Abstract

The student attendance information service is a system designed to process and present student attendance data. The School Control Hub application is an attendance information service designed to facilitate the management of student attendance data by the school and provide easier access for parents to monitor their children's attendance. In this design, Figma was used as the primary tool to design and implement the UI/UX concept. The prototype design of the School Control Hub application demonstrates that the developed UI/UX design is able to meet users' needs effectively. Therefore, the School Control Hub application is expected to be an effective solution for managing student attendance that is easily accessible for obtaining attendance information.

Abstract

Tastyfood is a website that can provide information about food, especially typical Indonesian food, which is food that comes from our homeland, Indonesia. This website aims to make it easy for people to access information about Indonesian food. This research was created using the Laravel framework. The method used is with a prototype methodology that contains use cases and activity diagrams in it, the implementation of its creation uses PHP and CSS Bootstrap with blackbox testing, with the results of a website that has a display that has quite a lot of images and of course makes it easier to disseminate information.

Abstract

LPPM at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha faces challenges with its manual system. This study designs a web- based system information using Laravel to enhance data management efficiency. Methods include needs analysis, design with use case and activity diagrams, implementation with PHP and Laravel, and Blackbox testing. Result show that the system improves information access and coordination.

Abstract

Era transformasi digital sekarang ini, perusahaan membutuhkan sistem terkomputerisasi untuk menyajikan data yang tepat. Namun, perusahaan PT XYZ dalam sistemnya masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel dalam mengelola persediaan dan tidak tersedianya laporan pembelian dalam sistem yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah dengan merancang sistem pembelian bahan baku kredit berbasis web pada PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan manufaktur di bidang tekstil. Pendekatan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Kajian mencakup analisis kebutuhan dan perancangan sistem digunakan model waterfall. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penciptaan sistem, pencatatan yang diperoleh sesuai dan akurat. Dalam hasil penelitian ini, dengan dirancangnya sistem berbasis web, penerapan sistem yang dilakukan dapat menggantikan sistem lama dan membantu meringankan PT XYZ dalam mengelola data terkait pembelian.

Abstract

Petty cash management is an important element in a company's finances, especially for Enno Tour & Travel which has high daily transactions. Inaccurate recording of petty cash can result in cash leakage and affect the company's financial health. This research formulates problems related to challenges in managing petty cash manually and how a web-based accounting information system can overcome these problems. The purpose of this research is to design and implement an accounting information system that can improve the efficiency and accuracy of petty cash recording. The research method used is software engineering with a waterfall approach, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation at Enno Tour & Travel. The results showed that the developed system can record petty cash transactions in real time, produce accurate financial reports, and increase transparency and accountability. Users reported increased efficiency and reduced recording errors. This study concludes that the designed web-based accounting information system improves efficiency and accuracy in petty cash management and positively contributes to the company's overall financial management.

Abstract

Abstract : PMI is a humanitarian organization with legal entity status, governed by Law number 1 of 2018 concerning Red Cross activities, aimed at preventing, avoiding, and alleviating the suffering of war prisoners and disaster victims without discrimination of religion, nationality, race, skin color, group, gender, and political views. PMI also has the duty to transform its members into volunteers. This includes Disaster Preparedness and Response Volunteers, First Aid Training for Volunteers, Health Services, Community Welfare Services, and others. In community services, especially first aid services, PMI still requires more first aid equipment to support the performance of volunteers and their services. One such tool is used for emergencies, such as handling sudden cardiac arrest victims. This study developed a prototype heart rate detection device. This heart rate detection prototype is based on ATmega328. The sensor used is a Heartrate Sensor that functions to measure and detect heartbeats. Additionally, an ATmega328 Arduino Pro Mini microcontroller is used to process the incoming signals and display the heart rate per minute on an OLED screen. Based on tests conducted on 10 respondents, this heart rate detection prototype has an average relative error of 0.32% compared to the Elitech Mobile Fox 1 Pulse Oximeter. Abstract

Politeknik Piksi Ganesha memiliki beberapa sistem yang dapat digunakan dalam mempermudah kegiatan akademik, salah satunya adalah akses terhadap Sistem Informasi Manajemen Dosen (SIM-DOS). Website SIM-DOS merupakan aplikasi sistem informasi yang diakses secara online oleh Dosen aktif Piksi Ganesha dalam membantu para dosen melakukan pengelolaan data diri terkait Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi antara lain: Pendidikan, Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (Abdimas). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Thinking yaitu: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype dan Test sebagai kerangka kerja dalam menyusun atau menyelesaikan masalah dalam penelitian. Implementasi Design Thinking pada UI/UX SIM-DOS memanfaatkan karakteristik pengguna melalui tool User Persona dan pengujian menggunakan Usability Testing. Perancangan design antarmuka (interface) menggunakan Figma. Secara keseluruhan rancangan UI/UX pada penelitian ini digunakan untuk meminimalisir permasalahan sistem SIM-DOS yang sedang berjalan dalam menunjang kebutuhan para dosen melalui sistem desain antarmuka yang ideal. Design thinking yang diimplementasikan dalam SIM-DOS ini diharapkan dapat mengindetifikasi masalah dan kekurangan beberapa fitur dengan cepat sehingga dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi developer dalam pengembangan sistem website SIM-DOS menjadi lebih baik. Prototype dari design yang telah dirancang dalam mengetahui perilaku user pengguna aplikasi SIM-DOS dimulai dari mendaftar dan membuat akun baru hingga melakukan unggah pada dokumen dan capaian luaran berhasil dirancang dengan kemudahan-kemudahan pada fiturnya.

Abstract

This paper discusses the use of QR Code technology in monitoring and improving the efficiency of cocoa farming in Sajau Village, Bulungan Regency. The problem identified is the absence of an adequate monitoring system to manage cocoa farming in real-time. The research methodology used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative approach to analyze data obtained from the field. using QR Code to track cocoa production and distribution data, which provides accurate information at high speed. The results of the study indicate that the application of QR Code can improve efficiency and transparency in the management of cocoa farming. In conclusion, QR Code is an effective solution to improve the management of cocoa farming in Sajau Village.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan memiliki peran penting bagi suatu organisasi atau lembaga untuk menjaga stabilitas dan efisiensi. Dalam sektor pendidikan dibutuhkan pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif terutama dalam pengelolaan biaya sekolah atau biaya spp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah website sistem informasi akuntansi pengelolaan keuangan penerimaan spp yang dapat mempermudah lembaga sekolah dalam mengelola dan menghasilkan informasi keuangan yang akurat dan tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dari tahap perencanaan perancangan sistem hingga tahap akhir pengujian diurutkan secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian ini perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi pengelolaan keuangan penerimaan spp mampu mempermudah lembaga sekolah dalam hal mengelola dan menghasilkan informasi akuntansi penerimaan spp yang akurat, tepat, dan efisien, serta meminimalisir kesalahan pada laporan yang dihasilkan. Financial management has an important role for an organization or institution in maintaining stability and efficiency. Effective financial management is required in the education sector, especially when managing school fees or tuition fees. This research aims to design and build an accounting information system website for SPP admissions financial management, which can make it easier for school institutions to manage and produce accurate and precise financial information. By using the waterfall method, a systematic sequence is achieved from the planning phase of system design to the final phase of testing. The result of this research is that the design of an accounting information system for the financial management of tuition fees can make it easier for school institutions to manage and produce accurate, precise, and efficient accounting information for tuition fees, as well as minimize errors in the reports produced. keyword : Accounting System Information, PHP, Waterfall, Tuition Fee Payment
