Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this study were: (1) to produce an e-module for light vehicle engine maintenance in class XI TKRO SMKN 2 Lamongan., and (2) determine the feasibility of an e-module for light vehicle engine maintenance in class XI TKRO SMKN 2 Lamongan. This development research follows the stages of developing the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was carried out through an e-module product assessment questionnaire sheet, and student and teacher response questionnaire sheets. The research data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive. This study resulted in: (1) an e-module which was developed using the Flip PDF pro software. The end result is an electronic book that can be accessed anywhere as long as internet access is available. (2) The assessment from the material expert was obtained that the e-module was categorized as feasible with an assessment percentage of 85%, from the design expert it was categorized as feasible with a percentage of 89%, from the media expert the percentage of assessment was 87% in the appropriate category, from users, namely colleagues, it was obtained the percentage of assessment is 91% with a very decent category from the responses of small group students, namely 8 students, the results are in a very decent category with a percentage of 92% and a large group of 30 students obtained very decent results with a percentage of 93%. Keywords: E-Module, Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance, Research Development, teaching materials  Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menghasilkan e-modul pemeliharaan mesin kendaraan ringan pada siswa kelas XI TKRO SMKN 2 Lamongan., dan (2) mengetahui kelayakan e-modul pemeliharaan mesin kendaraan ringan pada siswa kelas XI TKRO SMKN 2 Lamongan. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengikuti tahap-tahap pengembangan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui lembar angket penilaian produk e-modul, dan lembar angket respon siswa dan guru. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: (1) e-modul yang dikembangkan menggunakan softwere flip pdf pro yang hasil akhirnya adalah buku elektronik yang bisa diakses dimana saja selama tersedia akses internet. (2) Penilaian dari ahli materi diperoleh bahwa e-modul dikategorikan layak dengan persentase penilaian sebesar 85%, dari ahli desain dikategorikan layak dengan prosentase 89%, dari ahli media diperoleh persentase penilaian sebesar 87% dengan kategori layak,  dari pengguna yaitu rekan sejawat diperoleh persentase penilaian sebesar 91% dengan kategori sangat layak dari respon siswa kelompok kecil yaitu 8 siswa diperoleh hasil dengan kategori sangat layak dengan persentase sebesar 92% dan kelompok besar yaitu 30 siswa diperoleh hasil sangat layak dengan prosentase sebesar 93%. Kata Kunci: e-modul, Pemeliharaan Mesin Kendaraan Ringan, Penelitian Pengembangan, bahan ajar.

Abstract

Abstract: Development of teaching materials is a process to produce innovation in teaching and learning activities. The research aims to produce learning products in the form of electronic modules in the subject of Basic Mechanical Engineering Work. Develop learning media in the form of e-modules whose contents are not just basic concepts of mechanical engineering vocational competence, but images, sounds, animations and videos will also be displayed so that students can more easily understand the material being taught and can increase students' attention to the material. being taught. The research subjects were students of class X Welding Engineering Department at SMK Negeri 2 Lamongan. Product development of teaching materials for basic work Mechanical engineering is a research and development (R & D) model of Dick & Carey. The results of the research are learning products in the form of e-modules that have gone through a feasibility test involving reviews of experts, namely material experts, learning design experts and media experts as well as feasibility tests through peer trials, small groups and field tests. The formative evaluation shows that this product is classified as "good", so it can be used as a support for teachers in teaching and learning activities using this E-Module, teachers can apply a combination of face-to-face learning at school and distance learning. Students can learn independently by using EModul without being limited by space and time. Keywords: e-module, Basic Mechanical Engineering Work, Development Research, Teaching Materials, Vocational Education  Abstrak: Pengembangan bahan ajar adalah suatu proses untuk menghasilkan inovasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pembelajaran dalam bentuk modul elektronik pada mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Dasar Teknik mesin. Pembangkan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk e-modul yang isinya bukan sekedar konsep-konsep dasar kompetensi kejuruan teknik mesin, tetapi akan ditampilkan juga gambar, suara, animasi dan video sehingga peserta didik dapat lebih mudah memahami materi yang diajarkan serta dapat meningkatkan perhatian peserta didik terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Teknik Pengelasan di SMK Negeri 2 Lamongan. Pengembangan produk bahan ajar pekerjaan dasar Teknik mesin merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R & D) model Dick & Carey. Hasil penelitian adalah produk pembelajaran dalam bentuk e-modul yang telah melalui uji kelayakan yang melibatkan review para ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli desain pembelajaran dan ahli media serta uji kelayakan melalui uji coba teman sejawat, small group dan field test. Evaluasi formatif menunjukkan, produk ini tergolong "baik", sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang bagi guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan E-Modul ini guru dapat menerapkan pembelajaran kombinasi antara tatap muka di sekolah dan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Abstract

