Abstract

This activity explores and educates how a company carries out long-term strategic planning in expanding or expanding its business, where in carrying out expansion and expansion there are of course obstacles and obstacles it faces. Therefore, it is important for a company's strategic planning to overcome the obstacles and obstacles faced in expanding and expanding its business so that it remains stable and competitive. This activity focuses on one of the micro, small and medium enterprises, namely the beverage industry company "Tea Break" which is located in Selaparang sub-district, Rembiga, Mataram City. The results of this activity highlight the importance of company strategic planning in carrying out business expansion and expansion as well as how companies deal with the obstacles and obstacles they face. The results show that the education carried out by the Team has increased the understanding of MSME owners in carrying out expansion.

Abstract

After the research team made observations in Pegondang Hamlet, the research team found that several parents deliberately gave smartphones to their children who were even toddlers with minimal supervision and some had businesses that had to be taken care of. Therefore, the research team felt the need to educate the relationship between technology and children and how to manage business for parents who sell while taking care of children. The method chosen by the research team in carrying out this Community Service activity is PAR (Participatory Action Research). Community Service Activities with the theme of Free Children's Seminar with Prizes are able to change parents' views regarding the use of smartphones and the introduction of technology in children. This service activity is also able to provide solutions for parents who are busy in business to remain able to carry out their role in raising children well through business management.

Abstract

Backgroud: Vehicle-to-vehicle communication has become a crucial element in the development of intelligent transportation systems. However, conventional routing protocols face limitations in coping with dense and dynamic traffic conditions. Objective: The objective of this study is to improve communication efficiency between vehicles by modifying an on-demand routing protocol using a learning automata approach. Method: This study employed a simulation method with traffic modeling using traffic modeling software and network simulation tools, based on data from highways in the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport area. Result: The results of this study show that the developed protocol increases the packet delivery ratio to 87.7% and reduces latency by 6.5%. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the application of learning automata in vehicle routing enhances communication reliability and supports the implementation of a more adaptive and efficient transportation system.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa semester akhir dengan keterampilan menghadapi wawancara kerja, yang merupakan salah satu tahapan krusial dalam proses rekrutmen. Berdasarkan hasil survei terhadap 193 mahasiswa, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami teknik dan strategi wawancara kerja yang efektif. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan pelatihan berbasis simulasi wawancara kerja yang melibatkan dosen Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Bumigora sebagai pewawancara. Pelatihan ini diawali dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menentukan metode pelaksanaan, dilanjutkan dengan sesi simulasi wawancara, penilaian kinerja peserta, serta pemberian umpan balik dan rekomendasi. Evaluasi pasca-kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman dan pengalaman yang lebih baik terkait teknik wawancara, serta merasa lebih siap menghadapi dunia kerja. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dan menjawab kebutuhan mitra terkait persiapan menghadapi proses rekrutmen.

Abstract

Agile development ensures quality software is on time and according to user expectations. Therefore, software testing is essential before launch, including usability testing as part of the user experience. However, the many choices of questionnaires in usability testing make it difficult for developers to determine the appropriate method. This community service is a training activity that aims to improve the understanding of students and the general public, especially those involved in software development related to usability testing. The training is conducted face-to-face with counseling, namely interactive lectures, discussions, case studies, and quizzes. The training materials include an introduction to software quality and usability evaluation, respondent selection techniques, an introduction to types of usability questionnaires, and exercises in calculating and interpreting usability scores using the Usability Metric for User Experience (UMUX-Lite) questionnaire. The training results showed that the level of understanding was still low (31.07%); this result was due to several obstacles, namely the imbalance in the number of participants and facilitators, the relatively short discussion time, and not all participants being active in the activities. The strategy for future improvements is to conduct remedial sessions, re-evaluate learning methods and media, and divide participants into small groups with adequate training facilitators.

