Abstract

AbstractCV. SHIBA AZAKI is a company engaged in the garment sector, established in 2005. The product marketing area covers areas within the city, outside the city and several areas outside Java. Producing good quality home and baby equipment. In managing a business, there are many problems faced, one of which is billing scheduling. The absence of definite standards in scheduling billing causes delays in the billing process, billing does not match the due date. To overcome this problem, a Scheduling Information System for the location of the billing process was created using the client server-based PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) method. The results of the research are in the form of application products that have been validated and declared to be able to meet the objectives and are expected to help improve the effectiveness of billing location scheduling.Keywords: Scheduling, Billing, Information Systems, PERT Method AbstrakCV. SHIBA AZAKI merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang garmen, berdiri sejak tahun 2005. Area pemasaran produk meliputi daerah dalam kota, luar kota dan beberapa daerah di luar pulau jawa. Memproduksi perlengkapan rumah dan perlengkapan baby dengan kualitas yang baik. Dalam mengelola suatu usaha banyak masalah yg dihadapi salah satunya yaitu penjadwalan penagihan. Tidak adanya standar yang pasti dalam melakukan penjadwalan penagihan menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam proses penagihan, penagihan tidak sesuai jatuh tempo.Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibuat sebuah Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan lokasi proses penagihan dengan metode PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) berbasis client server. Hasil penelitian berupa produk aplikasi yang telah divalidasi serta dinyatakan dapat memenuhi tujuan dan diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan efektifitas penjadwalan lokasi penagihanKata Kunci : Penjadwalan, Penagihan, Sistem Informasi, Metode PERT

Abstract

 AbstactThis research aims to design an attendance and payroll information system for employees at PT. Kartika Utama Semarang. The problem faced by this company is that all activities related to employee attendance and payroll have not been well integrated, therefore a system is needed to integrate these needs automatically and manage them all by computer using an RFID system in it so that leaders can integrate absenteeism and payroll with realtime. The research method that the author uses is the Research and Development (R&D) research method. The results of this study are in the form of an information system application to facilitate the attendance process and recitation reports for employees of PT. Kartika Utama Semarang.Keywords: Information System, Attendance, Payroll, RFID AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem informasi absensi dan penggajian karyawan pada PT. Kartika Utama Semarang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu semua kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan absensi dan penggajian karyawan belum terintegrasi  dengan baik, maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk mengintegrasikan kebutuhan tersebut secara otomatis dan di-manage seluruhnya oleh komputer menggunakan sistem RFID di dalamnya sehingga pimpinan dapat memantau absensi dan penggajian dengan realtime . Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Hasil dari Penelitian ini berupa aplikasi sistem informaisi untuk memudahkan proses absensi dan laporan penggajian karyawan PT. Abstract

Seleksi karyawan baru adalah kegiatan memilih, dan menetapkan sejumlah pelamar yang memiliki ilmu dan kemampan yang mumpuni serta mendapatkan karyawan baru yang berkualitas.PT. Trisakti Mustika Graphika adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang percetakan. PT. Trisakti perlu adanya perekrutan agar mendapatkan karyawan baru yang mampu membantu perusahaan agar perusahaan menjadi lebih maju.Dalam sistemperekrutan karyawan baru, PT. Trisakti harus mempertimbangkan kriteria yang ada di perusahaan agar mendapat nilai yang objektif, akurat dan sesuai dengan kemampuan pelamar. Kurangnya efektifitas waktu karena perekrutan dilakukan dengan manual serta sulitnya menghilangkan faktor subyektif dari manager HRD.Adapun pendukung keputusan untuk perekrutan karyawan baru dengan diterapkannya metode profile matching. metode profile matching adalahproses pengambilan keputusan dengan memasukkan nilai-nilai ideal dan mengetahui kemampuan pelamar karena penghitungannya menggunakan system pembobotan.Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk membantu staff dalam merekrut karyawan baru agar waktu yang digunakan untuk penilaian lebih cepat serta mendapatkan karyawan-karyawan yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kemampuannya.

Abstract

Budidaya udang vannamei merupakan usaha yang menjadi pilihan utama dewasa ini oleh para petani tambak udang dan juga para pembudidaya udang. Ketahanan terhadap stress dan cuaca yang ekstrim merupakan alasan utama populernya budidaya udang jenis vannamei ini. Meskipun begitu ,tak dapat dihindari ada beberapa penyakit yang dapat menyerang udang budidaya bila tak diperhatikan dengan baik. Beberapa penyakit yang menyerang udang vannamei biasanya dapat dicegah oleh para pembudidaya udang dengan berdasarkan oleh beberapa pengalaman ,namun hal ini tentunya masih kurang efektif dalam mencegah atau mengetahui jenis penyakit yang menyerang pada udang.   Sistem pakar yang mengadopsi kepakaran manusia kedalam computer memiliki kedudukan strategis untuk membantu menyelesaikan permasalah penyakit yang menyerang udang vannamei. Dalam system ini inferensi yang digunakan adalah forward chaining karena proses yang dilakukan mengenali penyakit dari gejala – gejala dan ciri – cirri awal penyakit. Pembangunan sistem ini berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan appserver sebagai databasenya.   Sistem   pakar ini diharapkan dapat mewakili seorang pakar dalam bidang penyakit udang untuk mengetahui penyakit pada udang vannamei berdasarkan ciri – cirri dan gejala yang ada..

