Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze Kurikulum Merdeka as an option for a school. A school may choose the curriculum which suitable to the needs for the teachers and the students to simplify the students to learn and to make a school as a comfortable, a safe and a joyful place. The needs of a school consist of the aim, method, material and evaluation of learning for the teachers and the students. The method of this research is a qualitative research. The researcher collects the data by reading, writing and processing research material. The result of this study state that a school can choose a curriculum which will be used in the next learning year. The options are kurikulum 2013, kurikulum darurat and kurikulum merdeka. When a school choose kurikulum merdeka as their curriculum, it has an opportunity to choose Mandiri Belajar, Mandiri Berubah dan Mandiri Berbagi.

Abstract

Learning is an interaction between teachers and students that is influenced by various factors, including learning methods, learning strategies, and learning media. The inappropriate use of the methods, strategies, and media will influence the learning objectives, which are not being achieved optimally. The low level of activity and learning outcomes in the Economy for Class XII on Service Company Accounting material at MAN 1 Gunungkidul encouraged researchers to conduct Classroom Action Research (CAR). What was examined in the research was the learning application of applying pairs card question media, increasing students’ activity, and students’ learning outcomes. The method used was observation to determine the learning process and tests of learning outcomes. The research results indicate that there was an increase in students’ activity during the learning process. When applying question card media, at the beginning of high learning activity it was only 5%. In the first cycle, the result increased to 19%. At the end of the second cycle increased to 34.9%. The students’ average value also increased where in the initial conditions, the students who completed was 31%, in cycle 1 the students who completed was 65.5%, while in cycle 2 the students who completed was 80%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of question card media can increase Economy students’ activeness and learning outcomes on Accounting Materials for Service Companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe library management innovations in order to support a culture of school literacy at SMP Negeri 31 Purworejo. The specific objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of library management at SMP Negeri 31 Purworejo between the manual system compared to the use of applications seen from the national library management standard. This type of research is quasi-experimental research, conducted to determine the effect of a treatment on the characteristics of the subjects studied. In quasi-experimental research it is not possible to control all relevant variables. The subjects of this study were librarians, principals, teachers and students. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis technique in this study is the percentage technique. To determine the descriptive type of the percentage obtained by each indicator in the variable, and the percentage descriptive calculation is then interpreted into sentences. In this study, percentage data will be obtained before using the application and data after using the application. The size of the percentage will determine the effectiveness of library service management between the manual system and the application. The results of this study indicate that: the use of library applications is more effective in management innovation to support school literacy culture is acceptable. This is evidenced by the results of data analysis where the average score for library management at SMP Negeri 31 Purworejo (manual) was 61.40% and SMP Negeri 9 Purworejo (application) was 65.46%. As for students' reading interest, SMP Negeri 31 Purworejo (manual) has an average score of 65.28 while SMP Negeri 9 Purworejo (application) is 69.88. With the results of this analysis it is clear that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to describe leadership innovations for elementary school principals in Cluster 2 Nanggulan based on the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership trilogy. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collected by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was carried out by means of source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study show that the leadership innovation of the elementary school principal in Cluster 2 Nanggulan based on the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership trilogy in an effort to improve teacher competence is that the principal also conducts a self-development program to increase his competence in the hope that he will be emulated by other teachers whose teachers then take part in the improvement program. competence, school principals are involved in teacher competency improvement programs in the form of creating certain situational conditions so that teachers can easily participate in competency improvement programs, and school principals provide motivational encouragement so that teachers can be enthusiastically interested in participating in competency improvement programs for example by giving small rewards. The inhibiting factor in the implementation of elementary school principal leadership innovations in an effort to improve teacher competence based on the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership trilogy in Cluster 2 Nanggulan is the teacher's mindset which is difficult to change teacher teaching habits to use more effective and efficient teaching methods. Supporting factors in the implementation of elementary school principal leadership innovations in an effort to improve teacher competence based on the Ki Hajar Dewantara leadership trilogy in Cluster 2 Nanggulan is the organizational structure of the principal who is the highest peak position in the school able to make teachers obey or consider policies and suggestions from the principal to improve the ability of the teacher itself. The achievement of school principals in getting teachers to make efforts to increase pedagogic competence, social competence, personal competence, and professional competence with the kihajar dewatara leadership principle, namely setting an example, providing motivation and moving teachers, and giving encouragement to teachers is 64.32%. Setting an example, motivating and moving teachers, and giving encouragement to teachers is not always successful in increasing the competence of teachers. Teachers may not follow the example of the principal, teachers may not listen to the motivation of the principal, teachers may not be successful in being encouraged so that they are less interested in improving their poaedagogic competence, professional competence, personal competence, and social competence.