Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin, Pelatihan dan Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja PNS di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif assosiatif atau korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 69 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Motivasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS. Disiplin, Pelatihan, dan Motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja PNS di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Provinsi Banten.

Abstract

The company has a goal to prosper the shareholders through increasing the value of the company which can describe the state of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the level of profitability, leverage and company growth an effect on the value of the company in service companies the construction and building sub sector listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the period of 2014-2020. The research method used is quantitative. The population used is the construction and building sub sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaling 20 companies with a total of 6 samples and 42 data obtained (6 companies x 7 years of observation), while the buckling of the sample using the purposive sampling method. The result of the partial hypothesis test research that profitability and company growth have an effect on company value, and leverage has no effect on company value. While simultaneously it isconcluded that profitability, leverage and company growth effect company value

Abstract

Human resources is the most decisive factor in achieving company goals. Because, human resources including elements of the power competitive of the nation, for that human resources are required to be superior and professional in its work for the progress and achievement of corporate goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. bank bjb Pandeglang branch either partially or simultaneously. The method in this study is a quantitative method with the population in this study being all employees of the business section of pt bank bjb as many as 30 people. The sampling method uses a saturated sample technique, so that the entire population is sampled. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 28.336 + 0.838X1 + 0.011X2. The results of the first t-test obtained tcount of 0.206 < ttable 1.703 and a significance value (0.838> 0.05), it can be concluded that partial compensation has no effect on performance. The second t value is obtained by tcount of 2,730 > ttable of 1,703 and a significance value (0.011 < 0.05) so it can be concluded that work discipline has an effect on performance. The results of the f-test simultaneously obtained fcount of 4.419 > ftable 3.51 with a significance value of (0.022 <0.05) it can be concluded that compensation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. the result of the correlation coefficient test simultaneously is 0.497. This value indicates that the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance has a moderate relationship

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the capital market, especially on stock investment because stocks are an important factor to see the value of the company or it can also be said to be a tool for investor consideration. The research method used in this study is qualitative which aims to obtain a complete picture of various things based on human perception. This research is comparative by using a comparative study (comparative study) conducted by comparing the share price and earnings per share (EPS) of PT Bank Central Aaia Tbk before with after the Covid-19 pandemic. Pt Bank Central Aaia Tbk's closing price and earnings per share (EPS) data taken from www.idx.co.id are data on closing stock prices and EPS per quarter for the 2016-2018 period before and 2019-2021 after the Covid-19 pandemic.Normality test results show that the significance of share price and earnings per share before and after the Covid-19 pandemic is 0.534, respectively,   0.000, 0.534 and 0.127. Because the data is not normally distributed, the difference test for PT Bank Central Asia Tbk's share price and earnings per share before and after the Covid-19 pandemic uses a nonparametric test, namely the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study using the nonparametric test, namely the Wilcoxon test, showed Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) between the share price and earnings per share of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk before and after the Covid-19 pandemic was 0.034 each. That is to say the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0.034 is less than 0.05 (0.034 ≤ 0.05). This value shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a significant difference between the share price and the earnings per share condition of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk before and after the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality system used and the quality of information generated on the performance of employees in PT. INTI Ltd. Bandung. In addition, this study aims to test the main hypothesis that the quality system and quality of information affects the performance employees at PT. INTI Ltd. Bandung. Analysis technique using the formulas in the calculation of product moment correlation of the data collected through the questionnaires filled out by employees at PT. INTI Ltd. Bandung system using SIPP. Based on the analysis by using the formula the product moment correlation test of the hypothesis is proven that the quality system and quality of information affect the performance of employees in PT. INTI Ltd. Bandung by 55.9%. In fact the system does not affect the quality of employee performance, and quality of information affects the performance of employees, it is proved by calculation of 6.607 tcount greater than ttable of 1.6794 with a variable rate  = 5% and dk = n-2 with one-sided test. In addition to the conceptual elements or indicators of the quality system include ease to use, response time, system reliability, flexibility and security system is perceived by most respondents is moderate. In the variable quality of information with an indicator of completeness, relevant, accurate, and timely assessments are at medium. Including variables in the employee's performance PT. INTI Ltd. Bandung, perceived by most respondents is currently with the indicators of productivity and efficiency. Keywords: quality systems, quality of information, employee performance

