Abstract

Computer technology and the internet do present many conveniences in business. Includes a web-based recruitment decision support system. In the current system, PT. X received a job application file sent to the office of PT. X, after that applicants await calls from PT. X work for the interview. Such conditions make the performance of PT. X work is considered ineffective and inefficient. Therefore we need a web-based employee recruitment system that can solve this problem. The method used in the construction of this system is the analytical method hierarchy process which is carried out in several stages, namely data collection, system requirements analysis, system analysis and design, system development, and ends with testing and revision. Abstract

In the era of information and technological developments that are very rapid as it is today, in the context of managing human resources in a company or what is known as a personnel management information system. The problems faced by PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, namely until now, the staffing data management is still using a manual system that is not well computerized, does not have a database as a data storage medium, data sharing is not via the network and still uses hardcopy printouts. Seeing the problems that occur in the personnel administration subdivision of PT. Nerangi Sarana Karya, the author intends to develop a web-based personnel information system (SIMPEG) to hide staffing master data, employee data, promotions, and periodic salary increase data. using PHP and MySQL. The system development method that I use is AHP. In the end, this system can provide output to its users in the form of a promotion decree, a regular salary increase decree and employee reports.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor terbesar untuk kemajuan suatu bangsa. Disini peranan teknologi informasi sangat diperlukan dengan semakin berkembangnya suatu lembaga pendidikan, bertambahnya siswa dan ilmu pengetahuan serta kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada. Lembaga yang baik tentunya harus memiliki sistem informasi. Hampir semua lembaga pendidikan telah menggunakan sistem informasi untuk mempermudah segala kegiatan yang ada di dalamnya. MTs NU Ungaran merupakan salah satu Madrasah Tsanawiyah swasta yang terletak di Jl. Kaligarang No.09, Kecamatan Ungaran Barat, Kabupaten Semarang. Selama ini, dalam proses pencatatan pembayaran SPP di MTs NU Ungaran masih menggunakan sistem manual, akibatnya proses pencatatan pembayaran SPP masih tidak efektif dan efisien. Banyak sekali kesalahan proses dalam pencatatan, misalnya dalam peginputan nama siswa, nominal pembayaran, dan hal lainnya. Semakin berkembangnya suatu lembaga pendidikan dan mengikuti perkembangan era digital, Madrasah tersebut akan menerapkan sistem informasi dalam proses kegiatan, dengan cara melakukan praktek langsung terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi. Oleh karena itu, penulis merancang sebuah sistem khusus yang digunakan untuk pencatatan pembayaran SPP. Yaitu sistem informasi berbasis multiuser dengan bahasa pemrograman Vb.Net untuk mempermudah pembuatan aplikasi tersebut, karena memiliki keunggulan mudah dikembangkan, fleksibel, dan akses informasi lebih mudah. Penulis berharap dengan adanya Sistem Informasi Pencatatan Pembayaran SPP ini dapat mengurangi kesalahan-kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi serta dilakukan dengan lebih akurat dan efisien oleh staff admin di MTs NU Ungaran

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities is aimed at the MSME group regarding how to increase market segmentation with various counseling with material on the importance of packaging and labeling, introduction of product sales strategies through e-commerce, introduction of website, digitalization of modern business for MSMEs and the use of Google My Business (GMB). The counseling was carried out by direct interaction between lecturers from the STEKOM University team and participants from the MSME group in the city of Salatiga. Model training and counseling with presentations and hands-on practice using electronic devices, such as laptops, LCDs and smartphones. This outreach program is expected to be sustainable and enable participants to implement strategies to increase market segmentation, especially the MSME group in Salatiga City.

