Abstract— Society 5.0 where human roles need to be balance between technology and traditional life. In modern era now days, society 5.0 makes human as the center of operating, it purposes to increase economic system by solving social problems by using integrated system in real life or cyberspace. The objective of research is clarify disruptive learning by HOTS model, method of this research used descriptive analysis. The result of research is the use HOTS method for teacher of SD N 2 Tungkal Ilir in order to implement the method in teaching learning process. The significance of research is by presenting communication and information based in modern technology was helpful for teacher in SD N 2 Tungkali Ilir in implementing learning method in era 5.0.   Keywords— Learning, Disruptive, Society 5.0 Abstrak— Society 5.0, era dimana peran masyarakat berusaha untuk seimbang dengan hadirnya teknologi yang tidak bisa terhindarkan. Society 5.0  dengan manusia sebagai pusatnya hadir untuk memajukan ekonomi melalui penyelesaian masalah-masalah sosial dengan sistem yang terintegrasi pada ruang fisik dan maya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan tentang pembelajaran destrutip menggunakan metode HOTS, metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analysis. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan metode HOTS bagi guru-guru SD N 2 Tungkal Ilir serta pengimplementasian metode tersebut dalam kegiatan belajar dan pembelajaran. Manfaat yang dihasilkan dari peneliian ini adalah dengan hadirnya teknologi berbasis informasi dan komunikasi sangat membantu guru-guru SD N 2 Tungkal Ilir dalam pengaktualisasian metode pembelajaran dalam era 5.0.    Kata Kunci— Pembelajaran, Distruptip, Masyarakat 5.0

Character education is something that gets a lot of attention in today's era. In the current era where there is a lot of deviant behavior, character education is needed to minimize the occurrence of deviant acts. Character education is carried out to internalize character values ??into every human being, so that behavior changes from bad to better. So that character values ??can be internalized optimally in every human being, the implementation of character education should start from an early age. Education in elementary schools in this case has an important role to carry out character education. The success of character education is influenced by several factors, one of which is a conducive classroom climate. Through a class climate that is characterized by allowing students to build habits to always behave well. The creation of a class with character requires the role of the teacher in it. As a person who spends a lot of time interacting with students at school, of course, there are also many opportunities for teachers to internalize character values ??to students, in this case through the creation of character classes. Some things that teachers can do in building a class with character include: 1) Building a bond of character models, 2) teaching good manners, teaching academics along with character, practicing character-based discipline, 4) teaching good manners, 5) preventing peer delinquency and promoting kindness, and 6) helping children to take responsibility for building their own character.

For Indonesian senior high school students, reading comprehension does not only extensively improve their knowledge in general but also their English achievement. The pieces of evidence show us that English assessments are mostly given in the form of reading text. Therefore, the ability to understand the information from the text is inevitability precious in our educational setting. the Indonesian students' reading comprehension achievement is still low because only 69% have the lowest level of reading. Students of SMA (Senior High School) still have the poor reading ability, it is shown by They can finish reading text but they can not answer some questions correctly based on the theme that they have already read. It means that they can not comprehend the text well. Based on the problems, the researcher wants to investigate the Correlation among LLS (Language Learning Strategies), Students' Reading, and Students' Reading Comprehension. Furthermore, the population of the research is the ninth students of SMPN 27 of Palembang consisting of 133 students, from the population, 60 students were represented as the sample which was taken through the probability sampling technique. The instrument to collect the data used questionnaires for LLS and Reading Interest therefore Reading Comprehension was taken by students' reading test. While analyzing the data, was used multiple correlation in SPSS 20 for Windows. The data analysis showed that the result of Ryx1x2 = 0.448 withR2 = 0.200 (or 20.0%) contributed of LLS and 80%. from linear regression analysis, it showed that regression between X1 and Y is FCount = 7.139 > Ftable(73) = 2.61, which means that linear and significant. This community service activity aims to improve the quality of education through tutoring activities and activate the activities of students who are domiciled in IR Limas Jaya, RT. 29, RW.10 Kelurahan 20 Ilir D IV, Ilir Timur District 1 Palembang City. along with undergraduate graduates who have a lot of free time in the afternoon. Tutoring activities are carried out in the courtyard of the Al-Munawarroh Mosque. This activity lasted for 16 meetings with material for the SD/MI level and the material provided was adjusted to the student's needs (conditionally). The time for tutoring activities is Monday – Thursday from 15.00 WIB to 17.00 WIB. The teachers (tutors) guide students in doing school assignments (PR) and teach students about materials that have not been understood during learning at school. The material taught focuses on English and mathematics lessons. The lecturers in this activity are lecturers from the Darussalam Polytechnic who are assisted by 4th semester students of the Darussalam Polytechnic. The learning method used is the lecture and discussion method. BIMBEL activities are held 2 times a week for a maximum of 3 hours discussing enrichment material related to the material being taught by teachers at school.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah kuesioner atau angket. Analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 12 orang, sampel penelitian berjumlah 12 orang. Subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah seluruh SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Lumajang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner pada 12 responden yaitu kepala sekolah SMAN se-Kabupaten Lumajang diperoleh data secara keseluruhan tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif. Terdiri dari 35 pernyataan dan 5 alternatif jawaban, menunjukkan bahwa data tentang tingkat kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif secara umum berada pada katagori baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dapat dikualifikasikan baik dengan 9 responden atau 75%.

