Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi yang ada di lapangan (eksisting) ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Langsa, melihat perubahan ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Langsa (tahun perbandingan 2011, 2015 dan 2020) serta menganalisis distribusi kecukupan ruang terbuka hijau berdasarkan luas wilayah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam enam (6) tahapan penelitian, yaitu: tahap persiapan, tahap pengumpulan data sekunder dan data primer, tahap pengolahan data, tahap analisis perubahan ruang terbuka hijau (tahun 2011, 2015 dan 2020), tahap analisis ruang terbuka hijau berdasarkan luas wilayah Kota Langsa dan tahap menganalisis distribusi kecukupan ruang terbuka hijau berdasarkan luas wilayah Kota Langsa. Metode yang digunakan berdasarkan UU No. 26 Tahun 2007 yang mewajibkan setiap kota harus menyediakan 30% ruang terbuka hijau dari luas wilayah kota tersebut. Kondisi eksisting ruang terbuka hijau di Kota Langsa terdiri atas tutupan lahan, yaitu: hutan kota, hutan mangrove, hutan lindung, taman kota, jalur hijau, sabuk hijau, lapangan bola, lapangan golf, sempadan sungai, sempadan danau, taman makam pahlawan, tempat pemakaman umum dan pekarangan. Berdasarkan ketentuan UU No. 26 Tahun 2007, maka dengan luas wilayah Kota Langsa 23.983,00 ha, maka ruang terbuka hijau yang harus disediakan oleh pemerintah Kota Langsa seluas 7.194,90 ha (30%). Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap luas ruang terbuka hijau eksisting pada tahun 2020 di Kota Langsa dengan luas 12.547,31 ha (52,32%). Dari hasil analisis tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ruang terbuka hijau eksisting di Kota Langsa pada tahun 2020 sudah memenuhi standar yang telah di tetapkan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstak bawang merah dan bagian bahan stek batang terhadap pertumbuhan bibit mawar. Serta mengetahui interaksi antara keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan bibit mawar. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Green House SMK Nengri 5 Kota Langsa yang berlangsung selama dua bulan yang dimulai dari bulan September sampai dengan November 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu Faktor konsentrasi ekstrak bawang merah yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: K1: 50% (50 ml ekstrak bawang merah / 50 ml air), K2: 70% (70% ml ekstrak bawang merah / 30 ml air), K3: 90% (90 ml ekstrak bawang merah / 10 ml air). Faktor macam bagian bahan stek batang yang terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu: B1: Bagian atas/ ujung batang , B2: Bagian tengah batang , B3: Bagian bawah/ pangkal batang. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu Munculnya tunas, Panjang tunas (umur 30, 45, dan 60 HST), Jumlah daun (umur 30, 45, dan 60 HST), panjang akar (umur 60 HST), Persentase bibit hidup.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis dan konsentrasi ZPT alami serta interaksi antara jenis dan konsentrasi ZPT alami terhadap pertumbuhan stek jeruk lemon. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, dengan perlakuan kontrol terpisah , yaitu Faktor jenis ZPT alami terdiri dari : J0 Kontrol – J1 Air Kelapa – J2 Ekstrak Bawang Merah – J3 Ekstrak Tauge. Dan factor Kosentrasi ZPT alami yang terdiri dari : K0 Tanpa zpt alami – K1 30% (300 ml zpt alami/700 ml air) – K2 40% (400 ml zpt alami/600 ml air) – K3 50% (500 ml zpt alami/500 ml air) – K4 60% (600 ml zpt alami/400 ml air). Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis ZPT alami berpengaruh nyata terhadap waktu tumbuh tunas, persentase tumbuh tunas, jumlah daun umur 4 MST dan jumlah akar. Namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter panjang tunas umur 4 MST dan 8 MST, serta parameter jumlah tunas umur 8 MST. Hasil pengamatan yang baik diperoleh pada perlakuan J2 (ekstrak bawang merah) dan J3 (ekstrak tauge). Perlakuan konsentrasi ZPT alami berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Pengaruh Interaksi antara jenis dan konsentrasi ZPT alami berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah tunas umur 4 MST, jumlah daun umur 8 MST, dan panjang akar. Hasil pengamatan interaksi yang baik di peroleh oleh perlakuan J1K4 (air kelapa dan konsentrasi 60%), J3K2 (ekstrak tauge dan konsentrasi 40%) dan J3K3 (ekstrak tauge dan konsentrasi 50%).