Rendahnya minat guru bimbingan dan konseling (guru BK) dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling yang disertai kesulitan dalam memahami konsep penulisan karya ilmiah, mendorong tim pengabdian untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Pelatihan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling ini dirancang sebagai program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat penelitian guru BK dalam mendukung praksis kegiatan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan. Metode pelatihan ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap pendalaman materi penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling, tahap penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling, dan tahap pendampingan pengembangan proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling. Pada tahap pendalaman materi, narasumber memaparkan materi penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling kepada peserta guru BK yang disertai tanya jawab sebagai cara untuk mencermati materi tersebut, sedangkan pada tahap penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling, peserta guru BK menyusun draf proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling secara individual, yang dilanjutkan dipresentasikan pada tahap pendampingan pengembangan proposal penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling untuk mendapatkan balikan dari narasumber sebagai bahan untuk melakukan revisi dan melaksanakan penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah tempat kerjanya masing-masing. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 59% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju dan 39,44% menyatakan setuju bahwa program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan memadai, serta sebanyak 46,5% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju dan 53,5% menyatakan setuju bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan minat guru BK dalam melakukan penelitian

Abstract

Media is a crucial and inseparable part of the learning process, especially to achieve learning objectives. In this study, the model used in the development of interactive learning multimedia was the Borg & Gall model. This model was selected based on the consideration that this model is easy to understand, systematically developed, and based on the theoretical foundation of the developed learning design. The research and development stages of the Borg & Gall model consist of ten steps: (a) research and data collection, (b) planning, (c) initial product development, (d) initial product trial/limited trial, (e) improvement of the initial product, (f) more comprehensive field trial, (g) improvement of the product resulting from a broader field test, (h) final product trial, (i) revision or refinement of the final product, and (j) dissemination and implementation. The development process involved subject matter, learning design, and learning media experts to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement. In addition, the English subject teacher of self-introduction material as a user of PowerPoint animation based-interactive media also offered feedback and input. The development research results revealed that this PowerPoint animation-based interactive media product had a material feasibility level of 70.66%, a learning design feasibility of 91.42%, and a learning media feasibility of 91.42%. In comparison, the small group trial rate was 81.11%, and based on field trials, 84.46% indicated very decent qualifications and did not need to be revised.

Abstract

Hasil pembinaan kewirausahaan yang dilakukan oleh Saji (2018) kepada 6 orang kepala SLB (sekolah Luar Biasa) di Kabupeten Sidoarjo diketahui bahwa para lulusan SMALB tunagrahita belum mendapatkan porsi yang signifikan di perusahaan. Para penyandang tunagrahita yang mampu didik dan mampu latih belum mendapatkan layanan pendidikan dan keterampilan yang memadai untuk bisa mandiri di masa depannya. Keterbatasan inteligensi dan komunikasi sosial membuat tantangan tersendiri dalam mengembangkan potensi mereka. Diperlukan komponen strategi pembelajaran yang cocok berupa modul multimedia interaktif untuk memaksimalkan pendidikan/nilai-nilai kewirausahaan yang diintegrasikan pada mata pelajaran keterampilan tata boga. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model 4-D. Tahapan pengembangannya, yaitu: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Jenis data yang diambil berupa data kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dengan penilaian deskriptif (perhitungan persentase). Data diperoleh dengan instrumen skala penilaian. Hasil validasi ahli materi (92.74%) dan ahli desain media pembelajaran (84.17%). Hasil uji coba produk kelompok kecil (93.10%) dan kelompok besar (93.85%). Menurut Arikunto (2010) jika hasil persentase 80%-100% berarti baik sekali sehingga bahan ajar dapat digunakan dalam proses belajar mengajar tanpa revisi. Kata Kunci : Modul Multimedia Interaktif, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Tunagrahita