Abstract

Abstract The development of the cosmetics industry continues to increase causing a variety of cosmetic products issued in the market, both in terms of brands, facilities, types, and other variations contained in these products. Facial skin is the most important part of a woman's appearance to ensure that the skin always looks smooth and healthy. By adding face powder brands offered to consumers, they are increasingly confused in choosing the right face powder. The development of information technology that forms a support system can help consumers determine the right face powder. The method used is SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). The basic concept of the SAW method is to find a weighted sum of performance evaluations for each alternative on all attributes. The criteria used are age, skin type, brand, price, composition, aroma, size, color and shape of the packaging. From the results of the validation test conducted by the system expert shows the final value of the calculation is 3.0, the system is declared valid. While from the validation test results, the expert gets the final calculation material is 3.5 and the material expert approves the appropriate system because the system can provide appropriate recommendations for new consumers. From the validity and reliability test results obtained from 10 assessment indicator items, there are 8 question items that are considered valid and 8 items assessment indicators can be trusted.

Abstract

Abstract The appearance of laptops of various kinds and sizes. Very good prices for domestic production and foreign production. Often people make purchases just because they are interested in the latest model or appearance and facilities without adjusting to their needs. This causes a discrepancy between the goods, functions and facilities available. Anugerah Ungaran Computer Store sells a variety of computers or laptops, but consumers in choosing a laptop that suits their needs. Resulting in the process of buying old items by consumers who want to buy a laptop directly. Using the weighted product method can produce a decision support system that can help consumers in choosing the laptop to be purchased. From the results of the validation test conducted by the expert the final prediction is 2.5, the system is declared valid. With a system that supports laptop decisions can be accessed by consumers and consumers can access themselves online.

Abstract

The sophistication of technology today is really fast, with this technology it can facilitate work that originally used a manual system to switch to an automatic system and can be applied in everyday life, one of which is a substitute system for an expert or expert system. The EDC (electronic data capture) machine is indeed one of the supporters and triggers for accelerating the new culture. Financial transactions at the consumer level are easier to do, currently a new EDC machine technician working at PT. Indopay Merchants Services, which has its head office in Menara Batavia, Mas Mansyur 9th Floor, Jakarta, and a warehouse branch office in Semarang, takes a long time to diagnose the damage that occurred to an EDC machine. The development of expert systems can be used to provide solutions quickly and precisely, for example in determining the type of damage to the EDC machine. The solution to this problem, the author tries to build an application that will help make it easier for EDC machine technicians to provide solutions. An expert system is a system that tries to imitate human knowledge to a computer, so that computers can solve problems like experts. A good expert system is designed to be able to solve a certain problem by imitating the work of experts. It is hoped that the existence of an expert system to analyze the damage to the EDC machine will make it easier for new technicians to diagnose and study a malfunction that has occurred as well as provide convenience for user management and machine optimization at merchants.

Abstract

The plotter is a graphic printer that draws using ink pens, the plotter is also the first output device capable of printing large-sized images of architectural and engineering drawings. A plotter is a type of printer that is specifically designed to produce computer output in the form of images or graphics. There are many types of plotters, one of which is the pen plotter, which has one or more colored pens for drawing on transparent paper or plastic and producing a line output. CNC (Computer Numerical Controller) is one of the machine control tools in large industrial factories. With the CNC can control most of the tools one example is as a controller of a 2-dimensional plotter. This research designs a 2-dimensional plotter using Arduino UNO-based CNC. This 2-dimensional plotter has an accuracy of 97.947% and a precision of 99.985%. This 2-dimensional plotter is capable of operating up to a distance of 4cm with a resolution of 0.01cm.

Abstract

Attendance management is a problem commonly faced by companies, management using a manual system still causes problems. The problem that is often faced is the difference in employee attendance data reports because they have not been well integrated. The purpose of this study was to design an employee attendance information system at PT. Kartika Utama Semarang. From the above problems, a system is needed to integrate these needs automatically and is managed entirely by a computer using an RFID system in it so that the leadership can monitor attendance and payroll in real time. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world including Indonesia had an impact on all aspects, one of which was the economic aspect. MSMEs are the most affected, where 50% of MSMEs are forced to go out of business because economic activities are stopped suddenly, and demand decreases. MSME turnover has dropped dramatically by around 40%-70%. Business people, especially MSMEs, have to start adapting to the new normal to maintain their business. At this webinar, various solutions will be given to the confusion of the community, especially MSME entrepreneurs, where they can choose the tips and solutions offered that are suitable to be applied according to their fields to survive and even grow during a pandemic, starting from business opportunities, to tips and tricks for using the right technology that can support MSME programs. The material in this webinar was delivered by 5 resource persons who are experts in their fields. The implenetation of this activity is carried out through the Zoom application and Live Youtube, with a total of 514 participants from various professions and MSME players. Webinar participants are given the opportunity to conduct questions and answer after all the resource persons have delivered their material. Participant who attend and fill in attendance receive certificates and material that are presented in this webinar.
