Abstract

This research was conducted for students of SMA Negeri 4 Gowa. This study aims to determine 1) the existence of content or learning materials that are relevant to the learning objectives, 2) use appropriate learning methods, 3) use learning media in various formats such as text, visual, video, multimedia, and others, 4) can occur synchronously or asynchronously. The research method used is quantitative research with a population of 585 people and a sample of 88 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive percentage and distribution analysis. The results showed that the effectiveness of the use of e-learning at SMA Negeri 4 Gowa was classified as effective in terms of indicators of the existence of content or learning materials that were relevant to the learning objectives, using appropriate learning methods, using learning media in various formats such as text, visual, video, multimedia, etc., and can occur synchronously or asynchronously. To achieve effective use of e-learning, efforts are made to increase student interest in learning and also the availability of learning services to support the online learning process in the COVID-19 pandemic era.

Abstract

It is impossible to manage organizational members with different personalities, backgrounds, levels of willingness and abilities by using only a single leadership. Therefore, facing different situations or levels of employee maturity requires different leadership styles. This study aims to determine the Situational Leadership Style applied PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Mattoangin Branch Office Makassar, in terms of the dimensions of Telling Style, Selling Style, Participating Style and Delegating Style. The research method used is a descriptive research method with quantitative approaches. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires / questionnaire, structured interviews, direct observation and documents. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling (census) as many as 42 employees. Respondents' answers were analyzed using descriptive analysis through frequency distribution and percentage. The results of this study indicate that the application of a Situational Leadership Style which consists of four dimensions, namely the Telling Style is quite good and has a percentage of 77.30 %. Selling Style is good and has a percentage of 84.32%. Participating Style is very good and has a percentage of 85, 95%. Meanwhile, Delegating Style is good and has a percentage of 80.00%.

Abstract

Every public service must have service standards and be published as a guarantee of certainty for service recipients. That way through good service, customers will feel valued and do not feel neglected and finally customers as recipients of services offered by government-owned agencies will feel satisfied. This study aims to determine how the influence of the service quality of the old-age insurance program on the satisfaction of the participants of the Social Security Administration for Employment at the Makassar Branch Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaires/ questionnaires. The population in this study was 216,014 people by taking 10% of the sample as many as 100 people using the incidental sampling technique. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that the indicators used in each variable indicated that the quality of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan services at the Makassar Branch Office was in the very good. And for the satisfaction of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants, the Makassar branch office is in the high. Meanwhile, based on the correlation test, that there is a strong / high correlation between the two variables. Soit can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the service quality of the old age insurance program on the satisfaction of participants in Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office of Makassar.
