Abstract

Keberadaan Pelabuhan Jangkar memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mendukung kegiatan ekonomi dan pemerataan pembangunan di Kabupaten Situbondo, karena transportasi air merupakan salah satu moda transportasi yang menghubungkan Pulau Jawa dan Pulau Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah yang dikemukakan oleh Supranto (1990). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas lalu lintas angkutan yang melayani penyeberangan Jangkar-Kalianget mengalami penurunan pendapatan, baik angkutan penumpang maupun barang rata-rata sebesar 16, 6 persen. Berdasarkan hasil peramalan, permintaan transportasi, Break Even Point (BEP) load factor sebesar 21 persen dicapai pada tahun 2011. Pada tahun 2012, perusahaan transportasi mengalami kerugian dalam hal pendapatan operasional karena produktivitas kapal angkutan semakin menurun. Hal ini diketahui bahwa pada tahun 2012 perusahaan pelayaran mengalami kerugian karena biaya operasional kapal besar melebihi pendapatan dari kapal (BOK > Pendapatan) yang biaya operasional kapal sebesar Rp 2.977.643.505; dan pendapatan kapal sebesar Rp 2.709.255.500. Dengan demikian, pada tahun 2012 perlu memberikan subsidi untuk kelangsungan angkutan Feri, karena kegiatan transportasi Feri lintas Jangkar-Kalianget-Pulau Sapudi masih memiliki permintaan transportasi potensial dan masih diperlukan masyarakat sekitar. Abstract

The existence of Port Jangkar has a very important role in supporting economic activities and equitable development in Situbondo since water transport is one of the modes of transportation that connects the island of Java and Madura Island. This study uses a quantitative approach. The theory used is proposed by Supranto (1990). The results showed that the productivity of freight traffic crossings serving Jangkar-Kalianget experienced decrease in revenue both passenger and goods transport by an average of 16, 6 percent. Based on the results of forecasting, demand for transportation, Break Even Point (BEP) load factor of 21 percent was achieved in 2011. In 2012, the company suffered losses in terms of transportation operating income due to declining productivity of vessel transport. In 2012 cruise companies suffered losses due to large vessel operating expenses exceeded the income from the vessel (BOK> Revenue) with the operational costs of Rp297,763,505; and vessels revenue of Rp2,709,255,500. Thus, in 2012 it was needed to subsidize the sustainability of Ferry transportation, because the Ferry transport activities cross Jangkar-Kalianget- Sapudi Island still has the potential transport demand and still needed the surrounding community.

