Abstract

The role of MOL as a basic component of fertilizer, microorganisms not only beneficial to plants are also useful asdecomposers agents of organic materials, agricultural waste, household waste and industry. The rapidly growingdecomposer in organic farming systems is utilizing local microorganisms (MOL). Local microorganisms (MOL) aremicroorganisms that are used as starter in the manufacture of solid organic fertilizer and liquid fertilizer. The mainingredient of MOL consists of several components, namely carbohydrates, glucose, and microorganism sources. This study is based on the amount of untreated fruit waste, banana cultivation waste that is left to accumulatewithout being treated more useful, the golden snail is always considered a pest on crops and cattle rumen arewasted and efforts to overcome dependence on chemical fertilizers and pesticides can be done by increasing therole of microorganisms. The objective of this research is to produce mole solution which can be used as bioactivatorand as organic liquid and microorganism found in mole. . The materials used in the manufacture of MOL are bananasticks, fruit waste, golden snail, cow rumen, cow urine, coconut water, rice laundry water (lery), terasi, brown sugarfor MOL I whereas For MOL II only distinguished by using sugar white. Mole made by fermentation MOL Makingdone in Laboratoriuam Production of State Agricultural Polytechnic of Samarinda. The result of physical observationof the moles performed every day on the 10th day of the mole is already so / ripe based on the followingcharacteristics when kissed mole has no odor or smell of tape, there is a change of color from brown to dark brownand the state of temperature which has stabilized three days in a row. On the surface of the mole there are whitethreads on the surface of the mole. Based on the chemical analysis of nutrients in the mole is still low. As for theidentification of microorganisms in bioactivators in combination MOL I there are 4 types of bacteria, namelyClavibacter, Agrobacterium, Clostridium, Pseudomonas berfluorescens, while for MOL II there are 3 types ofpessimus ie Pseudomonas berkluorescens, Erwinia and Clavibacter

Abstract

One of the efforts to continuously increase lettuce production is by using hydroponic technology. Hydroponics is a way of farming without using soil media but using water or porous materials. Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) including hydroponic farming methods. In this system, some of the roots of the plants are submerged in water that contains fertilizer and some are above the surface of the water with a continuous 24 hours of circulation. The research was conducted from June to November 2020. The research was carried out on the Hydroponic Roof Top of the Red Building. Plantation Cultivation. This research method used a non-factorial randomized block design (RBD), the treatment of 1100 ppm AB Mix nutrition at the age of 1-14 days, 1300 ppm from the age of 21-28 days, 1500 ppm at the age of 29 - 35 days and B2 = Fertilizer Growmore 1100 ppm at the age of 1 - 14 and 1300 ppm from the age of 21 - 28 days, 1500 ppm at the age of 29 - 35 days Each treatment consists of 20 sample plants. The results showed a significant difference in the application of AB Mix fertilizer to Growmore fertilizer from week 1 to week IV on plant height increase, number of leaves and wet weight or yield on lettuce plants.

Abstract

This The background of this research is waste from coco coir with bioactivator EM4, the manufacture of solid fertilizer utilizing waste from coco coir that is not treated properly has quite an impact on environmental pollution. Solid organic fertilizer is the decomposition of organic matter by a complex compound reform process with the help of microorganisms. The purpose of this study was to measure the time of making solid organic fertilizer, to analyze the nutrient content of N, P, K, C-organic, C/N ratio and pH. The research was conducted on Jl. Samratulangi ex. Gunung Panjang, Kec. Keledang River, East Kalimantan Province. This research lasts for 2 months from January to February 2021. The results of the study, the length of time in the P1 fertilizer treatment was finished on the 16th day while the P2 fertilizer had been finished on the 21st day. Analysis of the nutrient content in the P1 treatment was N total 0.084% , P total 0.0301%, K total of 0.03994 % , C/N ratio was 52.10, and P2 treatment, namely N total 0.098 %, P total 0.0403 %, K total 0.06534 %, C/N ratio 45.9, did not meet the Quality Standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture of the compost requirements number 261/Permentan/ SR.310/4/2019, while the total P1 C-organic content was 0.44,512 %, pH was 5.38 and P2 C-organic total was 45.032 %, pH 5.74 already meets the Quality Standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture for compost requirements number 261/Permentan/SR.310/4/2019

Abstract

This study aimed to calculate the speed of growth characterized by the emergence of shoots and percentage of successful growth of red betel cuttings cuttings given plant growth regulator cow urine. The study consisted of two treatments, namely: first treatment, red betel cuttings soaked in concentration 30% cow urine, and second treatment, red betel cuttings soaked in concentration 50% cow urine. The results showed that immersion with cow urine in the first treatment (red betel cuttings soaked using cow urine by concentration 30%) and second (soaking red betel cuttings with concentration 50%) gave the same results in the speed of growth that showed speed buds appear on 5th day, while the best percentage growth of red betel cuttings in the second treatment was 100% followed by the first treatment of 83%.

Abstract

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a food crop as an energy source that is generally consumed by the Indonesian people so that demand continues to increase every year. One of the efforts to increase rice production can be done through the use of young seedlings and microbes to accelerate the process of soil fertilization. This microbe is obtained from the Mas Conch Pest which is processed into Local Microorganisms (MOL). This study aims to determine the effect of giving MOL golden snail and seedling age on the growth and production of rice. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 9 treatment combinations and 3 replications. The first factor is the MOL concentration of golden snail, consisting of: 0 ml/L concentration or control, 20 ml/L concentration, and 40 ml/L concentration. The second factor is the age of the seedlings, consisting of: 17 days after sowing), 11 days after sowing and 15 days after sowing. The results showed that the treatment with a concentration of 40 ml/l of Local Microorganisms Conch Mas (M) had a significant effect on the number of productive tillers, the number of pithy grain per panicle and production per hectare. While the age of 7 days after seedling had a significant effect on the number of pithy grain per panicle, weight of 100 grains, and production per hectare. The interaction between the MOL concentration of 20 ml/l golden snail and 7 days after sowing (M1U1) gave a significant effect on the weight of 100 grains.