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the impact of the principal's leadership, work discipline, and work environment on teacher performance in the Cluster I Kapanewon Panjatan region. A quantitative approach is used in this study. This study's population and sample consisted of 64 elementary school teachers from the Cluster I Kapanewon Panjatan area. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire is in the form of a statement with a choice of answers that have been provided on a Likert scale. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used in the data analysis. The results showed that the value of Fcount > Ftable had a significance level of less than 0.05. This means that there is a positive influence of the principal's leadership, work discipline, and work environment on teacher performance. Judging from the effective contribution and relative contribution, work discipline has the most dominant influence, followed by the principal's leadership and the work environment. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and the leadership of the school principal on teacher performance. While the work environment has no significant effect on teacher performance, From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of the principal's leadership, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher performance in the Cluster I Kapanewon Panjatan area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Leadership of Principals Based on Asah, Asih, Fostering in Increasing Teacher Digital Literacy, to analyze the obstacles encountered in the Strategy of Principals Based on Asah, Asih, Fostering in Increasing Teacher Digital Literacy, and to analyze the effectiveness of the Strategy of Asah-Based Principals, Love, Foster in Improving Teacher Digital Literacy. While this research uses a descriptive qualitative approach that serves as a way to understand and discover central phenomena, qualitative research can be used to understand and interpret people's experiences. The research subject is the party that the researcher wants to examine, namely the party that is the main target in a study. The subjects in this study were supervisors, school principals, all teachers, at Kusuma Mekar I Kindergarten, ABA Bugel Kindergarten, ABA Dukuh Kindergarten, Panjatan District. Data was collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that leadership efforts based on the principles of compassion, care, and care in improving teacher digital literacy are planning digital literacy training for teachers, planning how teachers feel safe and comfortable to take part in digital literacy training, and planning to make an official order from the head of PAUD to participate. training that can be used as a sign that digital literacy training activities that teachers participate in are official and legal activities. Organizing is done by organizing digital literacy training so that it is carried out alternately by PAUD teachers so they don't have to close schools, organizing teachers so they can take part in training without teaching, organizing physical support for teachers who take part in training in the form of physical support in order to free teachers from teaching while they are participating. training. Supervision is carried out by supervising that the teacher concerned actually takes part in the training, supervising the teacher assigned to replace teaching actually replaces teaching, supervising that the physical and psychological needs of the teacher conducting the training are actually fulfilled. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the results of digital literacy training, examining the obstacles that occur in teachers replacing other teachers who are participating in digital literacy training, and examining the obstacles that occur when meeting the physical needs of teachers participating in digital literacy training activities. Internal obstacles to leadership based on the principles of compassion, care, and fostering in increasing teacher digital literacy are teachers who are still uncomfortable leaving their classes, and teachers who are reluctant to apply the knowledge they gain from training. External obstacles experienced by leadership based on the principles of compassion, care and fostering in digital literacy of teachers in the PAUD Panjatan cluster were protests from parents because classes had to start in the afternoon and also sudden service. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of leadership based on the principles of compassion, care, fostering digital literacy of teachers in the Panjatan PAUD cluster is seen and assessed from the indicators of the success of the principal in improving teacher literacy skills which is very good. Teaching based on the principles of teaching, caring, fostering digital literacy for teachers in the early childhood education group has been considered effective because teachers have mastered digital literacy skills after implementing leadership based on the principles of teaching, caring, fostering digital literacy for teachers in the early childhood education group. Ability to use digital learning media, ability to create technology and information-based learning media products, ability to create new ideas in carrying out learning, ability to use digital space-based learning media, ability to interpret other people's ideas, ability to communicate using digital technology, ability to understand and understand students , the ability to search for information using digital media, the ability to analyze information obtained from the digital world, the ability to interpret according to the context of socio-cultural understanding, the ability to guarantee the security of personal data when using information and communication technology.

