Abstract

The efforts of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in Balikpapan to find out employee job satisfaction in order to support the achievement of the vision and mission of (BKPSDM) in Balikpapan. Job satisfaction in this study, seen from the influence of work stress, motivation and work environment. Respondents in this study were 44 employees of BKPSDM, using quantitative research methods. Data collection was done by means of a questionnaire, then the results of the questionnaire were carried out by instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis techniques and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that the variable of work stress had a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, while the variables of motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Staffing and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) in Balikpapan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Green Accounting, Debt Equity Ratio, dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap kinerja Perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2019 – 2022. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Green Accounting, Debt Equity Ratio, dan Kepemilikan Institusional. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang dipublikasikan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dimana berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 77 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, Green Accounting dan Kepemilikan Institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Debt Equity Ratio berpengaruh negative terhadap Profitabilitas. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, motivation and work discipline on the job satisfaction of teachers at Patra Dharma Balikpapan High School. The total sample tested was 52 teachers with a classification of 36 permanent teachers and 16 honorary teachers. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication, work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction of Auto2000 MT. Haryono Balikpapan employees. The population in this study were 97 Auto2000 MT. Haryono Balikpapan employees consisting of 62 permanent employees and 35 contract employees. By using a total/census sampling technique, the sample used was 97 respondents. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires. This research uses SmartPLS to manage data. The results of this research indicate that the Communication variable influences Auto2000 MT. Haryono Balikpapan Employee Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline Variables influence Auto2000 MT. Haryono Balikpapan Employee Job Satisfaction. Work Environment Variables influence Auto2000 MT. Haryono Balikpapan Employee Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMK Negeri 1 Penajam Paser Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 42 guru ASN dan PPPK. Teknik sampling yanng digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling purposive. Software yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Motivasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) cabang Balikpapan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah populasi 103 karyawan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) cabang Balikpapan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS dalam mengelola data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) cabang Balikpapan. Variabel Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasa kerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) cabang Balikpapan. Variabel Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) cabang Balikpapan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employees at the Ibnu Sina Clinic in Balikpapan City. The research used quantitative research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with a sample size of 38 non-medic employees. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires. This study used Smart-PLS to process the data. The results of this study indicate that Leadership and Motivation variables have no effect on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Clinic in Balikpapan City. Motivation and Work Environment variables have a positive effect on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Clinic in Balikpapan City, and the Work Environment variable has a positive effect on employee performance at the Ibnu Sina Clinic in Balikpapan City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of environmental disclosure in mediating the relationship between governance and profitability on corporate value. The population in this study is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019 to 2022. The sample used in this study was 540 data. The results of this study show that governance and profitability mechanisms increase company value, meaning that investors tend to see governance mechanisms and profitability as signals in determining investment decisions. Environmental disclosure cannot increase the value of the company, investors do not view and environmental disclosure as an attractive issue and are considered to have no information content. The results of this study also prove that governance and profitability cannot increase corporate value through environmental disclosure. Keywords: environmental disclosure, corporate value, governance mechanism, profitability.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is a technology that allows machines to learn and adapt quickly from given data without having to be explicitly programmed. AI has found its place in many industries and has great potential to improve the efficiency of human resources within organizations. In this article, we will discuss how the use of artificial intelligence can help improve human resource efficiency. This review is a literature search with an elaborative approach. This approach is a methodological effort by organizing the logic flow of the discussion with various compatible literature sources. Reliable literature sources come from journals, books, articles, and other sources relevant to this discourse. The result of the study is that human resource management needs to adjust to the needs of the organization and adjust the culture or corporate culture to the technological culture. Human interaction with machines is an inevitable necessity. The existence of artificial intelligence is very helpful in human resource management, for example in recruitment systems, training, data analysis, performance analysis, and operational duty efficiency.

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide students with an understanding of how to respect the rupiah without resorting to online gambling through the socialization activity "Respecting the Rupiah Without Online Gambling Through Education and Solutions" at SMK Persada Bhakti. The method used in this activity was a socialization combined with discussion and questions and answers between participants and speakers. The results of this community service activity were able to increase students' knowledge regarding the importance of capital markets respecting the rupiah without online gambling, this was demonstrated by all students participating in questions and answers related to the material presented. Education has proven to be one of the most effective interventions to respect the rupiah and prevent dependence on online gambling from an early age. Continuity of the program and support from all parties are needed for a broader and more sustainable impact.
