Abstract

General Background: CV. Sumber Rezeki, a printing company, currently processes customer orders manually, requiring customers to visit the shop and place orders face-to-face. This method is inefficient and inconvenient for both customers and administrators. Specific Background: There is a growing need for businesses to adopt digital systems to enhance customer service and streamline order processing. CV. Sumber Rezeki’s current system lacks the ability to handle customer data, item lists, and order reports efficiently, resulting in delays and miscommunication. Knowledge Gap: Despite the clear benefits of digital transformation in retail and service sectors, the implementation of such systems in small-to-medium-sized enterprises like CV. Sumber Rezeki has been limited. Aims: The aim of this research is to develop a system that improves customer service by simplifying and digitizing the ordering process, thereby making it faster and more efficient for both customers and the company’s administration. Results: The system design includes features for customer data management, item cataloging, and order tracking through a user-friendly interface. The software development employed a structured approach including system analysis, design, coding, testing (via black-box testing), and ongoing support. Novelty: This study introduces an order management system tailored for a small printing business, enabling customers to place orders remotely and allowing the business to manage these orders in real time. Implications: The implementation of this system increases operational efficiency, reduces face-to-face interaction requirements, and saves time for both customers and staff. Further research is needed to explore scalability and integration with other business processes, such as inventory management and customer feedback mechanisms.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKondisi ketidakselarasan sistem transmisi pulley-belt pada mesin bubut berpengaruh terhadap nilai inefisiensi konsumsi energi mesin perkakas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian evaluasi kinerja efisiensi energi mesin bubut pada kondisi sistem transmisi pulley-belt mesin yang selaras dan tidak selaras. Kajian ini menggunakan metoda penilaian indikasi specific energy consumption (SEC) dari proses pemesinan bubut. Nilai total konsumsi energi saat proses pemotongan diukur menggunakan power analyzer, dan diolah menjadi nilai data SEC, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Data Envelopment Analysis untuk mendapatkan harga referensi. Penilaian skor penurunan energi setiap mesin diperoleh dengan membandingkan jarak nilai SEC setiap mesin terhadap nilai referensi. Obyek penelitian menggunakan lima buah mesin bubut uji berkapasitas daya medium. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi ketidakselarasan sistem transmisi pulley-belt menyebabkan terjadinya inefisiensi energi mesin bubut sebesar 5%.Kata kunci: Data Envelopment Analysis ,efisiensi energi, ketidakselarasan, SEC ABSTRACTThe pulley belt transmission system's misalignment condition on turning machine affects the low-efficiency value of machine tool energy consumption. This study aims to evaluate the energy efficiency of a lathe in the alignment and misalignment of the pulley-belt transmission system. This study used a method of assessing the specific energy consumption (SEC) of the lathe machining process. During the cutting process, the total energy consumption value is measured using a power analyzer and processed into SEC data values, then analyzed using Data Envelopment Analysis to obtain a reference value. The assessment is obtained by comparing the distance between each machine's SEC value and the reference value. The case study's object was conducted on five test lathes with medium power capacity. The study results show that the pulleybelt transmission system's misalignment causes the lathe's energy inefficiency of more than 5%.Keywords: Data Envelopment Analysis, efficiency energy, misalignment, SEC

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between seat acquisition probabilities and the acquisition of minor party seats in the 2019 Surabaya City DPRD election. This research is crucial because theoretically the proportional representation electoral system quota/allocation of electoral district seats (dapil) has the probability to be accessed by all parties participating in the election, but in fact in the 2019 Surabaya City DPRD election the quota/allocation of seats was dominated by large parties. This research method is library research with the analysis technique using the Pearson Product Moment statistical test. According to the research results, first, the relationship between seat acquisition probability and minor party seat acquisition is negative and insignificant. The results of the research hypothesis test show rcount (-0.753) < rtable (0.997). Second, the relationship between these two variables controlled by the threshold variable is significantly positive. The research hypothesis test result is rcount (0.000) > rtable (0.997). Based on this research: (1) the electoral system of proportional representation quota/allocation of electoral district seats is not accessible to all minor parties participating in the election; (2) the size of electoral districts with seat quotas in the medium-large criteria does not have a significant positive effect on the acquisition of seats of parties participating in the election; (3) the threshold simultaneously affects the significant positive relationship between the size of the medium-large quota electoral districts and the acquisition of seats of parties participating in the election; and (4) the acquisition of party votes below the lower threshold still has the probability to get the remaining seats.

