Abstract

The Web-Based Receipt Accounting Information System in the Sarwa Mukti Village Unit Cooperative has not been computerized, while the processing must be done as carefully as possible due to the limited amount of cash it has. This design aims to be expected to make it easier to carry out the wheels of cooperative activities, in each business unit and increase the accuracy and security of the required information. This study uses qualitative research and the object of research is the cash receipts accounting system. The results showed that cash receipts at the Sarwa Mukti Village Unit Cooperative came from costumer loan interest, costumer installment payments, and cash sales of product, and all processes of recording and receiving cash were still manual and relied on transaction evidence, namely notes and invoices. Thus causing transaction data errors to accur frequently, therefore it is recommended that transaction must be computerized so that data security and transaction evidence are no easily lost and also need to be developed according to the needs and development of technology in order to continue to support the transaction activities carried out.

Abstract

Initially, the registration process for the Covid-19 vaccination still used a manual system which resulted in long queues, data redundancies, identity input errors, schedule rescheduling, and an increase in the registrant quota. The purpose of this study was to design a website-based online registration information system so that it can be accessed anywhere by inputting the data of vaccination participants independently so that the data obtained is more accurate and stored in a computerized manner and makes it easier for administrative staff to re-register. Is a qualitative method based on objective aspects in identifying problems in order to find solutions and implement them in a system design. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. While the system method uses the waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which is a classic sequential life cycle starting from analysis, design, coding, testing, and support stages. With an online vaccination registration information system, it can increase effectiveness and efficiency and produce the expected output.

Abstract

Abstrak — Akuntansi Penerimaan Kas adalah suatu catatan yang dibuat untuk melaksanakan kegiatan penerimaan uang dan penjualan tunai atau dari piutang yang siap dan bebas digunakan untuk kegiatan umum perusahaan Pada sebuah perusahaan hal ini dianggap penting untuk keberlangsungan kegiatan perusahaaan. CV. Bintang Alpro Jakarta merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Jasa Penyedia Alat Tulis Kantor . Dalam sistem pengolahan datanya CV. Bintang Alpro masih terbilang kurang dan menemui beberapa kendala, yaitu : Proses pencatatan penerimaan kas datanya kurang efisien, data penerimaan kas mudah hilang dan pembuatan laporan yang masih menggunakan sistem manual yang kurang akurat sehingga diperlukannya sistem penerimaan kas yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam bentuk aplikasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi langsung ketempat penelitian, wawancara dan kajian pustaka. Berdasarkan hal tersebut hasil penelitian yang dilakukan adalah diawali dengan analisis proses dari sistem yang berjalan kemudian dicari permasalahan yang terjadi dan dirancanglah aplikasi Penerimaan kas berbasis dekstop. Beberapa saran untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, diantaranya :Mengembangkan sistem lebih lanjut,dan dilakukannya perawatan sistem secara berkala. Kata Kunci — Sistem Informasi, Penerimaan Kas Abstract — Accounting for Cash Receipts is a record that is made to carry out cash receipts and cash sales activities or from receivables that are ready and free to use for general company activities. CV. Bintang Alpro Jakarta is a company engaged in the field of Office Stationery Provider Services. In the data processing system CV. Bintang Alpro is still lacking and encountered several obstacles, namely: The process of recording cash receipts is less efficient, cash receipts data are easily lost and making reports that still use manual systems that are less accurate so that the need for cash receipts systems that are more effective and efficient in the form of applications. Data collection methods used in this study are direct observation to the place of research, interviews and literature review. Based on this the results of the research carried out is preceded by an analysis of the process of the running system and then look for problems that occur and designed a desktop-based cash receipts application. Abstract

