Abstract

Football is a popular sport in the world and is enjoyed by people of all ages. The Indonesia U-16 national team played in the ASEAN CUP 2024 event in this field. Twitter users gave their support through #timnasday during the event. This provided many forms of support for the Indonesian national team which made it difficult to identify positive, neutral, and negative sentiments. This requires the use of lexicon-based textblob to perform automatic labeling. In the labeling results using textblob from a total of 1138 user tweet data resulted in positive sentiment values of 50.9% or 579 positive data, neutral 33.7% or 384 neutral data, and negative 15.4% or 175 negative data. In the test results using one of the machine learning from the naïve bayes classifier, namely gaussian naïve bayes with the division of test data and training data of 0.3 and 0.7, the accuracy value is 98.53%

Abstract

Over the last decade, the surge in mental health disorders has necessitated innovative support methods, notably artificial intelligent (AI) chatbots. These chatbots provide prompt, tailored conversations, becoming crucial in mental health support. This article delves into the use of sophisticated models like convolutional neural network (CNN), long-short term memory (LSTM), efficiently learning an encoder that classifies token replacements accurately (ELECTRA), and bidirectional encoder representation of transformers (BERT) in developing effective mental health chatbots. Despite their importance for emotional assistance, these chatbots struggle with precise and relevant responses to complex mental health issues. BERT, while strong in contextual understanding, lacks in response generation. Conversely, ELECTRA shows promise in text creation but is not fully exploited in mental health contexts. The article investigates merging ELECTRA and BERT to improve chatbot efficiency in mental health situations. By leveraging an extensive mental health dialogue dataset, this integration substantially enhanced chatbot precision, surpassing 99% accuracy in mental health responses. This development is a significant stride in advancing AI chatbot interactions and their contribution to mental health support.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi aplikasi memberikan dampak signifikan pada gaya hidup masyarakat modern, terutama dengan hadirnya aplikasi inovatif seperti Pick 'n Serve yang mengatasi antrian di restoran melalui platform mobile iOS. Dikembangkan dengan Firebase Realtime Database, aplikasi ini memastikan akses real-time terhadap informasi menu, pesanan, dan ketersediaan. Integrasi model bisnis, perhatian terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan, dan penerapan metode pengembangan Waterfall membuat Pick 'n Serve berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan pengalaman pemesanan. Metode Waterfall memberikan struktur pengembangan terorganisir dengan langkah-langkah jelas dari perencanaan hingga implementasi. Hasil pengujian mencerminkan kinerja baik, memudahkan pengguna dalam pemesanan, dan efektif mengurangi antrian di restoran. Skor tinggi dari uji penerimaan pengguna (UAT) mencerminkan penerimaan positif terhadap aplikasi ini. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Firebase dan pendekatan pengembangan yang terstruktur, Pick 'n Serve diharapkan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi operasional, kepuasan pelanggan, dan pertumbuhan bisnis restoran dalam era digital, menjadikannya solusi holistik untuk adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan konsumen dan tuntutan pasar yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.

Abstract

Problems that still occur in the current condition of PT MASSINDO, which is located at Jalan Gatot Subroto no 23, Block 9, Semarang City, in the process of selling springbeds, still often experience fluctuations in sales of several types and types of springbeds which are influenced by the number of goods to be sold which do not match the number of sales, thus causing a lot of losses. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an analysis process on sales that will occur in the coming period to increase the company's sales turnover and make cash turnover more stable. The method that will be used as a consideration for companies to stabilize sales of goods is the Trend Moment method.

Abstract

The Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Program (PHBS) is an important program to encourage the implementation of a healthy lifestyle in maintaining, preserving, and improving health. Many diseases can be avoided if the community implements a healthy lifestyle. PHBS is ideal for implementation in school-age children, because they are included in the group at risk for health problems due to several factors. Technology in education has been proven to significantly change the way interaction and learning in the classroom, more efficiently, more easily accessible, and can build the skills needed in the current digital era and in the future. The use of digital applications as one of the products of technology has been widely used in both health and education, and are interrelated with each other where they complement each other. Information on health problems certainly requires the field of education to convey it, and vice versa, education cannot run smoothly if the environment is unhealthy. Thus, the role of technology in both fields is very important. Based on the things mentioned above, it is necessary to provide knowledge to students about PHBS. In addition to being given knowledge, students also need to be given guidance when practicing the PHBS material and including the role of technology in the form of digital applications so that learning can be more enjoyable and effective, where previously it was necessary to conduct socialization and training first regarding the use of the application to the caretakers of the Islamic boarding school. Based on the reasons stated, this time the team took the initiative to hold an activity in the form of Community Service with the theme of PHBS Assistance for Students with Digital Application Socialization, with a predetermined location, namely at the Nurul Istiqomah Al Hira 'Islamic Boarding School, so that PHBS can become a habit for students in their daily lives and can transmit these good habits to their environment.