The focus of this research was whether teaching writing recount text to tenth grade students at Pemulutan's State Senior High School 1 could be accomplished using mind mapping. This study applied a quasi-experimental design. The use of random assignment is not used in quasi-experimental designs. In the academic year 2021/2022, the population of this study consisted of all tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Pemulutan. The students in tenth grade at SMA Negeri 1 Pemulutan were chosen as the samples, which have been taken using non-random sampling. The experimental group was class (X.2), while the control group was class (X.1). The value of t-obtained was 3.42, and the value of t-table was 2.060 at a significant level of 5%, according the results of t-obtained. Because the t-obtained value was higher than the value in the t-table. The study focuses on finding that teaching writing through mind mapping enabled learners to get higher scores based on the post-test experimental group's and post-test control group's results It was discovered that training tenth grade children to write at SMA Negeri 1 Pemulutan through mind mapping to enhance writing was effective.

The purpose of this research is to find out the students' strategies in learning English. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and was carried out at the Darussalam Polytechnic Travel Business Study Program for the academic year 2021/2022. The study involved 40 business travel students in the first and fourth semesters with a TOEIC prediction score of 400 as subjects in this study. To measure students' use of English learning strategies, researchers used the Strategy Inventory of Language Learning (SILL) version 7.0, which was designed by Oxford. The results of this study reveal that the language learning strategies used by students are memory strategies and cognitive strategies with an average of 3.84 and 3.81 which are included in the high category, which is often used. Compensation strategies, metacognitive strategies, affective strategies and social strategies are in the moderate category, which is sometimes used.

The title of this thesis is Teaching Reading by Using Annotating Text Strategy to Improving Students’ Reading Comprehension of Eleventh Graders at SMA Negeri 3 Pagar Alam. The problem of this study was there any significant improvment of the student’s reading comprehension who were taught by used Annotating Text Strategy and those who were not to the eleventh graders of SMA Negeri 3 Pagar Alam. The objective of this study was to identify whether or not the used of Annotating Text Strategy was effective to improved the students' reading comprehension. The test was used in this study with 10 meetings of treatment including pre-test and post-tests. The population was 188 taken from all of eleventh grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Pagaralam in academic years 2017/2018. The sample was 66 students were taken by purposive sampling technique. The writer took the sample from 2 classes; they were XI IPA 1 as an experimental group and XI IPA 2 as control group. Quasi experimental method was applied. The data was selected by using multiple choice and consist 30 (thirty) of quesions . The data were analyzed by using paired Sample t test and independent t test. The result of paired sample t-test found t-obtained 3.763 with significant 0.000 it was higher than t-table was 2.654. It means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. The goal of this research is to determine the role of error analysis in teaching English as a foreign language, particularly English Structure. Error analysis can provide information on a student's progress in learning a target language, which is then used to improve the teaching process so that they could still properly use the language. The method used is qualitative and descriptive research design. This research focuses on students of Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Error analysis is essential for teachers to improve the quality of teaching. By doing so, the teacher owns information to improve the methodology including syllabus, teaching material and teaching techniques. The findings are four main stages of error analysis simplified in this study. They are detecting, locating the errors, describing the errors, and classifying the errors. First stage is done by gathering suspected errors; meanwhile works with unwanted errors are rejected or put aside. Then, locating the errors found on students' works were done by identifying them without considering types of the errors. Next step is describing errors where the errors are labeled based on the linguistic category. Final stage is error classification involving classification and counting errors. Each stage gives detailed information of students’ performance which is beneficial for the teachers to improve the quality of teaching including the material and how to deliver.

Penelitian ini merumuskan masalah bagaimana kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan di Politeknik Darussalam Palembang. Penulis mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumen, dan studi pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini penulis membagikan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa aktif sebanyak 105 orang yang terdiri dari jurusan Akuntansi, Administrasi Bisnis, dan Usaha Perjalanan Wisata. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana yang ada di perpustakaan Politeknik Darussalam cukup sebanyak 30.04% (46 orang), dimana tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap perpustakaan Politeknik Darussalam Palembang berada pada kategori kurang yaitu sebanyak 24.28% (37 orang), kategori sangat baik sebesar 11.43% (17 orang), dan pada kategori baik 29% (44 orang). Hasil tersebut didapatkan dari membagikan persentase dengan 100 lalu dikalikan dengan jumlah mahasiswa (152 orang).
