Abstract

Medical record data processing at this time is not only done manually but also current technological developments also support data processing activities carried out using a computerized based system. Manual data processing has many weaknesses, besides requiring a long time, its accuracy is also unacceptable. Because the possibility of error is very large. The medical record contains information including personal identity, social and all other information concerning the patient. Processing of medical record indexing data at Bob Bazar Hospital has been integrated into SIMRS. However, inputting disease index data is still done by pulling patient diagnosis data one by one into Microsoft Excel from SIMRS. So that the data input takes quite a long time and the patient's disease index cannot be optimally processed to be used as a report. This study uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at Bob Bazar Hospital. The system development method used is waterfall. Therefore, the author makes a configuration of the inpatient disease list data framework by utilizing Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) as a planning technique, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as an application program and Microsoft Access as an information base

Abstract

This paper discusses the use of QR Code technology in monitoring and improving the efficiency of cocoa farming in Sajau Village, Bulungan Regency. The problem identified is the absence of an adequate monitoring system to manage cocoa farming in real-time. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative approach to analyze data obtained from the field. using QR Code to track cocoa production and distribution data, which provides accurate information at high speed. The results of the study indicate that the application of QR Code can improve efficiency and transparency in the management of cocoa farming. In conclusion, QR Code is an effective solution to improve the management of cocoa farming in Sajau Village.

Abstract

Digitalisasi administrasi Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional memerlukan mekanisme terintegrasi untuk mengendalikan nomor Surat Eligibilitas Peserta (SEP), khususnya bagi pasien pasca rawat inap yang membutuhkan pelayanan lanjutan antarpoliklinik. Penelitian terdahulu lebih banyak berfokus pada integrasi SIMRS-VClaim, administrasi klaim, dan rekam medis elektronik, sedangkan pengendalian penggunaan SEP pasca rawat inap sekaligus rujukan internal masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pengendalian nomor SEP pasca rawat inap berbasis web di Rumah Sakit Dustira. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan petugas Rekam Medis dan Pendaftaran, serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian berupa aplikasi web yang mengintegrasikan data pasien, rekam medis, penggunaan SEP, rujukan internal, monitoring, dan laporan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XAMPP, dan phpMyAdmin. Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fungsi yang diuji berjalan berhasil. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada integrasi pengendalian SEP pasca rawat inap dan rujukan internal antarpoliklinik dalam satu alur sistem. Pengembangan selanjutnya diarahkan pada integrasi langsung dengan layanan BPJS Kesehatan untuk validasi dan pelaporan otomatis.

Abstract

Transformasi digital diperlukan oleh Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memperluas pemasaran serta meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan. UMKM Pesona Sambal Desa Salimbatu masih menghadapi kendala karena promosi dan pemesanan produk dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun website katalog e-commerce yang terintegrasi dengan WhatsApp Gateway dengan target mengotomatisasi perhitungan total pesanan dan menyederhanakan alur transaksi agar lebih cepat dan terstruktur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall yang terdiri atas tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem menghasilkan fitur halaman beranda, katalog produk, informasi usaha dan resep, perhitungan subtotal dan biaya pengiriman, formulir pelanggan, serta pengiriman rincian pesanan ke WhatsApp admin. Admin dapat melakukan login, mengelola data produk, dan melihat data pesanan masuk. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama sistem berjalan 100% sesuai dengan skenario pengujian. Dampak nyata dari implementasi sistem ini bagi UMKM Pesona Sambal adalah memangkas waktu pencatatan pesanan manual, meminimalisir kesalahan perhitungan harga dan ongkos kirim, serta mempermudah jangkauan promosi hanya dengan membagikan satu tautan website.

Abstract

Petty cash management is an important element in a company's finances, especially for Enno Tour & Travel which has high daily transactions. Inaccurate recording of petty cash can result in cash leakage and affect the company's financial health. This research formulates problems related to challenges in managing petty cash manually and how a web-based accounting information system can overcome these problems. The purpose of this research is to design and implement an accounting information system that can improve the efficiency and accuracy of petty cash recording. The research method used is software engineering with a waterfall approach, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation at Enno Tour & Travel. The results showed that the developed system can record petty cash transactions in real time, produce accurate financial reports, and increase transparency and accountability. Users reported increased efficiency and reduced recording errors. This study concludes that the designed web-based accounting information system improves efficiency and accuracy in petty cash management and positively contributes to the company's overall financial management.

Abstract

Information technology today is highly advanced and has a significant impact on the government sector, particularly in managing time and resources. One application of information technology is the scheduling information system for the members of the West Java Provincial DPRD. However, until now, the scheduling system in the West Java Provincial DPRD still uses a manual method with Microsoft Word. This has resulted in the scheduling process being less efficient and highly prone to errors. The manual method complicates data retrieval, information updates, and structured documentation. To address this issue, a web-based scheduling information system has been designed using the CodeIgniter framework. The development method used is the waterfall method, which starts from the requirements analysis phase to the maintenance phase. System testing is conducted using the black-box method and questionnaires, which indicate that all functions within the system operate well according to user needs. With this information system, the scheduling process in the West Java Provincial DPRD becomes faster, more accurate, and well-documented. This system also assists staff in organizing and monitoring activity schedules, while reducing errors that often occur in the manual system.

Abstract

The student pickup process at SD Santa Ursula Bandung is still carried out conventionally via individual announcements using a public address system in the gathering area known as the bangsal, making it prone to information delays between teachers and parents, misverification of pick-up persons, and even the risk of students being picked up by unauthorized individuals without the biological parents' knowledge. This study aims to develop a web-based Student Pickup Monitoring Information System integrated with QR Codes and WhatsApp Gateway to enhance pickup security and efficiency. The study uses a qualitative approach through observation and interviews, while system development applies the Waterfall method. The application is developed using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, QR Codes, and Fonnte API as the WhatsApp notification service. Testing is conducted using Black Box Testing to evaluate system functions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to measure user acceptance. Black Box Testing results show that all features function according to requirements without errors, achieving a 100% success rate (12/12 valid scenarios), while UAT results involving 5 respondents show an average acceptance rate of 87.3% categorized as Very Feasible. Further development can focus on enhancing system security and providing a mobile-based application.