Abstract

Suhu faktor lingkungan yang dapat mempengaruhi kematian ikan bass pada fase embrio, karena embrio paling rentan terhadap perubahan stres karena embrio masih sensitif. Tujuannya adalah untuk melihat suhu yang optimal dan apakah perbedaan suhu dapat menyebabkan perubahan yang signifikan pada perkembangan embrio, kecepatan tetas, kecepatan tetas dan kelainan pada larva ikan bass. Metode yang digunakan adalah RAL dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu S1 = 26 oC, S2 = 28 oC, S3 = 30 oC, dan S4 = 32 oC. Uji LSD 95% menunjukkan perkembangan embrio pada S4 (32 oC ) .C) menunjukkan tercepat di semua tahap perkembangan embrio, penetrasi tercepat ada di S4 (32 oC) selama 656,6 menit, penetrasi tertinggi pada S2 (28 oC) sebesar 95.258%, kelainan permanen terendah pada S1 (26 o C) sebesar 0%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan suhu media inkubasi memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap perkembangan embrio, kecepatan tetas, dan kelainan larva bass laut ( Lates calcarifer ).

Abstract

There are several types of catfish, one of which is siamese catfish which has a scientific name (Pangasius hypopthalmus). Often the farmers spend money on fish feed there are not many farmers who are able to find out how to give to fish without hugging the feed that many of them are adding probiotics EM-4 The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of probiotic feed EM-4 on feed to the growth and survival of fish siamese catfish. This study was conducted in Green House Universitas Samudra using RAL consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replays is P1 (probiotic administration EM-4 0ml/kg), P2 (probiotic administration EM-4 10ml/kg), P3 (probiotic Administration 15ml/kg), P4 (probiotic administration 20ml/kg). The meters observed are SR, weight growth, long growth, daily growth rate, FCR, feed efficiency, water quality. The results of this study showed that the treatment of the addition of EM-4 probiotics in catfish had a noticeable effect on the growth of absolute weight, absolute length growth, daily growth rate, and had no noticeable effect on SR, FCR, feed efficiency. The highest weight growth and length was in the P3 treatment (dose addition 15ml/kg) with a total weight of 8.5 gr and length 5.6 cm. Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the different natural feeds on the maturnity of freshwater crayfish. The study was conducted on November 20th - January 21th 2021 in the UPTD BBI Lukup Badak, Takengon, Aceh Tengah. Test fish used is seed of cherax quadricarinatus measuring 52-75 g. Methods used in this study was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in this study were P1 (Tubifex), P2 (505 tubifex, 255 carrots, and 25% sweet potatoes), P3 (50% tubifex, 25% bean sprouts, and 25% sweet potatoes), and P4 (50% tubifex, 25% papaya, and 25% sweet potatoes). Seeds of fish was put in a container maintenance with 42 liters of water volume and density of 1 tails per container. Frequency of feeding was 3 times a day at 08.00 am, 16.00 pm and 20.00 pm. The results showed that different natural feeding teratments had a very significant effect on the absolute weight and gonad maturity indexs (IKG).Keywords: Absolute weight; Cherax quadricarinatus; Gonad; Natural feed.

Abstract

Vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is a type of shrimp that is often cultivated. This study aims to identify ectoparasites and their prevalence in vannamei shrimp in the village of Pantai Gading, Kec. Secanggang Kab. Langkat. This research method is a survey method, where the observed ponds are 3 ponds and samples are taken as much as 5% of the stocking density of biota. Samples were taken randomly and then examined at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Samudra. Organs observed included carapace, gills, swimming legs, walking legs, and tail. Based on the identification results, three types of ectoparasites that infested were obtained, namely from the Phylum Protozoa including Zoothamnium sp., Epistylis sp. and Vorticella sp., with prevalence of 83.33%, 10% and 7.33%, respectively. The results of the observation of water quality parameters showed that the temperature ranged from 30.7 to 32.3 oC, pH 6.85-7.25, DO 2.6-3.6 mg/l, salinity 7-10 ppt, ammonia 0-0.01 ppm, nitrate 10-12 ppm, and nitrite 0-0.01 ppm. Abstract

The study was conducted on July 22th - August 22th in the Green House Samudra University. Test fish used is seed of cherax quadricarinatus measuring 4-5 inches. The methods used in this study was Completely Randomized Design (CRD)with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in this study were P1 (8 hours light, 16 hours dark), P2 (10 hours light, 14 hours dark), P3 (12 jam hours light, 12 hours dark), and P4 (14 hours light, 10 hours dark). Seeds of fish was put in a containing 8 liters of water volume with a stocking density of of 1 tails male and female each container. The frequency of feeding is done 3 times a day at 08.00 am, 16.00 pm and 20.00 pm. The results showed that different natural feeding teratments had a very significant effect on the absolute weight, gonad maturity level (TKG), gonad maturity indexs (IKG), fecundity, and egg diameter. The best treatment in this study was P1 treatment (8 hours light, 16 hours dark) because it had a high-performance value compared to other treatments.Keywords: Absolute weight; Cherax quadricarinatus; Fecundity; Gonad; Photoperiod.

