Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors that cause difficulties inlearning to read and write the Qur'an (BTQ), as well as knowing the efforts made toovercome the problems of learning to read and write the Qur'an (BTQ) at TPQ Al-IkhlasNgoro Mojokerto. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this study exploresthe experiences of students, teachers, and parents of the obstacles that occur in thelearning process. Data collection used in the form of observation, documentation andinterviews with teachers, students and parents. The results showed that internal factors,namely (1) the uneven ability of students, (2) low learning motivation, (3) weakdiscipline, (4) limited teacher competence in methodology greatly affects theeffectiveness of learning, (5) lack of media and learning aids. While external factorsinclude (1) lack of parental support, (2) unsupportive social environment, (3) limitedfacilities and infrastructure, (4) no structured curriculum. To overcome these variousobstacles, TPQ Al-Ikhlas has made various efforts such as involving parents in thelearning process, (1) improving infrastructure, (2) compiling a more systematiccurriculum, (3) developing more interactive learning methods. This research is expectedto be a reference for other Islamic educational institutions in improving the quality ofBTQ learning.

Abstract

Lampu  lalu  lintas  digunakan  untuk  mengatur  kelancaran  lalu  lintas  pada  suatu  persimpangan  jalan dengan cara bergantian memberikan kesempatan kepada pengguna jalan pada masing-masing ruas jalan untuk melanjutkan perjalanan. Pada umumnya waktu yang digunakan untuk mengatur pergantian lampu lalu  lintas  adalah  tetap  dan  sama  untuk  masing-masing ruas  jalan.  Tetapi,   volume kendaraan yang datang  di  persimpangan jalan tidak sama sehingga kelancaran arus kendaraan di persimpangan jalan belum bisa dikendalikan dengan baik. Lama waktu tunggu akibat pergantian lampu lalu lintas yang tidak efektif   tersebut  dapat  menyebabkan  banyak  kerugian,  diantaranya  yaitu  kemacetan,  mengurangi efisiensi penggunaan bahan bakar, waktu terbuang serta tingkat polusi meningkat.   Masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan pengaturan lampu lalu lintas pintar, yaitu sebuah sistem pengatur lampu lalu lintas yang mampu   beradaptasi   dengan   kondisi   tingkat   kepadatan   kendaraan   di   setiap   ruas   jalan   pada persimpangan. Fuzzy Logic Control sebagai salah satu aplikasi kecerdasan buatan telah mampu memberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah traffic system di jalan raya. Salah satu implementasi sistem  fuzzy logic control adalah untuk mengendalikan lampu indikator lalu lintas. Sistem lampu lalu lintas  yang  dikendalikan  dengan  menggunakan  fuzzy  logic  control  sangat  efektif untuk menguraikan permasalahan kemacetan yang terlalu lama karena menunggu waktu lampu hijau menyala. Secara garis besar tujuan dari pengendalian lampu lalu lintas adalah meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas di persimpangan, memaksimalkan kapasitas persimpangan, dan meminimalkan penundaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa sistem lampu lalu lintas dengan menerapkan logika fuzzy lebih optimal dibandingkan dengan sistem konvensional dimana lampu bergantian menyala pada waktu yang tetap dan sama, dikarenakan sistem lalu lintas dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy dapat menyesuaikan dengan tingkat kepadatan atau volume kendaraan yang sedang berlaku pada suatu persimpangan jalan.

Abstract

Currently, all nations around the world are being hit by a significant disaster caused by the Covid-19 infection. The Covid-19 infection finally had an impact on the world of coaching, including the strict learning of Islamic teachings. In a crisis like this, Islamic education and training actually plays an important role for students in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. Because basically the motivation behind learning Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is to expand students' beliefs, understanding, appreciation and practice of the religion of Islam with the aim that they become Muslim individuals who are pious and fearful of Allah SWT and have noble character near home, social life, and nation. The purpose of the problem formulation is to find out more about the Implementation of Learning and Learning Obstacles that occur in PAI learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is descriptive qualitative method using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The research results obtained are: 1). Implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period at MI Hasyim Asy'ari Kejapanan. the implementation of learning during the covid-19 pandemic has been carried out quite well, it describes the status for implementing web-based learning. In the implementation of internet learning, educators have done illustration designs and have completed learning well, especially the use of learning media, methodologies, but web-based learning experiences obstacles in its implementation, unhealthy organizational conditions and difficulties in understanding students. teaching materials are tests in web-based learning. 2). Barriers to PAI Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic at MI Hasyim Asy'ari Kejapanan. These barriers include: Unavailability of web organization, low dominance of innovation and lack of adequacy in teaching and learning.
