Abstract

Kelurahan Baju Bodoa memiliki luas daerah 3,76 km2 dan populasi sekitar 6.617 orang terbagi dalam tiga lingkungan dan empat kampung. Sumber daya alam di sektor pertanian Kelurahan Baju Bodoa terbilang sangat berpotensi jika dikembangkan menjadi sebuah inovasi baru yang bernilai ekonomi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi langsung oleh mahasiswa Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK Ormawa) Kelompok Mahasiswa Penalaran Ilmiah Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin (KM Pilar Unhas), sebagian besar kelurahan tersebut merupakan lahan sawah yang masih menjadi sumber utama pendapatan penduduk Kelurahan Baju Bodoa. Namun, profesi petani di daerah ini didominasi oleh penduduk yang berusia di atas 35 tahun, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terjadi penurunan minat pemuda untuk terlibat dalam sektor pertanian. Di sisi lain, mahasiswa KM Pilar Unhas melihat bahwa pemuda Kelurahan Baju Bodoa memiliki potensi besar untuk dijadikan sebagai mitra karena sudah mempunyai lembaga sebelumnya yaitu karang taruna. Namun, para pemuda tersebut, belum mempunyai usaha tani yang memadai. Tim PPK Ormawa KM Pilar Unhas memiliki alternatif solusi, untuk membentuk sanggar tani muda, melalui program yang dinamai Rumah Jamur (Raja) Farmer meliputi kegiatan pengelolaan potensi pertanian di Kelurahan Baju Bodoa yaitu budidaya jamur tiram. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membentuk sanggar tani muda, membentuk kurikulum, dan menghasilkan produk jamur tiram. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan teknis, pendampingan berkelanjutan, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, pengembangan produk turunan, pengelolaan usaha dan pemasaran, pelaksanaan launching rumah jamur, pengukuhan sanggar tani muda serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terbentuknya sanggar tani muda yang beranggotakan delapan belas orang, terbentuknya rumah jamur dan terbentuknya kurikulum non-formal. ABSTRACT Baju Bodoa Subdistrict covers an area of 3.76 km2 with a population of around 6,617 people, divided into three neighborhoods and four villages. The natural resources in the agricultural sector of Baju Bodoa Subdistrict hold significant potential for development into innovative economic ventures. Based on direct observations conducted by students of Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK Ormawa) Kelompok Mahasiswa Penalaran Ilmiah Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin (KM Pilar Unhas), most of the subdistrict consists of rice fields, which remain the primary source of income for the residents of Baju Bodoa Subdistrict. However, the farming profession in this area is dominated by residents aged over 35 years old, indicating a decline in youth interest in engaging in the agricultural sector. On the other hand, KM Pilar Unhas students identified that the youth of Baju Bodoa Subdistrict had significant potential to become partners as they are already organized under a youth organization called Karang Taruna. Nevertheless, these young people have not yet established adequate farming ventures. The PPK Ormawa KM Pilar Unhas team proposes an alternative solution by forming a young farmers’ group through a program named “Rumah Jamur (Raja) Farmer”, which involves managing the agricultural potential of Baju Bodoa Subdistrict, specifically through oyster mushroom cultivation. This activity aims to establish a young farmers’ group, develop a curriculum, and produce oyster mushroom products. The methods employed in this activity include technical training, continuous mentoring, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, development of derivative products, business manajemen and marketing, launching of the mushroom house, the inauguration of the young farmer’s group and monitoring and evaluation. The results of this activity include forming a young farmers’ group consisting of eighteen members, establishing a mushroom house, and creating a non-formal curriculum. Abstract

The negative impact felt during the pandemic experienced by lecturers in online learning  as it is today  is the difficulty in giving a humanist touch to students, one of which is  ethics education with the name character education. Character education is an essential thing to be instilled in students and students. When online learning is like today, it is responsibility and honesty that are important to keep in check. But in fact, the character of commitment and honesty is ignored by students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the character of responsibility and honesty on learning outcomes in Natural Sciences. This research is quantitative research using the survey method. The subjects involved in this study were 170 students. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collected data was then analyzed by several tests, namely data description analysis test, regression test, normality test, correlation test, determination test, t-test, and F test. The results showed that F-count = 9.780 > F-table = 3.05 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between responsibility and honesty simultaneously on science learning outcomes. Based on these findings, teachers should pay attention to the character of responsibility and honesty and continue to develop these characters in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan di SDN 337 Salotengnga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan di SDN 337 Salotengnga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan lokasi penelitian di SDN 337 Salotengnga. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kepala sekolah mampu meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan berdasarkan penerapan fungsi manajemen perencanaan kepala sekolah dinilai baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan melalui merencanakan program dan memfasilitasi untuk mengikuti diklat dan workshop. Manajemen pengorganisasian dinilai baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan dengan cara memberikan job atau pekerjaan sesuai kompetensinya. Manajemen pengarahan dinilai baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan dengan cara mengarahkan agar fokus pada tugas yang ada. Manajemen pengawasan dinilai baik dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kependidikan dengan cara mengawasi secara intensif dengan menggunakan metode andragogi. Kepala sekolah menilai kinerja tenaga kependidikan dari beberapa faktor yaitu tanggung jawab, kualitas, kuantitas, dan disiplin.