Abstract

Belajar matematika sangat penting bagi anak usia sekolah dasar (Cornelius dalam Abdurahman, 2003: 253), oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan suatu perencanaan dan perbaikan cara belajar yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman bagi anak usia sekolah dasar berdasarkan kebutuhan belajar mereka. Di Desa Wali Ate masih banyak anak usia sekolah dasar yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mempelajari matematika khususnya pada materi operasi bilangan bulat, operasi bilangan desimal dan operasi pada bilangan Pecahan (bilangan rasional). Berdasarkan masalah di atas, maka perlu dilakukan pembelajaran berhitung bilangan bulat, bilangan desimal dan bilangan pecahan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep operasi pada bilangan bulat, bilangan desimal dan bilangan pecahan bagi anak usia Sekolah Dasar di desa Wali Ate. Adapun Tahapan awal yang akan dilakukan adalah pemberian pretets. Setelah pemberian pretes, selanjutnya diberikan perlakuan yaitu pengajaran operasi bilangan bulat, operasi pada bilangan desimal dan bilangan pecahan (bilangan desimal) dan selanjutnya pemberian posttest. Berdasarkan hasil posttest di atas, terlihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman berhitung pada anak usia sekolah dasar di desa Wali Ate. Dari hasil pretest dan posttest tersebut, dapat menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembelajaran ini memberi manfaat yang baik bagi anak-anak usia sekolah dasar di desa Wali Ate dalam memahami materi tentang perhitungan dasar.

Abstract

Di era modern ini, kebutuhan konsumen telah berubah secara signifikan sebagai akibat dari tingkat kreativitas dan inovasi yang tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yakni pendidikan masyarakat, difusi iptek, dan tanya jawab. Acara seminar ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan mitra mengenai kurangnya wawasan tentang strategi bertahan menghadapi permasalahan perusahaan. Acara seminar ini terbukti mampu mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil dokumen Post-Test yang berbeda dengan dokumen Pre-Test yang di bagikan sebelum acara dimulai. Dokumen Pre-Test menunjukkan mayoritas peserta yang masih tidak mengetahui bagaimana strategi tepat untuk keluar dari permasalahan perusahaan, sedangkan dokumen Post-Test yang di bagikan setelah acara selesai menunjukkan mayoritas peserta merasa memiliki wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan lebih setelah mengikuti acara seminar.

Abstract

The transformation of the financial industry has not only impacted society but has also significantly influenced industry players in Indonesia. This transformation is evidenced by the availability of numerous digital financial applications that can be accessed either for a fee or free of charge, such as Accurate and ESB Core. The use of these applications is considered to enhance the effectiveness of corporate financial reporting. Therefore, this community service activity aims to assist My Kopi-O Lombok in implementing financial transaction recording through the Accurate and ESB Core applications. The methodology for this activity comprises three phases: preparation/planning, execution, and evaluation. Several activities conducted include recording financial transactions into the system, inventory management, initial branch data setup, and petty cash management. All activities were completed within one month. The results of this activity demonstrate an increase in the effectiveness of financial reporting for My Kopi-O Lombok, as digital recording has proven to facilitate the work of the finance department. It is hoped that through this activity, the company will continue to intensify its use of digital financial applications to maximize revenue and minimize operational expenses that can still be reduced by the company.

Abstract

The basics of organizational leadership training aim to equip participants with the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to become effective leaders in an organizational context. The activity method uses a lecture approach, interactive discussion sessions, and training according to existing conditions. In this training, participants are taught the basic principles of leadership including effective communication, decision making, and understanding various leadership styles in organizations. Indicators of success are shown by the high enthusiasm of participants in participating in activities which is also marked by increased knowledge and skills of participants regarding the basics of leadership. This training activity has an impact on improving individual and team performance, developing organizational culture and increasing overall organizational competitiveness. With the development of the right skills, leaders can lead an organization toward achieving greater goals and create a work environment that grows positively, productively, innovatively, and collaboratively.

Abstract

Divorce is a break in the relationship or marriage bond caused by several factors such as the economy and domestic violence. The author is interested in conducting this research because he wants to know how much the economy and domestic violence affect the increase in divorce cases in Mataram City. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques, namely secondary data from the Mataram City Statistics Center Agency. Classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests were carried out. The data analysis method was carried out using multiple linear regression statistical tests. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the economy and domestic violence simultaneously and partially do not affect the increase in divorce.