Abstract

With so many cosmetic sales, the Grahamode Store is still constrained by 1) the location of stores that are far from urban areas, so that consumers have difficulty making purchases. At this time the sales system used by the Grahamode Shop is that the buyer must come directly to the Shop to make purchases and payments directly. 2) The price of competitive cosmetic products, even relatively cheaper opens up opportunities to compete with similar products in other stores, because the cosmetic products are directly purchased through distributors of each brand. 3) Administration of sales records is still centralized on the computer in the store, so monitoring product sales cannot be done online by the shop owner. 4) A system that is still MS.DOS-based for its operation. Promotions at the Grahamode Shop are also still conventional, namely by distributing brochures, even though it has gone well in Kendal City. The purpose of this study is to produce an information system that can facilitate the Grahamode Shop in conducting promotional activities, and facilitate the process of buying and selling cosmetics online. Data collection methods used are interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation studies for owners and customers of the Grahamode Store. While the software used is PHP and MySQL as the database. The results of this study produce e-commerce as a mobile web-based promotion and sales media that can help the process of buying and selling products at the Grahamode Shop, and can expand the range of promotions to outside Kendal City.

Abstract

Proses presensi karyawan bagi sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan. Karena presensi atau kehadiran karyawan menjadi tolak ukur untuk menentukan tingkat kedisiplinan seorang karyawan di sebuah perusahaan. Jika preseni dilakukan secara manual, maka akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efektif. Di PT Tunas Sahabat Tani proses masih di lakukan secara manual, proses pencatatan presensi yang manual ini dapat memicu para karyawan untuk melakukan titip absen. Dari masalah tersebut maka peniulis membuat “Sistem Presensi Karyawan Otomatis Menggunakan Raspberry Dengan Sensor Fingerprint Dan Webcam”. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membatu proses kegiatan presensi karyawan di PT. Tunas Sahabat Tani sehingga pencatatan presensi menjadi lebih sistematis dan lebih terpantau dari pada sebelumnya. Pada sistem ini penulis menggunakan hardware raspberry pi sebagai pengendalinya dan sensor fingerprint untuk mendaftarkan dan menscan karyawan yang sedang melakukan kegiatan presensi serta menggunakan webcam untuk memotret para karyawan yang sedang melakukan kegiatan presensi, selanjutnya data akan disimpan di database dan staff HRD dapat mengakses web untuk melakukan repaitulasi kehadiran karyawan. Sistem yang di bangun menggunakan perangkat lunak PHP dan MYSQL. Dengan rekap yang sudah terkomputerisasi sehingga pencatatan karyawan lebih sistematis dan lebih terpantau

Abstract

Minimarket Alfamart Kebondalem Kendal is one of the branch outlets of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Semarang where the management of the warehouse still uses conventional methods. Conventional management often creates difficulties in terms of the process of entering and leaving goods, knowing stock information, knowing the mutation of goods, and during the stock taking process. As a result of the difficulty in managing the warehouse, management cannot obtain warehouse information quickly and accurately. This makes warehouse productivity decrease because many items are not managed properly and disrupt operations. Based on the problems above, a prototype has been created that can help warehouse management by utilizing web-based RFID. The prototype system being developed will display goods data such as accurate stock, expiration date information, and history in out of goods which will be displayed on the web, so that stock-related information can be known quickly and the condition of goods in and out can be monitored at any time in real time

Abstract

Absensi adalah suatu bentuk pendataan presensi atau kehadiran seseorang atau kedatangan dengan menggunakan alat atau dengan menggunakan sistem. Sistem yang dimaksud disini bisa berupa sistem manual maupun sistem komputer.  Sementara itu perkembangan teknologi komputer yang semakin canggih telah menghadirkan beberapa alat dan teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk sistem absensi seperti barcode, fingerprint, face detector dan RFID. RFID ( Radio Frequency Identification ) adalah suatu teknologi yang digunakan untuk melakukan identifikasi dan pengambilan data dengan menggunakan barcode atau magnetic card. Dengan kegunaan RFID tersebut dapat digunakan atau diaplikasikan ke suatu Sistem Absensi. Saat ini Kantor XXX masih mengunakan sistem manual untuk sistem absensi pegawai. Sistem manual ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan seperti pencatatan waktu hadir dan pulang yang tidak tepat, membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mendapatkan informasi kehadiran pegawai dan informasi lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun Sistem Absensi Pegawai dengan menggunakan Kartu RFID.