Abstract

Stunting is a very crucial global problem, influenced by socio-economic factors such as high poverty, high rates of early marriage, and low public knowledge. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase public awareness and knowledge about the importance of balanced nutrition and practical steps to prevent stunting. The community service method applied is socialization and training targeting mothers who have toddlers in Margosari Village. The results of the community service show that mothers can understand the urgency of providing food with balanced nutrition and maintaining health. In this community service, mothers can also make a menu of tempeh nuggets, potato cakes, and cream shop from corn. These menus are rich in protein that can support the growth and development of toddlers during their growth period. Mothers can also get used to serving varied and economical menus from vegetables in their respective gardens or yards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II A di SDN Meruya Utara 13 Pagi. Tujuan Penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pre eksperimental dalam bentuk one group pretest posttes design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 siswa yang terdiri dari siswa kelas II A yang berjumlah 32 siswa dan kelas II B yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 siswa di kelas II A. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil uji paired sample t test memperoleh nilai thitung 18,812 dan ttabel 2,040. dapat diketahui bahwa thitung 18,812 > 2,040 ttabel. Maka, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t tersebut menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of teachers in forming students disciplinary character trough the Pancasila Education subject for students at SDN Kebon Jeruk 06 Pagi, and wants to know the factors inhibiting teachers in the process of forming students disciplinary character. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained are the role of the teacher as : (1) The teacher as a role model, by providing good concrete examples to students. (2) The teacher as an inspiration, by exploring students interests and talents and providing ideas and opportunities for students to be able to develop their interests and talents. (3) Teachers as motivators, by providing encouragement to students regarding positive things and the consequences of negative things they do and students knowing the consequences (4) Teachers as facilitators, by providing the equipment students need in the learning process and the continuity of character education at school, and the role model of the teacher is realized through the value of a positive attitude towards Pancasila Education subjects. The challenges and obstacles’ disciplinary character are students’ lack of understanding and lack of consistency regarding school regulations as well as family and environmental factors.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the fact that the school did not have a library room, lacked a variety of reading materials, and not all classrooms had a reading corner. There are extracurricular activities conducted by students, such as scouting and pencak silat, which involve skills in measuring tents, distances, and time. However, these skills in literacy and numeracy are not well mastered. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategies teachers use to strengthen literacy skills and to identify the strategies teachers employ to enhance numeracy skills among fifth-grade students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. In addition, the data analysis procedure used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study on teachers’ strategies in strengthening literacy skills in fifth-grade students are: (1) Literacy projects, (2) Reading culture promoted by teachers, (3) Habit-forming activities in the classroom, (4) Extracurricular activities such as scouting and pencak silat, and (5) School programs. The strategies employed by teachers to strengthen numeracy skills among fifth-grade students include: (1) Numeracy projects, (2) Reading culture promoted by teachers, (3) Routine activities in the classroom, (4) Extracurricular activities such as scouting and pencak silat, and (5) Schools program activities.

Abstract

The success of learning in elementary schools does not only depend on the content being taught but also on how teachers present media that are engaging and relevant to students’ needs. With this in mind, the present study explored the effectiveness of using flashcards to improve student learning outcomes in Civic Education for fifth graders at SD Negeri Pejuang V. The research was carried out using Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on Kemmis & McTaggart’s model, which involves four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study involved 30 students from class V.3, with data collected through tests, observations, and interviews to provide a comprehensive view of students’ progress. The findings were encouraging: in the first cycle, the mastery level rose from only 20% in the pretest to 66.7% in the posttest. This improvement continued in the second cycle, where the mastery rate increased from 53.3% to 86.7%. Beyond academic achievement, both teacher and student engagement in the learning process also showed notable growth. In the second cycle, teacher activity reached 94.6%, while student activity was recorded at 87.5%. This means that flashcards not only help students to better understand the material and improve their learning outcomes, but also enliven the classroom atmosphere, foster more communicative interaction, and encourage students to participate more actively.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil studi lapangan di UPT SD Negeri 176 Bottotanre tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru di sana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan yakni guru yang belum memiliki kompetensi yang cukup dalam mengajar menjadi masalah yang ada di SD ini, sehingga para peserta didik banyak yang bicara sendiri, mengganggu temannya yang lain serta banyak yang keluar masuk tanpa minta ijin terhadap gurunya. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi, tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan pengambilan kesimpulan, pengecekan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia bertanggung jawab atas berbagai tugas, termasuk perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pelatihan guru agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimilikinya.

Abstract

This research is motivated by teacher-centered learning which results in low mathematics learning outcomes and students' lack of active participation. This research aims to determine the use of puzzle learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of class IV students in elementary school. This research uses a quantitative approach with a one group pretest-posttest type pre-experimental design. The population of this study involved 32 students in class IV-B and the research sampling technique was purposive sampling. Techniques used to collect data include tests, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research obtained through the t-test showed rcount 10,345 > rtable 2,040 and sig (2-tailed) value 0.001<0.05. It can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an influence between the use of puzzle learning media on mathematics learning outcomes.