Abstract

This study has the objectives: (1) to determine the effect of online learning management system (LMS) with multimedia on student motivation, (2) to determine the effect of online learning management system (LMS) with multimedia on students' reading comprehension ability, (3) To find out the effect of motivation on students' reading comprehension ability, and (4) To find out the interaction between online learning management system (LMS) learning with multimedia and learning motivation on students' reading ability. This study uses an experimental design which is divided into two classes, namely online learning management system (LMS) with multimedia and online learning management system (LMS) without multimedia where in the data analysis technique process used is 2-way analysis of Variance (Anava). The population of this study was students of class IV with the research sample being students of class IVA and class IVB which totaled 72 students. Based on the results of calculations with Anava, it is obtained FA count > F table (8.292 > 4.02) which explains that online learning management system (LMS) learning with multimedia has a significant effect on students' reading comprehension ability; FB count > F table (9.871 > 4.02) which explains that motivation has a significant effect on students' reading comprehension ability; and FAB count > F table (4.787 > 4.02), which explains that there is an interaction between online learning management system (LMS) learning and multimedia and learning motivation on students' reading abilities.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementationally, the role of counselors in practice guidance and counseling services in schools is actually inseparable from the problem of competence counselor. Counselor's competency issues refer to the ability of the counselor, particularly the personal competence of the counselor. Problems concerning true personal competence are not only experienced by counselors, but student college also experience such a thing. The process of implementing counseling that seems "rushed," lies in techniques that seem to run "stiff", prioritizing quantity over quality that results in "sterility" of the counseling process, and a series of "flat" activities without an underlying assist role, Is the impact of the low personal competence of student college. The low of personal competence has an impact on the quality of counseling and guidance services. This article describes the importance of personal competence for student college in realizing professional services. Abstrak: Secara implementasi, peran konselor dalam praktik layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah sebenarnya tidak terlepas dari masalah kompetensi konselor. Masalah kompetensi konselor mengacu pada kemampuan konselor, khususnya kompetensi personal konselor. Permasalahan mengenai kompetensi diri yang sebenarnya tidak hanya dialami oleh para konselor, tetapi mahasiswa juga mengalami hal yang demikian. Proses pelaksanaan konseling yang terkesan “terburu-buru”, terletak pada teknik yang terkesan berjalan “kaku”, mengutamakan kuantitas daripada kualitas yang mengakibatkan proses konseling menjadi “steril”, dan rangkaian kegiatan yang “datar” tanpa peran pendamping yang mendasarinya. Apakah dampak dari rendahnya kompetensi kepribadian mahasiswa perguruan tinggi. Rendahnya kompetensi personal berdampak pada kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Artikel ini menjelaskan pentingnya kompetensi personal bagi mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dalam mewujudkan pelayanan profesional.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to find out and describe the effect of the use of e-learning media in the PBL approach on student achievement, (2) to know and describe the effect of student interest in learning on student achievement, and (3) to know and describe the significant interaction between the use of e-learning media in the PBL approach with interest in learning on student achievement in elementary schools (SDN). This study used an experiment where the research group was divided into two classes, namely classes using e-learning media in the PBL approach and without the PBL approach and with high learning interest and low learning interest. This study used the 2-way Anova data analysis technique. Based on the calculation of the 2-way analysis obtained: (1) There is a significant difference in the use of e-learning media in the PBL approach to student learning achievement, (2) there is a significant difference in learning interest on student learning achievement, and (3) There is a significant interaction significant use of e-learning media in the PBL approach and interest in learning on student achievement. Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that by using e-learning media in the PBL approach and learning interest in learning achievement of students can improve.

Abstract

The digital era is now changing the way people view doing business, especially the millennial generation. This millennial generation is one of the few people affected by technology. This generation is not only surfing social media, but also working on their personal accounts to take advantage of unlimited digital business opportunities, ranging from being speakers, brand ambassadors, endorsements, content creators, and many more. Business opportunities in the digital era are very promising, but often some of the millennial young generation now have not found a direction in building personal branding. This happened because of the lack of understanding and readiness among these young people. The need for real efforts through community service programs carried out by the PPKn Study Program of PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya to socialize the youth of Banjar Kemuning Village to use social media by becoming content creators. The method of implementing this community service is the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The result of this service program is to open views and provide understanding to village youth to use social media as a business opportunity. The active response and enthusiasm of village youth in paying attention to the material shows interest in becoming content creators.

Abstract

Online learning options are a must, because online learning really helps students to improve learning outcomes and learning motivation. The research aims to determine the learning outcomes and scientific attitudes of students who are taught using Google Classroom and Google Meet learning media. The population in this study were students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 3 Mojokerto in the academic year 2020/2021. Sampling was carried out using pretest and posttest techniques, the results of data analysis showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes using google classroom and google meet for ips majors as many as 15 students, after getting pretest and posttest treatment. Students have better scores when the treatment has been carried out compared to before the treatment was carried out, so it can be concluded that Learning outcomes of students taught using learning motivation media were higher than students taught using google classroom and google meet media. That the influence of learning media with Google classroom and goolge meet as 80% relaxation techniques is effective for students of SMA 3 Mojokerto majoring in IPS in physics learning material on Newton's Law ABSTRAKPilihan pembelajaran secara Online adalah sebuah keharusan, sebab pembelajaran Online sangat membantu peserta didik untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui hasil belajar serta sikap ilmiah peserta didik yang diajarkan menggunakan media Pembelajaran google Classroom dan Google Meet. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/Siswi kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 3 Mojokerto tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik Pretes dan Post test, hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada kenaikan hasil pembelajaran menggunakan google classroom dan google meet terhadap siswa jurusan ips sebanyak 15 siswa, setelah mendapatkan perlakuan pretest dan posttest. Siswa memiliki nilai lebih baik saat sudah dilakukan perlakuan dibandingkan dengan sebelum dilakukan perlakuan, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Hasil Belajar peserta didik yang diajarkan menggunakan media motivasi belajar lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan peserta didik yang diajarkan dengan media google classroom dan google meet. Bahwa pengaruh media pembelajaran dengan Google classroom dan goolge meet sebagai teknik relaksasi 80%, efektif untuk siswa sman 3 mojokerto jurusan ips dalam pembelajaran Fisika materi Hukum Newton
