Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Baitul Hikmah Haurkuning Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi partisipatif, wawancara,  dan studi dokumentasi. Terdapat tiga sumber data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Person yakni Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren, dewan kiai, dewan pengurus dan santri; Place; dan Paper. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu unisitasi data, kategorisasi data, dan penafsiran data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Tujuan Pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Haurkuning adalah untuk membentuk siswa berfikir rasional, dewasa, dan bertanggung jawab; mengembangkan sikap mental yang terpuji; membina kepekaan sosial anak didik; membangun mental optimis dalam menjalani kehidupan yang penuh dengan tantangan; membentuk kecerdasan emosional; membentuk anak didik yang berwatak pengasih, penyayang, sabar, beriman, takwa, bertanggungjawab, amanah, jujur, adil, dan mandiri; 2) Program Pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Haurkuning melalui pembiasaan dan program yang ditempuh oleh santri yaitu a) Program pesantren, b) Program Sekolah, c) Program penyetaraan, dan d) Program santri siap guna; 3) Proses Pendidikan karakter di Pondok Pesantren Haurkuning berlandaskan  pada nilai-nilai sebagai berikut, yaitu: a) Nilai Ibadah, b) Nilai Ikhlas, c) Nilai Dakwah, d) Nilai Kerendahan Hati, e) Nilai Motivasi, f) Nilai Pengetahuan, g) Nilai Ketekunan, h) Nilai Akhlak dan Kedisiplinan, dan Nilai Toleransi; 4) Evaluasi pendidikan karakter santri yaitu dengan mengikuti konsep evaluasi pendidikan.

Abstract

The kiai as a charismatic figure has a very large influence and role in fostering the morals of the santri, apart from being a central figure, the kiai through his in-depth knowledge can also determine the education system in the pesantren. The knowledge of a kiai usually has a very strong and well-maintained sanad to the main owner. Scientific Sanad is an intellectual tradition that has been attached to Islamic boarding schools for a long time, through this the authenticity and truth of knowledge is maintained. Sanad within the scope of Islamic boarding schools has a meaning as a link between knowledge between teachers and students. The research method used is field-based qualitative research. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis is done through the process of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that: 1) The scientific Sanad of the Manarul Huda Ciamis Islamic Boarding School has similarities with the Miftahul Huda Manonjaya Islamic Boarding School, this can be seen from the similarity of vision and the basic handbook which contains important prayers given to new students which are useful as a basic guide in preparation for facing community life; 2) The actuality of the santri's morals can be categorized as good by having a scope commonly called the values of moral education which consists of morals to Allah SWT, morals to the kiai, morals to administrators, morals to oneself, morals to fellow human beings, morals to nature; 3) The role of the Kiai's scientific sanad in the moral development process consists of three roles, namely: first, the role of the kiai as a caretaker; Second, the role of kiai as educators; Third, the role of the kiai as a preacher.