Abstract

Reading culture is a behavior that grows from a process of repeated habituation. Building a reading culture for early childhood starts from things that are close to children, concrete and interesting. Early childhood is a child who is in a period of growth and development. The period in which the child will quickly absorb the various stimuli given to him. Building a reading culture is not an easy matter, therefore it needs to be built from an early age. Pop up books are an alternative book that can be used as a teacher to foster children's interest in reading. By growing interest in reading, then through habituation, it is hoped that a reading culture can be awakened. The method used is the method of literature study. The literature study carried out by researchers is to search for various written sources, both in the form of books, articles, and relevant journals. The results showed 1) Planning for the development of a reading culture was carried out by compiling a cultural program team reading, making reading programs, procuring facilities and books reading media based on pop up books, 2) Implementation is carried out by socializing reading programs, creating pop up media based images, reading corner programs, literacy days and having mobile libraries, 3) Evaluation is carried out by monitoring field activities and follow-up.

Abstract

. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses implementasi upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan potensi bola voli melalui manajemen berbasis sekolah di SDN Jati Kapanewon Semanu. Manajemen berbasis sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah dilakukan dengan melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan program sekolah, termasuk orang tua. Setiap sekolah memiliki potensi yang perlu dikembangkan dan dimasukkan dalam kurikulum. Menarik untuk mendapatkan perhatian dan dukungan penuh untuk diwujudkan dalam bentuk manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam upaya peningkatan potensi sekolah. Pelaksanaan MBS akan menciptakan perubahan sekolah yang lebih baik, sehingga akan meningkatkan mutu dan kenyamanan warga sekolah. Peran sekolah, kepala sekolah, guru dan komite sudah cukup baik namun masih perlu ditingkatkan. Faktor yang menghambat MBS dalam meningkatkan bakat bola voli adalah jumlah siswa yang mulai berkurang dari tahun ke tahun yaitu pada tahun 2021 menjadi 68 siswa, tahun 2022 menjadi 62 siswa, dan tahun 2023 menjadi 54 siswa. siswa. Sehingga sulit untuk membentuk klub voli sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui antusiasme siswa setelah menggunakan perangkat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berupa laptop dan LCD proyektor di kelas V SDN Banyubening I Karangmojo Gunungkidul. Laptop dan LCD proyektor merupakan perangkat yang diyakini efektif dalam meningkatkan semangat siswa khususnya siswa sekolah dasar di pedesaan. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk memperoleh data. Melalui pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati, sehingga memudahkan peneliti untuk menarik kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini setelah menggunakan media laptop dan LCD proyektor diharapkan mampu meningkatkan semangat siswa dengan indikator: siswa tidak berbicara sendiri saat belajar, siswa tidak mengantuk saat belajar, siswa terlihat senang saat guru menggunakan media laptop dan LCD proyektor, siswa aktif selama pembelajaran, siswa antusias dalam belajar, dan siswa mudah memahami materi pelajaran.

Abstract

An attitude of independence can be shown by the ability to solve problems faced with behavior. With changes in behavior, students also have an increase in thinking, assuming that learning must be able to be independent without relying on help from others continuously and also do not depend on learning from teachers alone, but learning can also be from print, electronic and natural media. This type of research is a classroom action research with the number of research subjects is 32 children with the aim of research to find out group guidance services carried out by Guidance Counseling teachers at Mts Negeri 9 Gunungkidul. To find out the independence of student learning at MTs Negeri 9 Gunungkidul. To find out the results of Learning Independence through Group guidance services in grade 8 C MTs Negeri 9 Gunungkidul Yogyakarta. The results of the study increased children's learning independence in the second cycle in the first group by 22.1%. With an average score of 82.05, this means that children's independence is very good, where 5 children score between 70-80 including the medium category and 6 children above 80 who are included in the high learning independence category. The increase in children's learning independence in the second cycle in the second group was 25.1%. With an average score of 85.45, this means that children's independence is very good, where 4 children score between 70-80 including the medium category and 7 children above 80 who are included in the high learning independence category. The increase in children's learning independence in the second cycle in the third group was 21.7%. With an average score of 88, this means that children's independence is very good, where 10 children have been above the value of 80 which is included in the category of high learning independence.
