and use of vehicles/heavy equipment 2,729,160,000,-. While the contribution of land use is 0.60%, for building use 2.74% and for use of vehicles/heavy equipment is 9.54%. Based on the criteria, the contribution is still very low compared to other PAD sources. Management of regional wealth which includes procurement, utilization, maintenance and supervision in optimizing the acceptance of the Retribution for the Use of Regional Assets together (simultaneously) variable planning (X1), maintenance and supervision variables (X2), and utilization (X3) have a significant effect on the retribution variable for the use of regional wealth. The management of regional property is good, but it needs to be optimized again so that planning, maintenance and supervision as well as its utilization can make a major contribution in increasing regional original income sourced from retribution for the use of regional assets.