Abstract

Kebakaran kapal yang pernah terjadi di Sungai Musi menunjukkan bahwa kebakaran dapat terjadi kapan dan dimana saja. Pengetahuan tentang pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran perlu juga diberikan kepada operator kapal yang beroperasi di Sungai Musi untuk mencegah terjadinya kebakaran diatas kapal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, keterampilan para operator kapal di Sungai Musi dalam penanggulangan kebakaran. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyampaian materi teori serta praktek pencegahan penanggulangan pemadaman kebakaran. Penyampaian materi teori dikomunikasikan secara verbal dengan cara lisan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktek pemadaman kebakaran memanfaatkan karung goni basah dan alat pemadam api ringan oleh 30 orang peserta didampingi oleh narasumber. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat 33.3% peserta memperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan dalam kriteria tinggi, 66.7% dalam kriteria sedang.. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini mampu memberikan keterampilan kepada peserta tentang cara memadamkan api memanfaatkan karung goni basah serta alat pemadam api ringan (APAR). Kegiatan penyuluhan seperti ini perlu dilakukan secara berlanjut dengan jumlah peserta yang lebih banyak sehingga pengetahuan tentang pemadaman kebakaran dapat dipahami oleh masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Daya tarik perjalanan angkutan lintas Prajen- 16 ilir Palembang , semakin hari mempunyai kecenderungan yang semakin meningkat dan hal ini memberikan dampak kepada kelancaran pelayanan jasa angkutan jalan pada lintas tersebut yang sering mengalami kemacetan dan dampak lain dari tingginya volume lalu lintas tersebut turut pula membebani jaringan transportasi jalan di Terminal Plaju yang sudah mulai jenuh tersebut.Upaya mencarikan lintas alternatif dengan ide memanfaatkan angkutan sungai musi dari Prajen Banyuasin ke 16 ilir Palembang (CBD),perlu dilakukan justifikasi secara ilmiah mengenai prospek kedepannya, dengan mengkaji faktor karaktristik system transportasi dengan tolok ukur Rasio Waktu Perjalanan(RWP) dan Rasio Biaya Perjalanan (RBP). Setelah dikaji secara ilmiah dari jumlah perjalanan kendaraan Angkutan jalan umum pada tahun 2015, dengan sampel 1-2 persen yang dikerjakan oleh 15 orang surveyor Rasio waktu Perjalanan (RWP) antara angkot dengan bis air didapati RWP sama dengan 2,06 kali atau 206 persen atau bis air lebih singkat waktu perjalanannya.Rasio Biaya Perjalanan (RBP) antara angkot dengan bis air didapat 1,14 kali lebih mahal.Rasio Waktu Pelayanan Perjalanan antara angkot dengan bis air adalah 3 kali atau bis air lebih baik atau hemat waktupelayanannya tiga kali.secara ilmiah yang menjelaskan bahwa lintas angkutan sungai lebih baik bila dibandingkan dengan lintas angkutan jalan . Dengan metode kajian yang cukup sederhana dan memanfaatkan data serta kesempatan yang ada, seyogyanya akan dapat membantu pemerintah untuk memberikan solusi lalu lintas angkutan orang dari dan ke CBD 16 ilir Palembang kedaerah Prajen/mariana.

Abstract

The Ulee Lheue Ferry Port is managed by the Department of Transportation port city of Banda Aceh. The crossing port serves two tracks with 3 Ro-Ro ship operating and ship jetfoil 2. One important component in ferry transport is safety. Safety is not only to the service user but also to the crew. On ships operating in the Ulee Lheue Ferry Port there are many safety devices such damaged lifejacket, lifebuoy, lifeboat and the number of safety devices that do not fit the needs of the vessel based on the Safety Of Life At Sea (SOLAS).The conditions and the amount of safety equipment must be considered in terms of both the feasibility of tools and appropriate equipment so that in the event of emergency safety tools that exist can be used with either as a form of implementation of aspects of the safety of passengers on board. The number and condition of safety equipment that does not comply with the requirements could endanger the safety of lives of the passengers in case of accident. The number of safety devices must be able to accommodate the number of passengers and crew on board.

Abstract

Pemenang of the harbor is one of the Ports located in West Lombok regency. Seaport Village Pemenang connect with the three Gili. Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan, Gili where to go to the third can not be by road, but the number of boats are available at the Port Pemenang does not match the number of passengers at the Port so that the ship - its can not operate every day. The analysis used in analyzing the existing problems in the Pemenang's Port is: Load Factor Analysis, Needs Analysis of the Canoe Motor Boat. Based on the results obtained from the data analysis needs of an ideal Canoe Motor Boat operating in the Port Ward Pemenang of Gili Air trajectory for the year 2008 as many as four ships, with restrictions on the number of trips for each trip is 2 - each ship.