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are business sectors that play an important role for the people of Serang City, because MSMEs are able to improve economic welfare. The large number of micro-traders today has been able to help provide business opportunities and reduce unemployment. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze what the application of financial management is like for MSMEs in Serang City. This research method is qualitative research. Data sources were obtained from questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population in this study was 100 and a sample of 20 respondents of MSME actors in Serang City was taken to represent the total number of the population. Financial literacy in MSMEs in Serang City is included in the low category (32%), that the level of financial literacy of business owners is low so that it affects the ability to manage finances. This is reflected in the results of the financial attitude of business owners where they are limited to recording as they remember, business financial receipts and expenditures without being accompanied by the storage of supporting documents. This needs to increase knowledge about finance to help MSMEs in managing finances. The low financial literacy of MSMEs in this study is influenced by several things, namely the level of education, receipt of information about finance, and the age of MSME actors. Financial management for MSMEs in Serang City In the Budget Use indicator, 57% have applied, only (8.5%) have applied, which means that MSMEs in Serang City have not applied, reporting indicators (0%) have not implemented reporting, and for control indicators only (19%) have applied

Abstract

Hotel branding management is a strategic aspect in achieving the success of a hotel company, including Merak Beach Hotel in Cilegon City. Community service activities are focused on optimizing social media as the main key in improving the success of hotel branding management. The results of this activity show that media and public relations have an interdependent relationship, where the role of public relations is very important in building relationships with external media or media relations to create strong company branding. Media management is no longer limited to conventional platforms, but develops in the use of modern media, especially media based on internet technology. Merak Beach Hotel overcomes challenges in media relations by shifting focus to social media, especially Facebook. Nevertheless, the function of media relations is recognized as integral in branding strategies. The hope is that management can expand the function of media handling not only to internal media, but also externally. The important role of media and public relations in branding strategy is evident, it is expected that these steps improve branding management and strengthen relationships with related parties through social and external media

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Cikande District Office, Serang Regency. The population and sample of this study were employees at the Cikande sub-district office totaling 31 people. Data Collection Techniques Used In This Research In The Form Of Questionnaire Consisting Of Five Choices With Likert Scale, Documentation Study And Interview (Interview). While the data analysis technique in this study uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Cikande District Office, Serang Regency. Based on the partial test, it is known that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has no effect and is not significant on employee performance

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on the Segara Biru Mangrove Forest Farmers Group (KTH) community, Lontar Village in an effort to increase awareness of the use of natural resources, namely mangrove forests. The distribution of mangrove forests on the coast of Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency, Banten Province has experienced an increase in 2018 and 2022. The recorded mangrove area in 2018 was 32.94 ha. Then the mangrove area will increase in 2022 by 39.12 ha. There has been an increase in area of ​​6.18 ha due to routine planting, perhaps in 2024 it will reach more than 42 ha. The aim of this service is for KTH members to have abilities or skills in the fields of production, management and marketing, and technology in processing mangrove fruit coffee. The method of this activity is holding technopreneur training, training to improve product quality and quantity, management and marketing training, as well as training to introduce the use of grinding machines, roasting machines, cutting machines and plastic packaging sealers. The results and discussion of the implementation of the activity are that the members of KTH Mangrove Segara Biru are able to process and produce mangrove fruit into mangrove coffee, are able to manage and market mangrove coffee both offline and online.

Abstract

This research aims to help Gogos food businesses in the process of obtaining halal certification through Community Service activities. The Community Service was conducted with a participatory approach, involving the food businesses as active partners throughout the process. The first step was to coordinate and discuss the issues and the urgency of halal certification. Then, a problem-solving discussion was conducted to find joint solutions to overcome the obstacles faced by the food businesses. During the education sessions, the food businesses were provided with information about the importance of halal certification, the steps for obtaining it, and the requirements to be fulfilled. The Community Service team also assisted the businesses in the registration process and the implementation of the Halal Product Process (PPH) by the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH). The evaluation results showed an increase in awareness and knowledge among the food business owners regarding the urgency of halal certification.
