Abstract

The advancement of information technology in the 4.0 era has a major impact on people's lifestyles. Repurchase interest is influenced by a number of important elements, including trust and lifestyle. Repurchase interest in GoFood declined from the top choice in 2021 to the second choice in 2022. The purpose of this study is to test how lifestyle and beliefs affect the desire of GoFood Malang City consumers to make their next purchase. Repurchase interest is a dependent variable, while lifestyle and belief variables are independent variables in this quantitative study. Purposive sampling was used to select 100 GoFood customers in Malang City to receive a questionnaire containing data. Hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression are used in the data analysis process. The results showed that lifestyle and trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, both partially and simultaneously. It is recommended that GoFood consider the diverse lifestyles of customers and improve service quality to build trust, thereby increasing repurchase intention.

Abstract

“Sari Kunyit Asem WR9” berlokasi di Desa Wringinsongo, Kabupaten Malang, merupakan salah satu usaha yang memproduksi minuman tradisional berbasis rempah. Meskipun memiliki produk berkualitas, UMKM ini menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti kurangnya kesadaran merek (brand awareness) di kalangan konsumen dan keterbatasan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan media digital untuk pemasaran. Produk ini belum sepenuhnya dikenal secara luas, sehingga memengaruhi potensi penjualan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Permasalahan lain yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya kemampuan pelaku usaha dalam menciptakan konten visual yang menarik dan konsisten. Konten yang menarik dan relevan sangat diperlukan untuk menarik perhatian konsumen, terutama e-commerce yang menjadi platform utama dalam pemasaran digital. Selain itu, pengelolaan e-commerce yang tidak terencana menyebabkan pesan pemasaran sulit tersampaikan secara efektif. Berdasarkan tantangan tersebut, diperlukan pendampingan dalam pembuatan konten visual menarik untuk menciptakan konten pemasaran yang efektif guna meningkatkan daya tarik serta potensi penjualan produk. Hasil pengabdian telah menunjukkan bahwa konten yang informatif dan visual interaktif mampu meningkatkan respons konsumen secara luas. Strategi pengembangan konten yang adaptif dan berbasis kebutuhan audiens dapat menjadi pendekatan efektif dalam mengoptimalkan penjualan produk UMKM secara digital.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri otomotif di Indonesia mendorong peningkatan kebutuhan masyarakat akan layanan perawatan kendaraan bermotor, khususnya penggantian oli mesin. Planet Ban sebagai penyedia layanan dan pelumas kendaraan bermotor menekankan pentingnya kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk dalam menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Planet Ban cabang Kalpataru Kota Malang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Kualitas Produk (X2), dan Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 89 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel dan signifikansi di bawah 0,05. Demikian pula, kualitas produk juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan kontribusi sebesar 53,9 persen terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk kepuasan pelanggan. Planet Ban disarankan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan aspek pelayanan serta kualitas produk guna memperkuat loyalitas konsumen

Abstract

Batik wastewater generated by micro-scale industries typically contains high organic loads, intense coloration, and fluctuating pH, exceeding national discharge limits. This study aims to design, install, and evaluate a simple pilot-scale wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) using a coagulation–filtration–adsorption process for UMKM Batik Ulur Wiji in Indonesia. Wastewater quality was analyzed before and after treatment for pH, BOD, COD, TSS, TDS, turbidity, and color referring to Indonesian Ministry of Environment Regulation No. 5/2014. The results show a substantial improvement in water quality, with COD reduced from 857 to 112 mg/L and BOD from 358 to 68 mg/L. Turbidity decreased from 218 to 14 NTU, and color removal was visually significant. The treated effluent met key parameters for non-potable reuse. A partner satisfaction survey revealed increased environmental awareness, full operational understanding of WWTP, and long-term commitment to system use. This study demonstrates that simple low-cost treatment units are effective for batik wastewater management in micro-industries and provide a replicable model for community-based environmental interventions.

Abstract

Desa DUWET Kec. Tumpang Kab. Malang memiliki potensi desa terutama untuk hasil-hasil pertanian. Salah satunya adalah hasil kebun berupa tanaman tomat. Masyarakat di desa Duwet terutama ibu-ibu rumah tangga cukup banyak dan memiliki waktu di rumah. Kegiatan sehari-hari mereka adalah bekerja diladang, di sawah dan berdagang. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka dirasa perlu menambah ketrampilan agar masyarakat mampu mengolah hasil pertanian yang ada. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan selai tomat ini dilakukan dalam rangka memberdayakan potensi desa DUWET. Abstract