Abstract

Consumables inventory information system is used to control and supervise the management of consumables in carrying out the management of consumables, they often face problems. These problems such as inaccurate counting of goods, recording process, transaction data documentation is hampered, and inventory control is not optimal. The thing that is done to minimize these problems is the construction of an information system for managing consumables inventory. This system was created by developing an existing system. The purpose of developing this system is to provide convenience for users to obtain the required information quickly and accurately. The stages of system development used in the development of this system are system analysis, system design and system implementation. The auxiliary software used to implement the system design is Delphi Borland The consumables inventory information system is built based on user needs so that requirements specifications are generated. The database in this system includes a table of goods, users, suppliers, circulation, invoices, inventories, proposals for goods and expiration of goods.

Abstract

Internet services have become essential for communication and information sharing. Nowadays, daily activities are conducted through the internet. This study aims to gain a better understanding of the components that influence user perception and satisfaction using textual, sentiment, and statistical analysis techniques. By applying machine learning algorithms such as Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM), this research analyzes customer perceptions of telecommunication service providers in Indonesia. The dataset consists of 300 tweets obtained from the Kaggle platform. The objective is to identify elements that affect customer satisfaction, particularly those related to network stability and service quality. Data preprocessing is carried out using methods such as case folding, normalization, stemming, and stopword removal to enhance sentiment analysis model performance. The results show that SVM outperforms Naïve Bayes in precision and recall, achieving an accuracy of 90% compared to Naïve Bayes' 87%. This demonstrates SVM's ability to classify positive and negative sentiments more accurately. Common topics found in the analysis include customer satisfaction with network stability and affordable pricing, while dissatisfaction arises from poor connectivity and slow customer service response. These findings provide valuable insights for service providers to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction. Real-time sentiment analysis using machine learning has great potential, and this study highlights how telecommunication companies can leverage strategic recommendations to improve service quality and retain customers.

Abstract

Program Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) sangat penting untuk mendorong penerapan gaya hidup sehat untuk menjaga, memelihara, dan meningkatkan kesehatan. Banyak penyakit dapat dihindari apabila masyarakat menerapkan gaya hidup yang sehat. PHBS sangat ideal untuk diterapkan pada anak-anak pada usia sekolah, karena mereka termasuk ke dalam kelompok yang berisiko terhadap masalah kesehatan dikarenakan oleh beberapa faktor. Teknologi dalam pendidikan telah terbukti dapat mengubah cara interaksi dan pembelajaran dalam kelas secara signifikan, lebih efisien, lebih mudah diakses, dan dapat membangun keterampilan yang dibutuhkan pada era yang serba digital saat ini dan di masa yang akan datang. Penggunaan aplikasi digital sebagai salah satu produk dari teknologi telah banyak digunakan baik di bidang kesehatan maupun pendidikan, dan saling terkait satu sama lain dimana saling melengkapi. Penginformasian masalah kesehatan pasti membutuhkan bidang pendidikan untuk menyampaikannya, demikian pula sebaliknya pendidikan tidak dapat berjalan lancar bila lingkungannya tidak sehat. Dengan demikian peran teknologi pada kedua bidang tersebut menjadi sangat penting. Berdasarkan hal-hal yang telah tersebut di atas, maka perlu adanya suatu pengetahuan kepada siswa-siswa sekolah terutama di sekolah dasar dan yang sederajat tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Siswa-siswa selain diberi pengetahuan juga perlu diberikan pendampingan pada saat mempraktikkan materi PHBS tersebut serta memasukkan peran teknologi dalam bentuk aplikasi digital agar pembelajaran dapat lebih menyenangkan dan efektif, dimana sebelumnya perlu diadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan terlebih dahulu mengenai penggunaan aplikasi tersebut kepada para guru. Berdasar atas alasan-alasan yang dikemukakan tersebut, maka kali ini tim berinisiatif untuk mengadakan kegiatan berupa Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan tema Pendampingan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada Siswa dengan Sosialisasi Aplikasi Digital, dengan lokasi yang telah ditentukan yaitu di MI Miftahul Hidayah, sehingga PHBS dapat menjadi kebiasaan siswa di kesehariannya dan dapat menularkan kebiasaan baik tersebut ke lingkungannya.
