Abstract

Citra merek merupakan persepsi seorang konsumen terhadap merek dari suatu produk maupun jasa. Dalam konteks ini, konsumen dapat membuat penilaian terhadap merek yang digunakan berdasarkan persepsi yang muncul. Citra merek yang baik memungkinkan konsumen untuk memiliki gambaran yang baik pula. Maka dari itu, citra merek yang baik dapat menimbulkan terbentuknya kepuasan konsumen. Inovasi produk merupakan pengembangan terhadap produk yang ada ataupun penemuan sebuah produk baru. Inovasi produk bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman baru dan manfaat bagi konsumen. Sehingga Inovasi produk berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan membuat konsumen tidak bosan. Kepuasan konsumen merupakan perasaan puas yang timbul dalam diri seorang konsumen akibat dari terpenuhinya ekspektasi yang diharapkan. Kepuasan yang timbul dalam diri seorang konsumen akan menentukan keputusan dalam pembelian ulang. Semakin tinggi kepuasan yang dirasakan, maka probabilitas konsumen untuk membeli ulang suatu merek juga akan semakin tinggi. Minat pembelian ulang adalah hasil dari terciptanya pengalaman positif antara konsumen dengan suatu merek. Minat pembelian yang tinggi berpotensi menciptakan loyalitas konsumen. Sehingga minat pembelian ulang menjadi incaran perusahaan disamping menciptkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

McDonald’s is one of the well known fast food restaurant. McDonald’s is known with their complicated supply chain management to make sure all aspects is working to consistently provide quick and fresh food for the customers. But we can’t deny that not every supply chain is perfect, as McDonald’s currently has difficulty in their supply chain because of global shortage of potatoes that affects some of their franchisees. Therefore, this paper aims to examine and understand on how the supply chain management, supply chain drivers, and supply chain performance in McDonald’s work and on how McDonald’s solve the supply chain issue. The result showed that McDonald’s mainly use outsourced third party within their supply chain. Even though, McDonald’s has a very complex supply chain management, it is still considered successful because it allows the huge fast food chain and its suppliers to create value together rather than merely exchanging it. As a result, more beneficial, lasting alliances are formed. McDonald’s use JIT to eliminate cost and reduce waste as their supply chain performance indicator.

Abstract

Dell is the huge technology company that is well known with its strength in supply chain strategy. The capability to respond to the environment change can make them sustain for the long time. At first, direct sale and customization were the remarkable strategies of Dell. However, it led to the low level of product availability. As time passed, consumers require the higher availability products that cause Dell also starts to establish the standard products and sell them in stores. Regardless from the success of Dell’s supply chain, this company also faces the challenges such as the shortage of network controller and micro controller which are used for making personal computer. More than that, the increasing the freight cost is also faced by Dell as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic era. Fortunately, the supply chain that has been designed to achieve the goal to present a unique positioning, high innovative products with affordable prices can save this company. Dell’s strategic fit, the supply chain’s driver, the distribution network, the presence of e-business contributes to solve these supply chain’s problem. In addition, the writer suggests to digitize supply chain and establish the long term relationship to prevent the similar case happen in the future.

Abstract

This research objective is to analyze the effect of Brand image, Brand love, and Brand experience on Brand loyalty with the Mediation of Brand trust at Mixue Shops in Surabaya City. On these research, researcher sampling technique used is non-probability sampling by purposive sampling. The sample used in this study amounted to 140 respondents. Requirements for respondents in this study are at least 17 years old, lived in Surabaya, and buy at least 3 times per month. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS analysis with the SmartPLS 4 program. The result of the research are prove that brand image and brand love have a significant influence on brand trust. Meanwhile, brand experience doesn’t have significant effect on brand trust, and brand trust has significant positive effect on brand loyalty. Practical implication from the research for Mixue is to give better services so, it will increase cunsomer loyalty to Mixue in Surabaya city.

Abstract

The basic concept of strategic human resource management (SHRM) is presence of a system within an enterprise that is planned and designed to achieve a sustainable comparative advantage through its human resources. In measuring or analyzing SHRM at a company that uses aspects include strategic human resource conditions, the internal changes that occur in strategic human resources, the condition of the gaps, obstacles encountered in the development of human resources and its strategic actions to overcome these barriers, attitudes the development of strategic human resource management, corporate response to human resource development and the strategic approach taken by managers to strategic HR in a company. This research is a descriptive study, the research aims to describe the phenomenon and context in implementation of SHRM in PT.PJBS. The approach used is an exploratory qualitative approach, the research aims to obtain preliminary information on SHRM applied to PT. PJBS and its relationship to company performance. The results showed that the condition of strategic human resource management which is owned by PT. PJBS is good enough and strong enough to be able to compete with other similar companies. The role of strategic HRM to the achievement of the company's performance is considered very positive. As the core assets of PT PJBS, human resources participating in the achievement of the company's performance with a range of competency. Corporate performance is measured through key performance index (KPI), two of which are domains of HR, which is HCR and OCR. Based on the results of this study submitted suggestions to the PT. PJBS is to recast the job description for each position, and to develop a portfolio of projects and improve TNA.