Sosial media merupakan salah satu media penghubung informasi dan komunikasi dari produsen ke konsumen di manapun mereka berada dan berapapun jaraknya. Instagram merupakan media sosial yang tepat sebagai media pemasaran di era digital ini. Melihat jangkauan pengguna Instagram yang luas akan menjadi media potensial untuk mengembangkan jangkauan pemasaran, sehingga UKM dapat memanfaatkan lebih optimal. Instagram mempunyai banyak fitur yang dapat membantu UKM untuk mengembangkan pemasarannya. Salah satu fiturnya adalah Instagram Shopping yaitu serangkaian fitur yang memungkinkan orang untuk berbelanja dengan mudah lewat foto dan video merek Anda di seluruh Instagram.yang di dalamnya ada toko dan etalase dengan halaman detail produk. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar pelaku UKM memiliki pengetahuan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan Instagram Shopping dalam memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk. fitur-fitur pada Instagram Shooping juga memudahkan berbagai skala usaha untuk menampilkan usahanya yaitu fitur: Instagram Shopping Tag, Katalog Produk, Halaman Detail Produk, Instagram Shopping Ads, Shopping Tag di Akun tertentu dan Product Luanches. Abstract

This community service aims at training and assistance in making product catalogs for polynema partner MSMEs in Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency, which at that time there was still no porduk catalog available, so that marketing activities were still not optimal. The creation of this product catalog is expected as a means of promotion to introduce products made by Duwet Village residents to the wider community. This community service activity in the form of training and assistance in making product catalogs is divided into two stages, the first is that the Duwet village community will be given photography training to produce quality product images and the second stage is training on making layouts for photographic product catalogs. With this community service activity, it is hoped that the assisted villages can create product catalogs both print and digital for promotional facilities to increase sales volume so that the impact will be on improving the welfare of Duwet Village.   Keywords:MSMEs, Promotions, Product Catalogs

Abstract

This service activity program is carried out with the aim of increasing competitiveness and expanding the marketing of superior products produced by the Malang State Polytechnic to partner villages and Polinema entrepreneurial students. This is done by providing encouragement and motivation to increase productivity through efforts to expand the marketing network. Assistance to PKM partners is provided in the form of knowledge, skills and best practices to market products as typical Polinema souvenirs. This service program is carried out together with DUWET partner villages, Tumpang sub-district, Malang district and the Malang State Polytechnic ETU Business Incubator. Apart from that, assistance and marketing access are also provided in order to increase the potential empowerment of village areas and increase business productivity so as to encourage improvements in the welfare of village communities and student businesses. The problem currently faced by partners is that partners (assisted village residents and entrepreneurial students of the ETU Polinema business incubator tenants) have production results in the form of processed products and handicraft products as well as creative industries that have the opportunity to be marketed, however, the trained partners have not been able to maximize their potential. So that superior products cannot be marketed optimally, they do not have sales access to market the resulting products to become superior products. Meanwhile, Malang State Polytechnic partners do not yet have superior products as souvenirs that Polinema colleagues can bring as typical Polinema products. The fostered partners do not yet have a good understanding of village economic development (Rural Economic Development) as an effort to improve the welfare of village communities and young Polinema entrepreneurial tenants through business development and exploiting market opportunities. Understanding the importance of packaging not only as product protection, but also as branding and product promotion media. It is hoped that good packaging will increase the value of the product to be sold.  The solution offered is to map superior products that are suitable and ready to be widely marketed as souvenirs from Polinema, design a product catalog from the mapping, design product packaging dosages as typical souvenirs from Polinema, and provide additional knowledge about the importance of optimizing product packaging. as well as marketing access for Polinema's fostered partners at events/activities held on the Malang State Polytechnic campus as well as ready stock product displays as souvenirs from Polinema.  Keywords: Community Empowerment, Social Entrepreneurship, Packaging Optimization, competitiveness.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to provide assistance and training for MSMEs in Duwet Village, Malang Regency The abundance of vegetables in Duwet Village creates problems, such as potential waste and decreased selling value. To overcome this, the transformation of vegetables into healthy vegetable chips can be an effective solution. By turning vegetables into chips, it can increase the added value of products, reduce waste, and create healthy snack alternatives that are attractive to consumers. This community service activity is in the form of assistance to MSMEs in Duwet Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency The procurement of food dehydrators can make a significant contribution to partners by: Improving the efficiency of the vegetable dehydration process. Maintain the quality of nutrition and texture of the product. Supporting the increase in the production capacity of vegetable chips. Ensure consistency of product quality on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

During 2024 batik sales at UMKM Batik Bambu Kenanga experienced unstable sales and limitations in online sales through whatsapp and offline sales with limited use of digitalization. This research aims to design a Business Model Canvas (BMC) as strategic decision making in formulating business development strategies at UMKM Batik Bambu Kenanga. The main focus of this research is limited to business development through the Channels element, which includes distribution and promotion channels both offline and online. The data collection process uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that includes interviews, observations, and documentation with owners and employees. The research results that the Business Model Canvas (BMC) design has succeeded in describing the real conditions of the UMKM Batik Bambu Kenanga through nine main elements. The business development strategy formulated from the BMC design results is focused on the Channels element and is divided into two stages, namely short-term and long-term strategies. The use of Business Model Canvas as an analysis and strategy development tool has proven to be effective in helping UMKM Batik Bambu Kenanga formulate business development steps that are more adaptive, structured, and sustainable.
