Abstract

This research aims to examine online learning in pandemic era using the Youtube channel with an inquiry approach. Student are axpected to be able to use Youtube for study to solve mathemathics learning problem online in the pandemic era in daily life. Online learning with an inquiry approach studied based pretest and post-test instruments. The reseach method used qualitative research with a descriptive research approach and implemented by online in this pandemic era. The sample included two students of ten grade in Samarinda and Mojokerto from odd semester year 2020/2021. This research instruments used essay questions to examine student’s problem-solving skills. The result of this research show that lack of student’s accuracy in solving problem, resulting in low post-test score obtained by student. Online learning in the pandemic used Youtube channel with inquiry approach has not been able effective to do.

Abstract

This study explores the spiritual dimension of the Naqsyabandi Haqqani Sufi Order as a da'wah method within the educational system of Al-Falah Islamic Boarding School in Cicalengka, Bandung. This Sufi order emphasizes dzikr (remembrance of God), self-restraint, and direct spiritual guidance from a mursyid (spiritual teacher) as foundational da'wah approaches for character development and Islamic propagation among santri. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research analyzes how spiritual values such as tawhid (divine unity), iman (faith), and sabr (patience) are integrated into formal and non-formal pesantren curricula as effective da'wah strategies. The findings reveal that the Naqsyabandi Haqqani spiritual dimension functions as a comprehensive da'wah method reflected in students' daily activities, consistently instilling Islamic values through direct and indirect propagation approaches. This da'wah-oriented spiritual development system produces academically competent, spiritually profound, and morally upright students while preparing them as future da'i (Islamic propagators). The Sufi spirituality serves as both moral foundation and da'wah methodology, strengthening Islamic education's goal of forming insan kamil (the complete human being) who embodies and propagates Islamic teachings. The study demonstrates that the Naqsyabandi Haqqani approach transforms traditional Islamic education into an active da'wah platform, where the pesantren becomes a living laboratory for Islamic propagation. Through this spiritual-based da'wah method, students experience profound transformation that cultivates their capacity for effective Islamic outreach. Thus, Al-Falah's educational system transmits knowledge, transforms souls, and nurtures committed da'wah agents who contribute to the broader Islamic mission in contemporary society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis kesiapan belajar untuk mendukung kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMP, mendeskripsikan aktivitas siswa saat penerapan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis kesiapan belajar untuk mendukung kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMP, dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa SMP setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis kesiapan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain One Shot Case Study. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh sebagai berikut: Aktivitas guru menggunakan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis kesiapan belajar memperoleh presentase 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa saat pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis kesiapan belajar pada materi statistika penyajian data memperoleh rata – rata presentase 76,8% pada kategori baik. Hasil tes kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa dari 26 siswa apabila dihitung secara klasikal memperoleh presentase sebesar 73,1% dalam kategori minimal tinggi.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi, Kesiapan Belajar, Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa.                                            This research aims to describe the teacher’s activities in applying the differentiated learning model based on students readiness to support the mathematical reasoning skill SMP student, describe student activities in applying the differentiated learning model based on students readiness to support the mathematical reasoning skill SMP student, and describe the mathematical reasoning skill SMP student after applying the differentiated learning model based on students readiness. This research used a quantitative descriptive research method with the One Shot Case Study design. Based on the result of data analysis, the following results were obtained: The teacher’s activities during differentiated learning model based on students readiness were get score 89,3% in very good category. Student activities during the differentiated learning model based on students readiness were get an average score 76,8% in good category. Abstract

Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) yang pada periode pemerintahan orde baru populer dan berkontribusi besar pada kesehatan ibu dan anak, kini meredup dan mengalami penurunan peran. Ketika kasus-kasus bayi kurang gizi bermunculan, banyak pihak yang menyadari bahwa posyandu merupakan faktor yang berkontribusi pada perbaikan gizi balita. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui keberadaan posyandu, pengetahuan dan kesadaran ibu balita, membawa balita ke posyandu, keaktifan kader menghidupkan posyandu, dan kelayakan fasilitas pendukung Posyandu di komplek Perumahan Pondok Cilegon Indah dengan karakteristik sosial ekonomi penduduk yang beragam. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2006 mengamati populasi ibu balita dan kader bermukim di PCI dan mengikuti kegiatan posyandu yang telah dijadwalkan pada bulan Desember 2006. Ditemukan bahwa keberadaan Posyandu di Pondok Cilegon Indah masih dipertahankan hingga kini.Tingkat kemampuan ibu menerima penjelasan posyandu cukup baik, tetapi kesadaran ibu membawa balita ke posyandu rendah. Keaktifan kader menghidupkan kegiatan posyandu cukup baik dan kelayakan fasilitas pendukung program posyandu masih terbatas pada pelayanan posyandu minimal. Posyandu is a community-based health care program to improve the quality of life in Indonesia. This research is conducted to study the roles of posyandu in a community unit by observing the awareness of mothers and their satisfaction on the program activities and the quality of services provided. The community unit observed in this research is the one in Pondok Cilegon Indah Housing Complex (PCI) which consists of people with various income levels. This research is a descriptive study with a survey design which was conducted in December 2006 at PCI. The population is mothers living in the housing complex who are involved in the posyandu program activities. Samples are taken from two posyandu groups. Results show that posyandu programs in PCI have been beneficial since its inception in 1990. However, the number of mothers actively involved in the programs is of small portion compared with the total number of residents in the housing complex. Satisfaction on the programs is incredibly high, even though the services provided are quite limited to children weight monitoring, health food provision, vitamin A distribution, and children immunization.