Abstract

Competitive advantage is the added value that a company has or an advantage that makes the company superior to other competitors in the product or service aspect so that it can attract attention when the target buyers are the same. Strategic management is very important to determine the decisions that must be made so that the company continues to survive and win over its competitors. This paper has several objectives as follows: (1). To find out the Vision, Mission, Goals and Strategy of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (2). To analyze the External and Internal Environment of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (3). To find out Strategy Implementation in Management aspects and other prominent aspects of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (4). To find out the Evaluation and Control of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. Campina must continue to show that their company is running according to the company's vision, mission and goals. Campina also needs to continue to analyze the business environment, both external and internal, so that Campina can take advantage of existing opportunities and survive threats from outside the company as well as maximize the benefits of the company's strengths and overcome internal weaknesses. The many issues of management, operations, marketing, finance, research & development, and management information systems mean that successful strategy implementation is not guaranteed. Therefore, Campina needs to continue to carry out evaluation and control so that it can continue to survive and develop over a long period of time and in a sustainable manner (5). To analyze the Social Responsibility carried out by PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. (6). To analyze the strategy for achieving long-term sustainability (sustainability) of PT Campina Ice Cream Industry. Campina must continue to show that their company is running according to the company's vision, mission and goals. Campina also needs to continue to analyze the business environment, both external and internal, so that Campina can take advantage of existing opportunities and survive threats from outside the company as well as maximize the benefits of the company's strengths and overcome internal weaknesses. Abstract

The success of companies is significantly shaped by the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain management in the dynamic realm of global commerce. Apple Inc. is at the top of this complex supply and demand dynamic in international business management. Apple, as the market leader, is well-known for its supply chain capabilities as well as groundbreaking innovations in technology. This paper aims to explore Apple Inc.’s advanced supply chain management network, showing how it has contributed to the company's extraordinary success and how it translates into building a market competitive advantage. Apple maintains a strong market position by continually improving its supply chain performance, as evidenced by its expanding gross margin and negative cash-to-cash cycle, which are indicators of both successful cash management and high market demand. Overall, Apple's supply chain journey serves as a model for other companies that seek quality, innovation, and long-term competitiveness. Companies can overcome hurdles and position themselves as market leaders by embracing strategic fit and prioritizing consumer satisfaction. Apple's supply chain success demonstrates the value of optimal management and strategic alignment in the ever-changing global business.

Abstract

Integrating dynamic capabilities and social capital in tourism companies' marketing and operational management is crucial to achieving competitive advantage and providing added value to customers. From the analysis of the seven articles studied, there are similarities in recognizing the importance of adapting to market and business environment changes and managing strong relationships with suppliers, business partners and local communities. However, there are differences in the focus and approach of each article, ranging from an emphasis on managing costs and risks in the supply chain to applying technology to improve operational efficiency. The new idea proposed from this analysis is the importance of strengthening the flow of information and skills between dynamic capabilities and social capital so that companies can combine valuable market knowledge with the ability to innovate and adapt to market changes. By building solid relationships with suppliers, business partners, and local communities, companies can strengthen their brand image, increase external collaboration, and increase customer satisfaction. Tourism companies can achieve long-term sustainability through this integrated approach in an increasingly dynamic and competitive business era.

Abstract

Globalisasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk cara perusahaan beroperasi dan berinteraksi dengan pasar global. Salah satu tantangan utamanya yaitu ketidakpastian pasar yang semakin tinggi, di mana perubahan ekonomi, politik, dan sosial dapat terjadi dengan cepat. Perubahan ekonomi, politik, dan sosial dapat berpengaruh pada perubahan berbagai aspek di tingkat global. Perusahaan harus berinvestasi dalam infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai dan melatih karyawan untuk menggunakan teknologi baru. Selain itu, isu keamanan siber menjadi semakin penting seiring dengan meningkatnya jumlah data yang diproses dan disimpan secara digital. Di sisi lain, aspek sosial dan budaya juga memainkan peran penting dalam mengelola lingkungan bisnis global. Perusahaan harus memahami dan menghormati nilai-nilai budaya dan sosial di pasar yang berbeda untuk berhasil dalam ekspansi internasional. keberhasilan suatu perusahaan tidak hanya ditentukan oleh strategi bisnis yang diterapkan, tetapi juga oleh faktor-faktor kepemimpinan, modal sosial (social capital), dan budaya sosial (social cultural). Kepemimpinan memiliki peran krusial dalam menentukan arah dan strategi perusahaan. Tulisan ini mengaji peran kepemimpinan, modal sosial dan kultur sosial dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan bisnis. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur sistematik.