Abstract

The problem of sea transportation on Panjang Island, Batam City, is that it is inadequate for marine transportation such as a lack of safety buoys, excessive passenger capacity, and the absence of passenger safety insurance so that it greatly threatens the safety of passengers and is troubling for parents whose children are studying across the board. The purpose of this study is to determine the marine transportation services in Panjang Island, Batam City in the framework of governance, and to determine the characteristics of good governance in sea transportation services in Panjang Island in the framework of good governance. This type of research is qualitative descriptive, then analyzed qualitatively, namely by data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions (verification). Research location in Panjang Island, Sijantung Subdistrict, Galang District, Batam City. There were 9 research informants and 1 person as the key informant. The theory used in this research is the theory of good governance, namely the public government and the private sector. The results of this study indicate that sea transportation services on Panjang Island move due to the interaction of the three actors involved first, the government, namely the Department of Transportation which provides safety equipment and the Education Office as an actor involved in providing transportation assistance for Panjang Island students who are passengers. Second, the private sector, namely the owner of sea transportation, which provides sea transportation. Third, the people of Panjang Island as passengers and connoisseurs of sea transportation services. If seen from the principles of good governance, the responsiveness of the government already exists but it is not sustainable and there is no supervision from the government and community participation is still very low so that their aspirations are not conveyed to the government and transportation facilities owned by the private sector are also not effective and efficient for used as a means of public transportation. The conclusion of this study is that the interaction of the three actors involved in sea transportation services on Panjang Island has not been running according to good governance so that sea transportation is not suitable for public transportation because it threatens the safety of passengers or connoisseurs of sea transportation services.

Abstract

Gilimanuk Crossing Port is a crossing port that has a very important role for the community, especially on the island of Bali and Java as a moving bridge that connects the road network that is cut off due to the waters to transport passengers, goods, and vehicles. Based on the observations, there are several problems in existing conditions at Gilimanuk Crossing Port, namely waiting rooms and gangways that do not function properly, pedestrians who enter / disembark the ship still through trestle,lack of facilities for passengers with special needs, and lack of attention of officers to maintain health protocols of passengers at Gilimanuk Crossing Port. The methods used to analyze problems are Importance Performance Analysis and Customer Statisfaction Index based on aspects of Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty. The results of the analysis obtained a passenger satisfaction index of 61.5% and there are 5 (five) service attributes in quadrant I in the cartesius diagram importance performance analysis which is a priority to be improved and improved quality. The results of the analysis of the study include officers at Gilimanuk Crossing Port are less assertive with service users who violate health protocols such as not keeping their distance, not washing their hands and neglecting to use masks; There are still pedestrian passengers passing through the trestle so that there is a lack of security and safety of passengers and vehicles; Lack of hand washing facilities /handsanitizer; There are no facilities available for passengers with special needs to get on /off the ship.

Abstract

Waai Ferry Port is a port located in Waai Village, Central Maluku Regency which serves the Waai - Umeputih crossing. In terms of need, greatly affect the level of transportation services, especially in fulfilling public services. However, the prevailing fare are on the Waai route. Umeputih is now the when the track is still a pioneer route, not the that was applied when it became a commercial route. In addition, there is also a change in the Production Unit (SUP) in the type of vehicle class in accordance with Attachment I, Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 66 of 2019 concerning the Determination Mechanism and the Calculation Formulation of Ferries Transportation. The aims of this research are as follows: 1) To know the definition and unit system of ferries transportation. 2) Knowing the Fare on the Waai - Umeputih Line in Maluku Province in 2020. 3) Knowing the Fare on the Waai - Umeputih Line in Maluku Province in 2020. The research methodology used is direct field research, interview, literature / documentation and institutional. Then to analyze this based on Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 66 of 2019 concerning the Determination Mechanism and the Calculation Formulation of Ferries Transportation. The analysis used is load factor analysis, ship operational cost analysis, unit analysis and revenue analysis. The results of this study are 1) The Unit of Ferries Transportation which consists of the Passenger Transport and the for Vehicle and Their Cargo at the Ferry Port Based on the Applicable Regulations. 2) On the Waai - Umeputih Line in Maluku Province in 2020 is Irrelevant to Current Conditions, Due to Changes in Track Status and Changes in Production Unit (SUP) Units in the Management / Management System at PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Ambon Branch in 2020. 3) Evaluation of Ferries Transportation on the Waai - Umeputih Route in Maluku Province Changes according to the following provisions: a) If there is an increase in the unit at the new, the regional government of the Regent of Central Maluku can do The Highest Reduction With Differentiation of 20% (Twenty Percent) From The Determined. b)The increasing of a fare nowadays is following Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 66 of 2019 concerning the Determination Mechanism and the Calculation Formulation of Ferries Transportation that stated a fare of production nowadays has increasing previous fare.