Abstract

The study was conducted on August 22th - September 22th in the Green House Samudra University.Test fish used is seed of gouramy measuring 5-6 cm. The methods used in this study was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments in this study were P1 (4 hours light, 20 hours dark), P2 (8 hours light, 16 hours dark), P3 (12 jam hours light, 12 hours dark), and P4 (16 hours light, 18 hours dark). Seeds of fish was put in a containing 20 liters of water volume with a stocking density of 10 tails each container. The frequency of feeding is done 4 times a day at 06.00 am, 12.00 am, 18 pm and 24.00 pm. The results showed that different natural feeding teratments had a significant effect on the absolute weight, absolute length growth, daily growth rate, survival, FCR, and water quality. The best treatment in this study was P1 treatment (4 hours light, 20 hours dark) because it had a high value compared to other treatments.Keywords: Gouramy; Growth; Photoperiod; Survival; Weight

Abstract

ABSTRAKKedelai (Glycine max L) adalah salah satu komoditas tanaman pangan penting di Indonesia. Produksi kedelai yang ada belum dapat mencukupi kebutuhan dalam negeri Indonesia. Berdasarkan data BPS hingga Bulan Desember 2023 produksi kedelai Indonesia berkisar 0.555 ton, sementara kebutuhan dalam negeri mencapai 2.7 juta ton. Salah satu upaya mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan lahan kering masam untuk budidaya tanaman adalah dengan menggunakan mulsa organik. Mulsa organik berasal dari bahan yang mudah terurai sehingga menambah bahan organik dalam tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ketebalan mulsa jerami padi terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi beberapa varietas kedelai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Alue Dua, Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa, Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-November 2023. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah ketebalan mulsa jerami padi 4 taraf, yaitu: Mo = Kontrol; M₁ = 5 cm; M2 = 7.5 cm dan M3 = 10 cm. Faktor kedua adalah varietas yang terdiri dari 4 taraf , yaitu: V1 = Demas 1; V2 = Dega 1; V3 = Detap 1 dan V4 = Dena 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi perlakuan ketebalan mulsa jerami padi dan varietas tidak berpengaruh terhadap semua parameter yang diamati. Perlakuan ketebalan mulsa hanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman kedelai pada 14 HST. Perlakuan varietas kedelai berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 14, 28 dan 42 HST, umur berbunga, jumlah cabang produktif dan berat 100 biji. Berat 100 biji paling berat dihasilkan oleh perlakuan V4 (Varietas Dena 1), yaitu 23.00 gram.  ABSTRACTSoybean (Glycine max L) is one of the important food crop commodities in Indonesia. Existing soybean production has not been able to meet Indonesia's domestic needs. Based on BPS data until December 2023, Indonesia's soybean production was around 0.555 tons, while domestic demand reached 2.7 million tons. One effort to optimize the use of acidic dry land for plant cultivation was to use organic mulch. Organic mulch comes from materials that were easily decomposed so that it added organic matter to the soil. This study aimed to determine the effect of rice straw mulch thickness on the growth and production of several soybean varieties. The study was conducted in Alue Dua, Langsa Baro, Langsa City, Aceh Province. This study was conducted in August-November 2023. The study used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor was the thickness of 4 levels of rice straw mulch, namely: Mo = Control; M₁ = 5 cm; M2 = 7.5 cm and M3 = 10 cm. The second factor was the variety consisting of 4 levels, namely: V1 = Demas 1; V2 = Dega 1; V3 = Detap 1 and V4 = Dena 1. The results showed that the interaction of the treatment of rice straw mulch thickness and variety did not affect all observed parameters. Mulch thickness treatment only had a significant effect on soybean plant height at 14 HST. Soybean variety treatment had a significant effect on plant height at 14, 28 and 42 HST, flowering age, number of productive branches and weight of 100 seeds. The heaviest weight of 100 seeds was produced by the V4 treatment (Dena 1 Variety), which was 23.00 grams.
