Abstract

This program aims to provide agricultural product processing technology in Duwet, Petungsewu – Malang. The activities carried out are processing corn kernels into tortilla chips and to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship, so that the partner village communities are able to manage their businesses, and improve the empowerment of business groups well. The method of this program are carried out in several stages, namely the initiation of the object of program, coordination with the community as the object of program, implementation of program, and evaluation of activities. Based on the results of the activity, there was a change in behavior to be more creative and innovative in processing corn kernels into Dupitos products (the name of the corn chips product) so as to increase the selling value of products to SME partners.

Abstract

SWOT analysis is one of the well-known tools for situation analysis of the company's internal and external environment. SWOT analysis is often used as a reference for strategic planning by maximising strengths and taking opportunities by minimising weaknesses and avoiding threats. This research was a descriptive qualitative research using SWOT analysis as an evaluation. This study used data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling techniques. The number of respondents was 9 respondents who were owners, employees, teachers, and students of Gama Private Center. The results of the SWOT analysis found 5 points in each factor. It is known that the internal value is positive 2.42 and the external factor is positive 1,90. The position of the Gama Private Centre is in quadrant I.

Abstract

Attitude mentality potential of entrepreneurship, especially among students need to be developed, with the opportunities that exist and to be the strength to make the authorized capital development. Kalipatrick (1918) Developing an individual to be successful can be achieved by projects that can be done by learners. This study was conducted to obtain a model of entrepreneurial learning development based contextual business problems. It applying the proposed business significantly, this model is expected to be a form of community based education (foster active participation of students in education and training) that is capable of forming new entrepreneurs to reduce poverty, especially in ??Malang. The purpose of this research to determine the development of students entrepreneurial learning method through Project Based Learning approach. The observation is made the group, with each group consist of 5-6 students. The results from this study demonstrated the ability of students to solve problems. Through the development of project-based learning method is seen student interest the development of entrepreneurship shown in the character of students through research variables, that is: leadership / leadership skills were quite good; courage to take risk is still very low; a student perseverance who is well; students' ability to focus on the job they should be improved; and the level of discipline a student who has good enough.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate how macroeconomic factors influence the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) in times of market decline due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Information for this study will be gathered from official sources such as the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Bank Indonesia. The information analyzed consists of monthly data on the Composite Stock Price Index, inflation, and interest rates.   Multiple regression is the method employed in this study. The findings show that inflation has a notable positive impact on the Composite Stock Price Index, causing bearish trends during the COVID-19 pandemic, while interest rates have a significant negative impact, resulting in bullish trends during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant role in the economy country which develop. As big as 90 percent from entity business is an MSMEs that contributes to global labor absorption. In terms of labor absorption, MSMEs in Indonesia absorb more power Work If compared to with country ASEAN other. Realizing the importance role MSMEs then it is necessary empowerment efforts MSMEs in in order to accelerate regional and central economic development and increase the competitiveness of MSME products. Rumah Pengusaha Malang Raya or abbreviated as RPMR is one of the communities MSMEs Which is at in region Malang Raya, Indonesia (Malang City, Malang Regency and Batu City). The current RPMR community members number 100 (one hundred) members who are mapped out consisting of culinary, handicrafts, fashion, and merchant. With the large number of MSMES members. Based on these ideals, so that this community can develop and make a significant contribution to improving the economy in Malang City and generally in East Java, it is needed mapping Business Empowerment Program. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which will be used later as an initial step to strengthen coordination and synchronization in MSME development programs.

