Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan dalam mewujudkan cita-citanya memerlukan perencanaan yang efektif. Hal tersebut berfungsi sebagai pengendali dalam menjalankan program-program sekolah yang bertujuan untuk menjadi sekolah yang bermutu dan mampu bersaing dengan sekolah-sekolah lainnya. MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu sebagai lembaga pendidikan dibawah persyarikatan Muhammadiyah sudah sepatutnya mengembangkan visi persyarikatan Muhammadiyah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menjadi sekolah yang bermutu sehingga dapat mencetak kader-kader Muhammadiyah yang berkualitas, namun MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu belum memiliki rancangan strategis baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Supaya MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu memiliki perencanaan strategis baik jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pengendali dalam menjalankan program-program sekolah, maka diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan perencanaan strategis. Hasil dari pendampingan diharapkan mampu membantu sekolah dalam mewujudkan tujuan dan cita-cita lembaga.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to know how the implementation strategies in SDN Bubutan IV Surabaya. The descriptive qualitative method is used in this analysis. The collecting data technique is using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data validity test is using source triangulation. The result of the study showed that the school literacy movement strategies are already successful with (1) conditioned physical environment with mini-libraries in each classroom and student artworks around school areas, (2) conditioned the social environment as an effective model by giving rewards toward students, there is also an activity to celebrate a national holiday that integrated with literacy learning, and (3) conditioned the academic environment with an accustomed student to read 15 minutes, the existence of school literacy team and having a library with proper facilities.

Abstract

The main problem raised in the research is how fundraising management in a social institution, conducted by the Social Welfare Institute Darul Aitam Al Khoiriyah. Based on these problems, the main purpose of this research is to find out how the forms of fundraising, supporting factors, and inhibitions of fundraising management and how the management of fundraising management for economic empowerment of the community. The results showed that: First, the fundraising management program is formulated based on community empowerment programs, one of which is the productive economic business self-entrepreneurship program (UEP), so that in the future the beneficiaries of fundraising no longer rely on donations or willingness but are economically self-sufficient. Second, the supporting factor in fundraising management is none other than the strength in maintaining the communication of institutions with the donator with various techniques and media used both electronic media and social media, while the obstacle factor of fundraising management is the HR factor that always has to be upgraded its ability so as not to miss the development of the times, as well as the existence of people who damage the image of social institutions so that the donators are more careful in distributing zakat, infaq, and Charity. Third, Lks Darul Aitam Al Khoiriyah fundraising strategy by applying systematic and measurable stages by the conditions in the field, namely the Introduction of Institutions to prospective new donors, Follow Up after the introduction, Accountability and supervision reports, Establish good communication with donors, Provide various forms of donation methods.

Abstract

Problematika dikotomi antara sains dan Agama telah menjadi topik pembahasan yang banyak dikaji oleh peneliti untuk dicarikan solusi terbaiknya, namun faktanya hingga saat ini problem tersebut masihlah hadir di tengah masyarakat. melihat fakta tersebut SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo hadir sebagai percontohan dengan membawa konsep interkoneksi sains dan Agama dalam upaya pengembangan pendidikan Agama Islam dan juga mencoba untuk mengikis dikotomi antara sains dan Agama. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap konsep, bentuk, dan dampak positif dari interkoneksi sains dan Agama dalam pengembangan pendidikan Islam. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa konsep interkoneksi di sekolah tersebut diwujudkan dalam bentuk bangunan kurikulum yang baku dan diterapkan dalam proses pendidikan. Bentuk interkoneksi diwujudkan dengan penggabungan kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum ISMUBA Khas sekolah Muhammadiyah, serta berbagai kegiatan ekstra. Dampak positif bagi siswa yakni menumbuhkan budaya islami dan karakter islami dalam diri peserta didik, penagalaman belajar yang menumbuhkan kreatifitas dan bijak dalam menata niat untuk menuntut ilmu serta prestasi gemilang di kancah nasional maupun internasional. Sementara bagi guru, Interkoneksi sains dan agama berdampak positif bagi pengembangan diri dan karier.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning management of Al-Islam education at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya by focusing on 4 sub-topics of discussion which include planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The techniques of analysis and interpretation of data in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Data sources in this study include primary data sources where the data is obtained from informants when making observations at the research location. While secondary data sources are obtained from articles, theses, and journals that support primary data sources. The results of this study indicate that the learning management of Al-Islam education at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surabaya has been carried out following the learning mechanism and is conducted properly based on the learning objectives that have been set. To achieve all aspects Of learning management al Islam education is very dependent on the commitment and capability of educators towards education management itself.

Abstract

Project-based Islamic religious education learning management is an approach that integrates learning management concepts with the project methods in the learning process. This research aims to identify, and analyses project based PAI learning management and their impact on students’ understanding of Islamic religious concepts and critical thinking skills. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman. Data was collected through observation, interviews with teachers. The research result show that PAI learning management involves careful planning, interactive implementation, and continuous evaluation. The teacher acts as a facilitator who encourages students’ active participation in learning projects. The impact of eliminating project based PAI learning management can be seen in increasing understanding of Islamic religious concepts and developing students’ critical thinking skills. Learning projects integrate theory with practice, allowing students to relate Islamic religious teachings to context of everyday life. Apart from that, students also develop critical thinking skills through problem solving.

Abstract

Islamic Education is one of the fields of study that must be provided for elementary to tertiary education under the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The learning activities can not be separated from the source of learning, one of which is the textbook of Islamic Education and Morals. This study aims to conduct a critical analysis of the content of the book on Islamic Education and Morals for class VII, which is focused on analyzing the discussion material in the book and the suitability of the content with genuine arguments contained in the Qur'an and Hadith. This research belongs to qualitative research with a library approach in collecting data using documentation techniques and data analysis using content analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are Islamic Education Textbooks and Morals Class VII Published by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. There are four types of discussions: Akidah Akhlak, Fiqh, History of Islamic Culture and Al-Qur'an Hadith, and the verses. The material is by the arguments contained in the Qur'an and Hadith so that it is appropriate to be used as a learning resource.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents and its implications for moral education in a case study farming community in Banjareja Village, Nusawungu sub-district, Cilacap district. This research is a type of qualitative research with a positivist approach. Data collection is done by observation, and interviews. Those interviewed included village heads, parents, Koran teachers, local communities and children who were used as research subjects. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed, the rare steps of which include collecting data, sorting data and drawing conclusions. From the data analysis, a conclusion was drawn which stated that most of the people of Banjareja Village chose democratic parenting for their children's moral education. Because this democratic parenting style has the advantage that children and parents have a forum for opinions so that they find a middle way to be able to decide a problem. This parenting style is also due to the background of parents who are busy so if they choose an authoritarian parenting style, what happens is that the child will rebel or be permissive, it will happen that the child becomes difficult for parents to manage. So that this democratic parenting style is a good choice for educating children in farming communities.