Abstract

Artikel ini adalah hasil penelitian terhadap efektivitas implementasi kebijakan kuota 30%perempuan dalam penyusunan komposisi keanggotaan PPK untuk pemilu 2024 di Madura.Penelitian ini krusial karena berbagai penelitian terkait sebelumnya tidak memberikanpenjelasan parameter efektivitas implementasi kebijakan tersebut. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah perbandingan-kuantitatif. Menurut hasil penelitian, pertama, secara parsialketerwakilan perempuan dalam penyusunan komposisi keanggotaan PPK untuk pemilu 2024 diMadura hanya efektif di PPK Arosbaya dan Bangkalan Kabupaten Bangkalan dengan masing-masing nilai E = 133,00% > 100%. Kedua, secara simultan efektivitas kuota 30% perempuandalam penyusunan komposisi keanggotaan PPK untuk pemilu 2024 di Madura tidak efektif. Halini ditunjukkan di Kabupaten Bangkalan nilai E = 29,63% < 100,00%, Kabupaten Pemekasannilai E = 0,00% < 100,00%, Kabupaten Sampang nilai E = 4,77% < 100,00%, KabupatenSumenep nilai E = 9,87% < 100,00%, dan Madura nilai E = 12,03% < 100,00%. Hasil penelitianini berbeda dengan berbagai hasil penelitian, yang menjelaskan bahwa keterwakilanperempuan dalam penyelenggara dan pengawas pemilu adalah rendah dan tidak efektif tanpaada penjelasan empirik parameter efektivitasnya.

Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, this disease becomes a public health problem, especially if there is a break in treatment which has an impact on TB drug resistance. The purpose of this study is to see the correlation or relationship of determinant factors that influence the success of pulmonary tuberculosis treatment. The type of research is Observational Analytical with a Cross Sectional approach. Data collection uses questionnaires, observations and interviews. The population is 158 and the sample is 91 respondents with cluster sampling. The study was conducted in Parigi Moutong Regency during February-June 2025. Of the 91 respondents who were 94.5% compliant with taking medication, 75.8% had good Family Support, 75.8% had Drug Supervisor (PMO) Support and 83.5% had Health Worker Support, the results of the chi square test showed a relationship between medication adherence and the success of Pulmonary TB Treatment p = 0.000 <0.05, there was a relationship between family support and the success of Pulmonary TB Treatment p = 0.001 <0.05, there was a relationship between support (PMO) and the success of Pulmonary TB Treatment p = 0.001 <0.05 and there was a relationship between Health Worker support and the success of Pulmonary TB Treatment p = 0.000 <0.005. Conclusion There is a relationship between behavior (medication adherence, family support, PMO support and health worker support) and the success of pulmonary TB treatment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Magelang. Pemilihan topik ini sangat penting karena kualitas pelayanan kesehatan memiliki dampak langsung terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden terpilih. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Magelang. Aspek-aspek tersebut meliputi: ketersediaan dan aksesibilitas fasilitas medis, keberlanjutan program pelayanan kesehatan, komunikasi antara pasien dan tenaga medis, proses pendaftaran dan antrian yang efisien, dan kualitas informasi yang diberikan kepada pasien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa meskipun terdapat beberapa area yang sudah cukup baik, masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan dalam kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Magelang. Pentingnya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam menjaga kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan dan rekomendasi penting bagi pihak terkait, termasuk pengelola Puskesmas Magelang, instansi terkait, serta masyarakat umum dalam memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat puskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan pemasaran terhadap kepuasan nasabah KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Pringsewu 2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan atau Field Research dengan meneliti langsung pada obyek yang akan diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data angket dan dokumentasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan mengunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara persial terhadap kepuasan nasabah KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Cabang Sukoharjo, dilihat dari nilai thitung > ttabel (3,217 > 1,984). Kemudian variabel pemasaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara persial terhadap kepuasan nasabah KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Cabang Sukoharjo, dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung < ttabel (1,572 < 1,984). Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan pemasaran secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah KSPPS BMT Assyafi’iyah Cabang Sukoharjo, dimana Fhitung > Ftabel (10,831 > 3,09).