Abstrak — Berkembangnya IoT (Internet of Things) dengan kemajuan teknologi internet dan media komunikasi menjadi sebuah bidang penelitian tersendiri dan semakin maju dan berkembangnya teknologi akan menjadi banyak penelitian yang akan datang , internet of things salah satu hasil pemikiran para peneliti yang mengoptimasi beberapa alat seperti media sensor DHT11 serta smart object lain yang memungkinkan manusia mudah berinteraksi dengan semua peralatan yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Tidak semua perusahaan/industri memiliki prototipe yang bisa memudahkan dan memiliki rasa aman untuk kantor terutama untuk ruangan servernya agar termonitoring dan terkontrolling dengan baik agar tidak terjadi hal - hal yang tidak diinginkan. Maka dari itu dibuatlah suatu perancangan sistem Smart Workplace di PT. Centrin Online Prima yang dibekali dengan alat dan juga web server untuk monitoring ruangan server dan juga mengontrol. Perancangan tersebut sebagai sarana untuk memantau data Suhu, Kelembaban, mengontrol lampu dan mengontrol steker agar bisa dihidupkan dan dimatikan kapan saja melalui wifi secara realtime dan online. Hal ini akan membantu semua pihak di dunia industri atau yang berkaitan dengan adanya ruang server dalam mengontrol keadaan ruangan agar suhu di ruangan tetap stabil dan menghindari kejadian yang tidak diinginkan. Meskipun tidak berada di daerah kantor atau ruang server sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas rasa aman kondisi di ruang server. Kata Kunci — Smart Workplace, DHT11, Flame, Wemos D1 R1   Abstract  — The development of IoT (Internet of Things) with advances in technology and media communication has become a field of research and the progress and development of technology will become a lot of research to come, internet of things is one of the results of the thinking of researchers who have optimized several tools such as DHT11 media sensors and objects. Another smart thing that allows humans to be easily considered with all devices connected to the internet network. Not all companies / industries have a prototype that makes it easier and safer for the office, especially for the server room so that it is properly monitored and controlled so that unwanted things do not happen. Therefore, a Smart Workplace system design was made at PT. Centrin Online Prima which is equipped with tools and also a web server to monitor the server room and also control. The design is a means to collect temperature, humidity data, control lights and control the plug so that it can be turned on and off anytime via wifi in realtime and online. This will help all parties in the industrial world or those associated with the server room in controlling the room conditions so that the temperature in the room remains stable and avoids unwanted events. Abstract

Abstrak — Penyakit penyerta atau komorbid menjadi salah satu penyumbang  angka seseorang  rentan terpapar virus covid-19 ditengah pandemi sekarang  ini, pemerintah mencatat seseorang  dengan  penyakit komorbid cenderung lebih beresiko dibandingkan dengan orang yang  tidak memiliki komorbid karena sistem pertahanan tubuh yang lebih rendah daripada individu tanpa penyakit penyerta. Salah satu penyakit komorbid dengan tingkat resiko yang tinggi adalah penyakit jantung. Menurut data pemerintah disebutkan komorbid jantung  9 kali lebih beresiko setelah komorbid ginjal pada urutan pertama dengan 13,7 kali lebih beresiko. Maka dari itu dibuatlah sebuah alat dengan memanfaatkan laju teknologi yang pesat dengan berbasis internet. Alat ini menggunakan input sensor MAX30102 sebagai pendeteksi detak jantung dan saturasi oksigen dengan ditambahkan sensor DS18B20 sebagai pendeteksi suhu tubuh karena suhu tubuh sendiri dapat dijadikan acuan utama pada perekaman kesehatan seseorang. Alat ini menggunakan tegangan 3-5VDC yang nantinya hasil dari perekaman kesehatan divisualisasikan menggunakan LCD dan juga terintegrasi dengan aplikasi smartphone karena sudah ditanamkan modul ESP8266 pada mikrokontroller. Kata Kunci — Detak Jantung, Saturasi Oksigen, Suhu Tubuh, MAX30102, DS18B20   Abstract —  Comorbidities are contributors to the number of people who are susceptible to being exposed to the covid-19 virus in the current pandemic. The government notes that people with comorbid diseases tend to be more at risk than people who do not have comorbidities due to a lower-body defense system than individuals without comorbidities. One of the comorbid diseases with a high level of risk is heart disease. According to government data, cardiac comorbidities are nine times more at risk after renal comorbidities in the first order with 13.7 times more risk. Therefore, a tool was made by utilizing the rapid pace of internet-based technology. This tool uses the MAX30102 sensor input as a heart rate detector and oxygen saturation with the added DS18B20 sensor as a body temperature detector because body temperature itself can be used as the main reference in recording a person's health. This tool uses a voltage of 3-5VDC, which will be visualized using an LCD and also integrated with a smartphone application because the ESP8266 module has been embedded in the microcontroller.   Keywords — Heart Rate, Oxygen Saturation, Body Temperature, MAX30102, DS18B20

Abstract

Abstrak— Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan upaya yang diselenggarakan sendiri atau secara bersama-sama dalam suatu organisasi untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan, mencegah, dan menyembuhkan penyakit serta memulihkan kesehatan perorangan, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Salah satu pelayanan yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengadakan pelayanan rekam medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perancangan sistem informasi 20 besar penyakit rujukan sebagai salah satu pengelolaan data rekam medis di UPT Puskesmas Babakan Sari Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, serta dilengkapi dengan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall. Adapun saran yang penulis berikan yaitu: Dibuatkan sistem informasi 20 besar penyakit rujukan yang dapat mempercepat pembuatan laporan 20 besar penyakit rujukan, Perlu adanya penambahan tenaga kesehatan dalam melakukan kegiatan laporan 20 besar penyakit rujukan, Mengadakan pelatihan kepada petugas tata usaha atau pengguna sistem. Kata Kunci — Sistem Informasi, Rujukan Abstract — Health service is an effort that is carried out alone or jointly in an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent, and cure diseases and restore the health of individuals, families, and communities. One of the services performed is by providing medical record services. This study aims to determine how the information system design of the top 20 referral diseases as one of the management of medical record data in UPT Puskesmas Babakan Sari Bandung. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are by observation, interview, and equipped with literature study. The software development method used is the waterfall method. As for the advice that the author gives, namely: Created a system of 20 major diseases that can accelerate the referral of making reports of 20 major diseases, it is necessary to increase the number of health workers in carrying out activities of the top 20 referral diseases, Conduct training to administrative officers or users of the system. Abstract

