Abstract

The COVID-19 epidemic, as well as advancements in information technology, have both led to a shift in consumer behavior, with consumers increasingly preferring to purchase things online. This study is an explanatory study that aims to evaluate the impact of e-customer reviews, e-customer ratings, and e-payment on the online purchase decisions of Millennials and Generation Z in Indonesian marketplaces. The populations studied in this research include the Millennial Generation and Generation Z, both of which purchase products from Indonesian marketplaces in unknown, large numbers. Purposive sampling was employed in this investigation to gather 420 samples that fulfilled the specific criteria used in this study. This study employed a questionnaire to collect data, which was emailed using Google Forms and distributed between December 8, 2022, and January 16, 2023. According to the findings of this research, e-customer reviews have no impact on online purchasing decisions. In contrast, this study shows that e-customer ratings have an impact on online purchasing decisions. Finally, this research discovered that e-payment affected online purchasing decisions. The findings of this study are crucial because they provide insight into the preferences and attitudes of Generation Z and Millennials about e-customer reviews, e-customer ratings, and e-payment systems.

Abstract

E-commerce can use E-Customer Reviews, E-Customer Ratings, and E-Payments as important features to attract consumers to buy from e-commerce. This study examined the perspectives' differences between Generation Y and Generation Z on online reviews, ratings, and payments. Generation Y and Generation Z, who live in Jakarta and have shopped online more than once, are the populations of this study. To get a representative sample for this research, the method of purposive sampling was employed. A questionnaire was used as the data collection technique, and it was sent out over the internet to Generation Y and Generation Z who satisfied the criteria set out for this research. In all, there were 170 of Generation Y and 170 of Generation Z that took part in this study. The data is analyzed using the program SPSS version 27, and the study results indicate that there are differences in the perspectives of Generation Y and Generation Z about e-customer reviews, e-customer ratings, and e-payments.

Abstract

Gempa bumi yang terjadi di Kabupaten Cianjur telah merusak fasilitas belajar dan mengakibatkan guru meninggal dunia sehingga kegiatan belajar terganggu dan anak – anak usia sekolah mengalami trauma pasca gempa. Untuk itu, kepada anak – anak usia sekolah perlu diberikan pendampingan belajar untuk menumbuhkan minat belajar pasca gempat dan trauma healing untuk menghilangkan mengurangi efek trauma yang dialami. Kegiatan pendampingan belajar dilakukan dengan pembimbingan dengan menggunakan cerita fabel sains dan Buku Seri Ensiklopedia tentang mahluk hewan, tubuh manusia dan tumbuh-tumbuhan. Metode trauma healing yang digunakan adalah metode permainan yang dilaksanakan secara individu dan berkelompok dengan menggunakan alat tulis dan gambar, bernyanyi danercerita. Hasil kegiatan pembimbingan belajar menjelaskan bahwa 100% siswa sekolah dasar dapat mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan dengan baik dan mampu menceritakan kembali materi belajar dengan baik. Hasil kegiatan trauma healing menunjukkan bahwa dengan metode bermain, bernyaji dan mendengar cerita dongeng, siswa sekolah dasar yang mengalami langsung peristiwa gempat dapat terhibur.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth understanding of office administration, its importance in optimizing daily operations, and achieving long-term business goals such as customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and increased competitiveness. Research Problem and Objectives The research problem answers the need to prepare the young generation, especially those still in the educational process, to face the challenges of the job market in Society 5.0. Methodology This research uses a community service approach with a workshop method. The workshop consists of literature research, preparation and implementation stages. The methodology includes lectures and detailed discussion sessions for effective dissemination of knowledge. This event provides a platform for students to gain insight into the basic concepts of office administration and their relevance to the modern workplace, aiming to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required in the contemporary job market. Implications This study highlights the importance of office administration in improving daily operations and achieving long-term business goals. This emphasizes the need for young people to acquire skills such as perseverance, creativity and problem solving to succeed in the modern world of work. These findings highlight the influence of various factors, including skills, access to information, and soft skills, in shaping employee quality