Abstract

The research aims to explain the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) in an effort to improve the quality of education in one of the public high schools in South Tangerang City. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. This study aims to explain the implementation of SBM in improving the quality of education. The data obtained is presented in a descriptive form based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation studies. The research subjects in this study are information sources that can provide information or data related to the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in an effort to improve the quality of education. In this study, the research subjects or informants were the Human Resources (HR) in schools including the Principal, Deputy Head of School for Curriculum, Head of Administration, Deputy Head of School for Facilities and Infrastructure, Deputy Head of School for Public Relations, and three teachers. School independence in meeting the availability of teaching and educational staff is sufficient, and school independence in meeting the availability of facilities and infrastructure is sufficient and sufficient. School partnerships/cooperation is good, this can be seen from the internal school relations that have been well established through work meetings, briefings and MGMP. Partnerships with external parties, the school has established partnerships with 13 institutions as evidenced by the MoU. Form of Participation, the form of participation is seen through the support of funds, facilities and staff from stakeholders in implementing school programs.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic boarding school strategic management at the IT boarding school in Yogyakarta in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. The selection of informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique (purposed sample). Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Stages of data analysis through data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Boarding School Pondok IT Yogyakarta implements strategic management through four stages, namely: First, environmental analysis is carried out in two ways, namely external and internal analysis. External factors, namely the demand for human resources who have the ability in the field of technology is increasing. While the internal factors are a strong leader's commitment; Second, the strategy formulation was made by the Pondok IT Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School by formulating the vision, mission and objectives as well as curriculum development strategies; Third, strategy implementation is carried out to carry out the plans that have been made in the strategy formulation. At this stage of implementation, there is a religious learning process that is integrated with technology, namely a YouTube based online recitation which is held every morning; and Fourth, the strategic evaluation of the Pondok IT Yogyakarta Islamic boarding school was carried out to determine whether the implementation was in accordance with the planned strategy formulation. Evaluation is carried out in several ways, including unannounced inspections and other evaluations using a group evaluation system. Keywords: Strategic management, Islamic boarding school, industrial revolution 4.0 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen strategi pesantren di pondok IT Yogyakarta di era revolusi industry 4.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling (sampel bertujuan). Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pesantren Pondok IT Yogyakarta mengimplementasikan manajemen strategi melalui tahapan empat tahapan yaitu: Pertama, analisis lingkungan dilakukan melalui dua cara yaitu analisis eksternal dan internal. Faktor eksternal yaitu permintaan akan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan dibidang teknologi meningkat. Sedangkan faktor internal adalah komitmen pemimpin yang kuat; Kedua, formulasi strategi dibuat oleh pesantren Pondok IT Yogyakarta dengan merumuskan visi, misi dan tujuan serta strategi pengembangan kurikulum; Ketiga, implementasi strategi dilakukan untuk melaksanakan rencana yang sudah dibuat dalam formulasi strategi. Pada tahapan implementasi ini, terdapat proses pembelajaran kegamaan yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi yaitu ngaji online berbasis youtube yang dilaksanakan setiap pagi; dan Keempat, evaluasi strategi pesantren Pondok IT Yogyakarta dilakukan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan apakah sesuai dengan formulasi strategi yang telah direncanakan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui beberapa cara, antara lain evaluasi bersifat inspeksi mendadak dan evaluasi lain dengan menggunakan sistem evaluasi kelompok. Kata kunci: Manajemen strategi, pesantren, revolusi industri 4.0

Abstract

The rapid development of the times requires that every educational institution, including pesantren, is required to be able to compete and be competitive in addition to religious development but also the technology sector. This paper aims to analyze the pattern of education applied by Islamic boarding schools in IT Yogyakarta. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Meanwhile, the selection of informants used purposive sampling technique with the stages of data analysis including data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are three patterns of education applied by Islamic boarding schools at Pondok IT Yogyakarta, namely: 1) integration of digital skills and religious understanding; 2) Foster Brothers of Pondok IT Yogyakarta Islamic Boarding School in the development of Islamic boarding schools; and 3) Oriented to poor students.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the indicators to measure the quality of an educational institution, because if the curriculum used is good then the targeted results will be achieved further to produce graduates who are outstanding and have good character. This study aims to analyze curriculum management at Al-Hidayah Cukangkawung Tasikmalaya Islamic High School. Qualitative methods were used in this study with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection was used by observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies, while data analysis was carried out by means of data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Al-Hidayah Cukangkawung Islamic High School uses the 2013 curriculum and a typical curriculum which includes life skills education, tadarus and dhuha congregation, literacy, and field work practices (PKL). While the process of curriculum management at Al-Hidayah Islamic High School includes: 1) curriculum planning, initially a curriculum development team was formed and then the planning was divided into two levels, namely school-level curriculum planning and class-level curriculum planning; 2) the implementation of the curriculum, the implementation of the curriculum is under the supervision and responsibility of the school principal who is accompanied by the vice principal in the field of curriculum; and 3) curriculum evaluation, this activity is carried out at the end of the year in the form of an end of school year evaluation meeting.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the practice of using waqaf funds as a source of funding in Islamic education. The research method used is descriptive analysis through literature study data collection techniques. The results of this study revealed (1) Waqaf became one of the sources of educational funding in the golden age of Islam in the classical era (2) The basic potential of waqaf in Indonesia was highly qualified as one of the sources of educational funding, namely Rp. 3 trillion per year (3) There are positive contributions from the allocation of waqaf funds in the practice of financing Islamic education in Indonesia, one of the actualisations is the establishment of the Smart Exelensia School, the Islamic School of Islam, the pen circle reading house, and Darusalam Scholarship.