Abstrak — Kemajuan dalam bidang kesehatan sangat berkembang dengan begitu pesat, sehingga banyak temuan-temuan yang didapatkan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi baik dalam bidang pengorganisasian rumah sakit, puskesmas, pengobatan maupun penelitian pengembangan dari ilmu kesehatan itu sendiri. Kombinasi antara teknologi informasi dengan aktivitas orang yang menggunakan teknologi tersebut, untuk mendukung operasi dan manajemen adalah sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun implementasi sistem informasi pelayanan enunjang medis laboratorium di UPT Puskesmas Kopo BandungTeknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall dengan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) sebagai perancangan software. Adapun saran yang diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam sistem pelayanan penunjang medis laboratorium adalah : Perlu adanya pengembangan sistem ke arah yang lebih baik, Perlu adanya pelatihan untuk SDM yang mengelola sistem ini terkait penggunaan aplikasi. Abstrak — Rekam medis kedokteran gigi adalah suatu dokumen yang sistematis mengenai riwayat perawatan kesehatan gigi seorang pasien oleh sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Rumah Sakit Khusus Gigi dan Mulut (RSKGM) Kota Bandung yang mengkhususkan diri pada pelayanan gigi dan mulut merupakan Rumah Sakit Khusus tipe C, rumah sakit ini telah menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS), namun rekam medis masih berupa lembaran-lembaran berkas yang harus diisi kembali baik oleh pasien yang mengisi identitas, maupun dokter/perawat yang telah selesai melakukan pemeriksaan dan tindakan. Selain itu, masalah yang sering terjadi adalah berkas yang sudah dikirimkan ke poli sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencarian, terkadang berkas tidak ada atau pun belum sampai ke poli sehingga membuat pasien menunggu cukup lama dalam menerima pelayanan rumah sakit. Perancangan sistem informasi rawat jalan ini menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan penggambaran menggunakan alat bantu Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Diharapkan melalui perancangan ini proses pelayanan rekam medis dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci — information system, Outpatient, medical record, PHP. Abstract — Dental medical records are a systematic document of a patient's dental health history by means of health care. Rumah Sakit Khusus Gigi dan Mulut (RSKGM) Bandung specializing in dental and mouth services is C type Special Hospital, this hospital has been using Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), but medical record is still in the form of file sheets must be recharged either by the patient who fills the identity, or the doctor / nurse who has completed the examination and action. In addition, the problem that often happens is that the file has been sent to the poly often a mistake in the search, sometimes the file does not exist or has not reached the poly so as to make patients wait long enough in receiving hospital services. This design of outpatient information system using object-oriented approach with depiction using Unified Modeling Language (UML) tool and using PHP programming language and MySQL Database. Abstract

This design aims to be able to manage finished goods inventory in a computerized way and present accurate reports for each period at CV Sukses Sejahtera. Data collection techniques were performed using observations, interviews and literature studies related to the finished product preparation information system at CV Sukes Sejahtera. The system development method used is cascade. The realization of this information system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programming language with the database using MySQL. The difficulty faced by the company is that the registration of finished goods in stock is still done manually or has not been computerized, leading to delayed information on production results, difficulty in analyzing problems and often Frequent loss of finished product data. products. From this problem, the author deploys to the Finished Goods Inventory Information System using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 so that the Inventory Report at CV Sukses Sejahtera is shown quickly and accurately. This research creates an app that simplifies and speeds dealers in recording finished goods stock.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze, design and build sales information systems at PT. Duta Jaya Fritztama. The design of this sales information system was developed using the PHP programming language using MySQL as the database. The method used is descriptive qualitative method and the system development used is the Waterfall method and the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and literature study. The problems that occurred at PT. Duta Jaya Fritztama is in a sales system that has been computerized but is not optimal so that the system is less efficient and takes a long time to record sales. The effort to solve this problem is to create a web-based sales information system to make it easier for users in the process of recording sales, improve service, comfort and make company performance more effective and efficient.