Abstract

Tujuan utama pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di wilayah RT 10 Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan bagi pelaku UMKM di terkait pentingnya pemanfaatan digital marketing bagi UMKM. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan metode loka karya (workshop) dibagi kedalam empat sesi dimana pada masing-masing sesi diberikan materi yang berbeda-beda. Pada keseluruhan sesi, termasuk sesi tentang pemanfaatan platform digital untuk meningkatkan ekspor UMKM, narasumber yang menjadi pemateri berasal dari Dosen Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Hal ini sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat, khususnya pelaku UMKM yang harus terus berjuang di tengah kondisi ekonomi negara dan dunia yang semakin tidak menentu pasca pandemi Covid-19 dan konflik di Ukraina. Salah satu hasil temuan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pengabdian pada sesi keempat yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan dari pelaku UMKM di wilayah RW 10 Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara terkait platform digital untuk ekspor barang-barang milik UMKM. Sehingga, dengan adanya penyampaian informasi kepada peserta loka karya terkait platform e-commerce khusus untuk ekspor barang-barang UMKM, diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM di wilayah RW 10 Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilincing, Jakarta Utara untuk dapat melakukan ekspansi pasar.

Abstract

The growing number of online purchases each year shows how appealing the e-commerce sector is today. This study focuses on how consumer trust serves as a mediator between e-WOM and consumer interest. In this research, one hundred millennials are involved as respondents. The study samples consisted of women, millennials, living in DKI Jakarta who actively engaged in e-commerce. The results of this study found that consumer interest in engaging in e-commerce transactions is influenced by electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM). Similarly, customer trust affects consumers' purchasing intentions to buy fashion products in e-commerce. Lastly, this study demonstrates the function of consumer trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between e-WOM and millennial enthusiasm for buying fashion products through e-commerce. Abstract

Sebagai negara pemilik cadangan nikel dan eksportir nikel terbesar di dunia, Indonesia telah mengambil keputusan strategis di industri nikel yaitu ekspansi ke industri nikel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif serta untuk mengetahui posisi strategis Indonesia sekaligus merumuskan strategi berdasarkan hasil perhitungan EFAS dan IFAS pada analisis SWOT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa posisi Indonesia dalam industri nikel berada pada kuadran IV sehingga Indonesia harus menggunakan strategi WT (weaknesses-threats) atau strategi defensif dalam mengatasinya. Peneliti memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah dan para investor domestik untuk melakukan langkah sinergis dalam melestarikan lingkungan, mendiversifikasi pasar, membangun infrastruktur, membuat strategi penetapan harga, memperhatikan kesehatan & keselamatan para pekerja tambang, serta membangun perencanaan strategis

Abstract

Online games have become entertainment for almost all groups, especially young people who fall into the Generation Z category. Technological developments are also a factor in why online games are also developing. The online game industry has made many innovations, one of which is presenting a microtransaction business model in the games they make. Microtransaction requires a certain amount of real money to buy a number of virtual items. This research aims to analyze the significant impact of microtransactions on financial management, the frequency and nominal value of online game microtransactions as well as how to reduce the negative impacts arising from online game microtransactions on generation Z. The research uses quantitative research methods.Finding the sample was carried out randomly by distributing online questionnaires and sample selection using the Lemeshow formula. Data analysis and processing using SmartPLS-3 resulted in the result that there is a fairly strong impact of online game microtransactions on generation Z's personal financial management.

Abstract

This research seeks to explain the moderating effect of product quality on the relationship between online customer reviews and ratings and online purchasing decisions. Unknown number of Tokopedia application users in Jakarta constitute the population for this research. This study used a technique of purposive sampling in which the sample must meet the requirements specified. For data collection, online questionnaires were used in this study. Smart PLS3 software is used for data processing. As a result, 100 Tokopedia application users fulfilled the research criteria and participated in this study. The findings of the research indicate that product quality moderates the impact of online customer reviews on online purchase decisions. Similarly, product quality moderates the impact of online customer ratings on purchase choices made online. The results of this research may give entrepreneurs with information on the online behavior of customers.

Abstract

Because of its large population and high rate of internet penetration, Indonesia is a country that offers a tremendous opportunity for the digital market. This research is a descriptive and comparative study that seeks to explain differences in customer perspectives on e-customer reviews, e-customer ratings, electronic payments based on gender. This study's sample consists of men and women who have made purchases in Indonesian markets; the actual number is unknown. This survey includes 340 customers, with an equal number of female and male participants. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, in which all of the samples fulfilled the criteria of this research. The results of the study show that there are differences between men and women in online transactions. In the same way, men and women have different perspectives about e-customer reviews, e-customer ratings, and e-payments.