Abstract

Abstract:  The owner of Opak Jepit Mekar Sari MSME has struggled for years to learn how to utilize the right digital strategies to enhance her business branding. The primary objective of this activity is to enhance the branding of partner MSMEs by leveraging information technology through effective marketing management, through training in food photography techniques. The method used in implementing this activity is training and mentoring, which is carried out through several stages: planning, preparation and coordination, training in the use of food photography techniques for product marketing, mentoring in designing packaging labels, mentoring the marketing system through the creation of an Instagram social media account, and joint evaluation. The results of this activity can be used as packaging labels or marketing materials on social media.Abstrak: Pemilik UMKM Opak Jepit Mekar Sari telah berjuang selama bertahun-tahun untuk mempelajari cara memanfaatkan strategi digital yang tepat guna meningkatkan branding bisnisnya. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan branding UMKM mitra dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi melalui manajemen pemasaran yang efektif melalui pelatihan teknik food photography. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan, yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan: perencanaan, persiapan dan koordinasi, pelatihan pemanfaatan teknik fotografi makanan untuk pemasaran produk, pendampingan dalam mendesain label kemasan, pendampingan sistem pemasaran melalui pembuatan akun media sosial Instagram, dan evaluasi bersama. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat digunakan sebagai label kemasan maupun materi pemasaran di media sosial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan Brand Personality dan Brand Experience memiliki pengaruh terhadap Brand Love pada Produk Luxcrime. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand Personality dan Brand Experience secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Brand Love, sehingga diharapkan Luxcrime dapat terus mempertahankan kualitas produknya agar tetep memiliki daya tarik tersendiri dalam menciptakan Brand Love dalam diri konsumen untuk tetep menggunakan produk luxcrime.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Customer Experience (X1), Trust (X2) dan Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari Jingga Syrup di Kota Malang yang sudah pernah membeli minimal 2 kali dalam 1 bulan. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi, dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 91 responden.Hasil dari persamaan regresi bahwa Customer Experience (X1) dan Trust (X2) secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar umkm Jingga Syrup menambahkan informasi tentang kontak toko melalui online shop agar meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan Jingga Syrup, umkm Jingga Syrup disarankan untuk meningkatkan customer service agar Jingga Syrup dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang dikeluhkan oleh konsumennya, umkm Jingga Syrup diharapkan untuk meningkatkan promosi yang menarik agar konsumen tidak terpengaruh dengan produk sirup lainnya agar loyalitas pelanggan tetap bertahan.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin canggih membuat persaingan ketat dalam berbisnis, salah satunya pada industri kosmetik. Meningkatnya persaingan dalam industri kosmetik ini membuat setiap pelaku usaha harus dapat meningkatkan strategi pemasaran. Untuk itu, dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data akan dikumpulkan dengan menguji pengaruh Brand Image, Instagram Social Media, dan lini produk Scarlett Whitening terhadap minat konsumen. Untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang diperlukan, 90 mahasiswa yang terdaftar pada Program Studi D-IV Manajemen Pemasaran Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Politeknik Negeri Malang diberikan kuesioner untuk diisi. Pengambilan sampel probabilitas, yaitu pengambilan sampel acak sederhana, digunakan di sini. Regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis merupakan pendekatan utama yang digunakan untuk menguji data yang diperoleh. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Scarlett Whitening dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk dengan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan reputasi baik yang telah mereka bangun untuk merek mereka dan dengan memposting konten orisinal yang menarik di Instagram untuk menarik pelanggan baru.

Abstract

Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk menggunakan jasa wedding organizer, aspek kualitas pelayanan dan harga memainkan peran yang sangat penting. Kenongo event & wedding organizer telah menjalankan strategi pemasaran yang mengedepankan kualitas pelayanan dan harga sebagai faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini dirancang guna mengidentifikasi dampak mutu layanan dan harga, secara sebagian atau keseluruhan terhadap keputusan yang dibuat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian layanan di Kenongo Event & Wedding Organizer. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif dalam kerangka penelitian eksplanatori. Variabel yang dipelajari dalam penelitian ini mencakup Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), Harga (X2), dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Populasi penelitian adalah para pelanggan yang pernah membeli layanan Kenongo Event & Wedding Organizer. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada 78 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data melibatkan penggunaan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kenongo Event & Wedding Organizer sebaiknya terus mempertahankan tingkat kualitas pelayanan yang tinggi dan harga yang bersaing. Hal ini akan membantu menarik minat konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan layanan mereka.