Abstract

Mathematics instruction at SMA Negeri 1 Mojosari, particularly in Grade X trigonometry, remains dominated by conventional media such as PowerPoint and videos, resulting in low student engagement and suboptimal numeracy literacy outcomes. Observations and interviews revealed that approximately 75% of students had not reached the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKTP) score of 75 in trigonometry quizzes. This study aims to develop the educational game TERAVEN of Majapahit using Construct 2 as a learning medium to enhance high school students’ numeracy literacy, while also assessing its feasibility and student response. The research method employed was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Instruments included validation questionnaires by media and content experts, student response questionnaires, and numeracy literacy tests. Validation results showed scores of 89.9% from the media expert and 94% from the content expert, both categorized as "highly valid." Small group trials yielded a practicality score of 79.5%, and large group trials 69.94%, both falling under the “practical” category. The numeracy literacy test indicated an 80% mastery rate, categorized as “high.” These findings confirm that TERAVEN of Majapahit is a valid, practical, and effective medium for mathematics learning. The study also underscores the importance of integrating interactive digital media rooted in local wisdom to create engaging and contextual learning experiences, especially for trigonometry—a topic often perceived as difficult.

Abstract

AbstrakDalam pendidikan modern, siswa harus memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis yang didukung oleh kepercayaan diri dalam pembelajaran matematika. Salah satu masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis sekolah menengah yang disebabkan oleh guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai seberapa efektif model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) untuk keterampilan berpikir kritis. Ini terjadi dengan kepercayaan sekolah menengah yang bangun datar. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain kuasi-eksperimental. Secara khusus, desain kelompok kontrol hanya digunakan dalam desain faktorial 2x3 setelah pengujian. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Mojokerto tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 sebanyak 251 siswa, dengan sampel 61 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan cluster random sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi angket self-confidence dengan skala Likert dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis berbentuk uraian pada materi bangun datar. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pemberian angket dan tes, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji prasyarat dan analisis variansi dua jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara siswa yang belajar dengan PBL dan pembelajaran langsung (sig. = 0,422 > 0,05). Self-confidence juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis (sig. = 0,543 > 0,05), dan tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan self-confidence (sig. = 0,227 > 0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas PBL tidak lebih superior dibandingkan pembelajaran langsung dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada konteks penelitian ini. AbstractTwenty-first-century education demands that students possess critical thinking abilities supported by self-confidence in mathematics learning. The low critical thinking ability of junior high school students, exacerbated by conventional teacher-centered learning, constitutes the main problem in this research. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on critical thinking ability in terms of junior high school students' self-confidence in plane geometry material. The research method employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the non-equivalent posttest-only control group design with a 2×3 factorial arrangement. The research population consisted of 251 seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Mojokerto in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample of 61 students selected using cluster random sampling. Research instruments included a self-confidence questionnaire using a Likert scale and a critical thinking ability test in essay form on plane geometry material. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaire administration and testing, then analyzed using prerequisite tests and two-way analysis of variance. The research results show no significant difference in critical thinking ability between students learning with PBL and direct instruction (sig. = 0.422 > 0.05). Self-confidence also had no significant effect on critical thinking ability (sig. = 0.543 > 0.05), and there was no interaction between learning model and self-confidence (sig. = 0.227 > 0.05). It is concluded that the effectiveness of PBL is not superior to direct instruction in improving students' critical thinking ability in the context of this research.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Akang Arfan Abdullah Syafi'i's interpretation of Sufism within the Judatul Uqba Pesantren in Sukabumi, West Java. The research focuses on how Syafi'i's Sufism has resonated with and attracted a significant following among the local community, encouraging them to engage deeply with Sufi practices in their daily lives. This phenomenon is evidenced by the extensive participation in Sufi recitations and the growth of the Yā Wakῑl congregation across Indonesia. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, the study gathers data through observation, interviews, and documentary analysis. Central to Syafi'i's teaching is the concept of 'wushūl'—a spiritual connection to Allah SWT, facilitated through 'dzikr' (remembrance of Allah) and acts of charity. These practices are seen as dual pathways: 'dzikr' connects an individual to Allah (habl min Allah), while charity fosters interpersonal bonds (habl min an-Nās). The balance between these spiritual and social dimensions is posited as crucial for the cultivation of Islamic virtues and the attainment of the 'insān kāmil' or the perfect human being.

Abstract

Research on transformational and transactional leadership to improve team performance has been done by many previous researchers, but it is still rare to conduct research with loci in the field of hotels. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain effective leadership strategies to improve team performance. The research method used was quantitative descriptive, while as a sample, all Sukasantai Farmstay Sukabumi hotel employees totaled 50 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire through Google Forms distributed to respondents. The results of the study stated that transformational and transactional leadership had a positive and significant influence on team performance, with an influence of 76.1% while other variables influenced 23.9%.
