Abstract

The increasing maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Indonesia in the last two decades has become a serious concern for the government. Moreover, Jember Regency is one of the areas with the highest MMR in East Java. Where in 2018 the AKI of Jember Regency was ranked 10th with an AKI of 114/100,000 KH and was the 5th highest rank in 2019 with 133.4/100,000 KH. The process of recording pregnancy data that is still done manually can also affect the AKI process because it can slow down the decision-making process for pregnant women who are at risk. In this study, the focus is on creating a recording system for pregnant women according to cohort data and equipped with features to support pregnancy risk classification according to the KSPR standard. So that it is expected to provide an early decision on the risk of pregnancy to related parties. The results of the system trial show that the k-NN system developed is able to help the computational process faster by complementing the classification results with an accuracy rate of up to 80%.

Abstract

One of the hospital's quality is determined by a complete medical record document. The completeness of medical records at the Purwogondo General Hospital in Kebumen only reached 86% of the 100% standard determined by the minimum service. Completeness of medical records is needed in order to create continuity of treatment for patients and strong legal force. This study aims to analyze the completeness of medical records based on SNARS elements. The research subjects were 6 people, namely doctors, nurses, quality team representatives, medical recorders, internal supervisors, MIRM working group officers. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and brainstorming. The results of the research on the element of man are officer discipline and communication. The money element is the absence of a budget for the monitoring and evaluation team. The method element is the absence of an SOP for reviewing the completeness of medical records. The material element is the form design that the PPA has not yet understood. The machine element is the absence of an incomplete medical record control book, no monitoring and evaluation team for the completeness of medical records. Efforts to optimize the completeness of medical records are monitoring medical records on a regular basis and optimizing the monitoring and evaluation team.

Abstract

Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital uses Electonic Medical Records (EMRs) to transform health technology. EMR filling completeness in the outpatient clinic was only 74.3% in June 2022, below the 100% service standard. This study aimed to analyze the factors causing the implementation problem of EMR in Soeradji Tirtonegoro Hospital—a quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional study was conducted, adapted from Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST) Model. The respondents totaled 108 people, including doctors, nurses, midwives, and medical recorders. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 with the SEM-PLS technique. This study showed a significant relationship between the variable's information quality and information satisfaction with a T-statistic value of 10.377. Furthermore, information satisfaction towards performance expectations (5,711) and performance expectations towards attitude (6,063). Social influence also affects performance expectations (2.660). Facility conditions affect attitude (2.145), attitudes towards overall satisfaction (26,209), and overall satisfaction with net benefits (10,876). However, there are two insignificant variable relationships: attitude towards use (0,367) and use towards net benefits (1.393). Based on the study, it is concluded that all exogenous variables influence the endogenous variable. However, there are two insignificant variable relationships. Hopefulness, future research can modify the model by adding control variables using the effect of confounding factors such as officer work schedules.

It has a significance value <α (P <0.05), proving that the work environment and work stressing have a significant effect on work satisfaction. This study's suggestions need to be the expansion of workspace, additional facilities, and officers to avoid double jobs and double shifts.

Abstract

Implementation of SIMPUS at the UPT Puskesmas Sananwetan Blitar has a several problems were found, including that there were still patient data that had not been filled in, the loading process was long, and an analysis had never been carried out to assess the success of the system. The purpose of this study was to analyze the successful use of SIMPUS at Public Health Center Sananwetan Blitar based on the relationship between system quality, information quality, service quality, intention to use, user satisfaction, and net benefit through the information system success analysis method Delone and Mclean (2003). This type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample for this research was 55 officers who had a username and password to log in to SIMPUS. The results of this research are that the significance value for all variables is <0.05 and is positive so that the relationship between each variable is in the same direction towards the user and user satisfaction. The strongest relationship is in the quality of service to user satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.646 and a coefficient of determination of 41.73%. The lowest relationship occurs in system quality to user intensity with a correlation coefficient of 0.429 and a coefficient of determination of 18.40%.