Abstract

Project-based learning can encourage students to think actively and creatively in developing their ideas so that this opportunity will give a pleasant impression in the learning process. This research aims to analyze student perceptions regarding the implementation of project-based learning management at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah Az Zahra Tasikmalaya. This research uses a combination method of sequential exploratory models, for sampling techniques using Purposive Sampling techniques with the following sampling techniques: 1) observation; 2) documentation study; and 3) surveys. Qualitative data is analyzed through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions, while quantitative data is analyzed through descriptive statistics. The research results show that: 1) project-based learning management in the education and training management course includes: a) planning, namely syllabus delivery, module preparation and lecture orientation; b) implementation, namely the preparation of modules that are carried out at each lecture meeting and implementation of training; c) evaluation, carried out at each meeting after the preparation of the module and at the end when it has entered the training implementation material or before the training is carried out; d) reporting, this activity is carried out after students and their groups have finished carrying out the training; 2) student perceptions of the implementation of project-based learning management in the education and training management management course are in the good category (45% good and 55% very good); and 3) Student responses to the ability of lecturers to teach using the project-based learning model are in the good category (35% good and 65% very good).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze curriculum management at Kober Andalusia Sodonghilir Tasikmalaya which is also one of the institutions selected as a School of Mover. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The analysis techniques consist of data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity test is carried out with diligent observation, triangulation and audit for dependency criteria. The results of this study indicate that curriculum management at Kober Andalusia is: 1) Planning, which includes: a) making an annual program; b) making a semester program (Prosem); c) making a Learning Objective Flow (ATP); d) making a teaching module by determining Learning Achievements (CP) and Learning Objectives (TP); e) making Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); and f) making a child development program combined with the Pancasila profile independence curriculum; 2) Implementation, namely learning at Kober Andalusia using a group model that is aligned with the teaching module that has been prepared by the teacher; and 3) The evaluation in Kober Andalusia includes three things, namely: a) assessment of children with an authentic assessment approach; b) assessment of teacher performance carried out by the head of management; and c) assessment of the institution as a driving school offline and online by facilitators and available applications.

Abstract

Pesatnya pertumbuhan pondok pesantren menjadikan persaingan diantara lembaga semakin meningkat, sehingga diperlukan strategi tepat agar pondok pesantren dapat tetap eksis dan menjelma menjadi lembaga yang unggul dan berdaya saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen program unggulan Amtsilati sebagai strategi Pondok Pesantren Ansoriyah Bojonggambir Tasikmalaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dengan cara kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sedangkan pengujian keabsahan data dilaksanakan melalui ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi, dan kecukupan bahan referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Manajemen program unggulan Amtsilati di Pondok Pesantren Ansoriyah meliputi: a) Perencanaan, meliputi analisis lingkungan, persiapan instrumen pembelajaran, penetapan Amtsilati menjadi kurikulum, perubahan sistem pendidikan, dan pembuatan jadwal; b) Pelaksanaan,  yang terbagi kedalam beberapa fase, yaitu: (1) fase awal (Periode 2020/2021), (2) fase perubahan sistem pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Ansoriyah (Periode 2021/2022 dan 2022/2023), (3) fase penjagaan kualitas (Periode 2023/2024 – sekarang); c) Evaluasi yang terdiri dari: (1) evaluasi kenaikan level, (2) evaluasi akhir semester (EHB), (3) evaluasi pertengahan tahun ajaran (Monitoring), (4) evaluasi pra wisuda, dan (5) wisuda dan demonstrasi Amtsilati; 2) Implikasi dari adanya program unggulan Amtsilati terhadap daya saing Pondok Pesantren Anshoriyah, terjadi pada: a) peningkatan jumlah santri, b) peningkatan kemampuan membaca kitab kuning santri, c) peningkatan prestasi santri, d) kepuasan alumni Pondok Pesantren Ansoriyah, e) Pandangan orangtua santri terhadap perkembangan lembaga setelah adanya Amtsilati, dan f) pandangan dan reaksi pondok pesantren lain di sekitar Pondok Pesantren Ansoriyah.
