Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the relationship between interest in going to college with the achievement of students in the department of Home Economic Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang. This study is a descriptive correlational study. The population numbered 844 people (S1 and D3) Food and Fashion, D4 Beauty, D4 Hospitality. Informant selection techniques in the study using purposive random sampling technique for 211 people. Data collection techniques with a structured questionnaire based on Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the survey results revealed the percentage of incoming college student Interests overall categorized as low (29%), achievement of students in subjects categorized department of Home Economic overall quite satisfactory (52.1%). The results showed that there is a Positive and significant relationship between interest in going to college with the achievement of students in the department of Home Economic Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang. It means that the higher the interest the achievement of students is also good.   Keywords: Interest and Achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) the background of the birth of Kamomoose in Lakudo District, Central Buton Regency (2) the change in the Kamomoose tradition in Lakudo District of Central Buton Regency in 1940-2017. The method used in this study was a historical method with stages of work, namely; (1) Selection of topics, (2) Gathering of sources, (3) Verification of sources, (4) Interpretation of sources, (5) Historiography (history writing). The results showed that: (1) The Kamomoose tradition was born in the District of Lakudo due to the presence of limbo ano gau (outgoing speech) or vows from someone's mouth. The tradition began in the 1940s and has become an annual event to date. This tradition was preserved as local culture, alms for the construction of mosques, as well as a place to strengthen friendship between the people. (2) The implementation of the Kamomoose tradition consisted of several stages. First, the preparation stage, namely the determination of the time and place of implementation, participants who would follow the Kamomoose tradition, and the tools and materials to be used. Second, the implementation phase. But today, there has been a change in the Kamomoose tradition. First, the change in the Kamomoose tradition arena in 1951-2017. Secondly, the change in fosambu (dissipated) material in the Kamomoose tradition in 1970-2017.Third, the change in the process of carrying out the Kamomoose tradition. Fourth, changes in the values ​​and objectives of the Kamomoose tradition in Lakudo District of Central Buton Regency. Keyword: History, change, tradition, Kamomoose

Abstract

Disfungsi seksual merupakan kasus yang cukup banyak terjadi, baik sebagai komplikasi dari penyakit kronik atau salah satu gejala dari depresi, tetapi jarang didiagnosis sehingga masalah tersebut tidak teratasi dan bisa menyebabkan penurunan kualitas hidup pasien. Kesulitan dalam diagnosis maupun terapi ini bisa terjadi karena disfungsi seksual merupakan keluhan yang jarang diungkap oleh pasien terutama penderita penyakit kronik, selain itu disfungsi seksual juga mempunyai hubungan dua arah dengan kondisi depresi. Skrining faktor hormonal, vaskular, neurogenik, dan farmakologi perlu dikerjakan untuk penilaian klinis pasien dengan disfungsi seksual, sehingga bisa diberikan tindak lanjut yang adekuat.

Abstract

Aging is an unavoidable part of life, which means process of turning into frail person with reduce physiologic functions and increased disease susceptibility through various mechanisms, including age-related changes in lifestyle, disease conditions, sosial and environmental factors that may affect dietary behaviors and nutritional status. Malnutrition are common symptoms in elderly and are related to various factors including eating problem and comorbid diseases. Screening for eating disorder, comorbid diseases, and mental diseases such as depression, and anxiety are essential. Managing malnutrition is important, with comprehensive treatment including lifestyle changes, controlling comorbid disease, and also simple intervensions such as nutritional supplementation or modified diets could improved the health status.

Abstract

Depresi adalah salah satu gangguan suasana hati yang umum terjadi pada lansia, yang dapat mengurangi kemampuan untuk merehabilitasi diri dan meningkatkan kemungkinan kematian akibat penyakit fisik. Lansia yang mengalami depresi cenderung tidak menunjukkan gejala afektif dan lebih cenderung menunjukkan perubahan kognitif, gejala somatik, dan kehilangan minat dibandingkan lansia yang lebih muda. Hal ini juga sering disalahartikan sebagai efek dari penyakit multipel dan obat-obatan yang digunakan untuk mengobatinya. Faktor risiko yang menyebabkan depresi pada usia lanjut adalah kerentanan genetik, penurunan kognitif, perubahan neurobiologis yang berkaitan dengan usia, insomnia, dan peristiwa yang membuat stres. Terapi kombinasi yaitu terapi perilaku kognitif atau terapi penerimaan dan komitmen dengan obat antidepresan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul "Pemahaman Present Perfect Tense dalam Pembelajaran Mahasiswa PGSD." Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengkategorikan pemahaman mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) di Universitas Djuanda mengenai present perfect tense. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap lima mahasiswa PGSD. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dirancang untuk menggali pemahaman mereka tentang present perfect tense. Data diperoleh dari mahasiswa yang telah mempelajari topik ini dalam konteks formal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih terdapat beberapa kesalahan umum dalam penggunaan present perfect tense di kalangan mahasiswa, yang menjadi indikator untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pemahaman mereka terhadap bentuk kalimat ini.
