Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  penerimaan aplikasi Perpustakaan digital UMSU bagi pemustaka di Perpustakaan UMSU dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptanced Model (TAM) yaitu Persepsi Kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness), Persepsi Kemudahan (Perceived Ease of Use), Sikap Terhadap penggunaan (Attitude toward Behavior, Niat Perilaku untuk menggunakan ( Behavioral Intent to Use), dan Penggunaan sistem secara aktual (Actual System Use). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian  kualitatif deskriptif, alasan peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif karena ingin mengetahui pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai penerimaan aplikasi Perpustakaan Digital UMSU untuk pemustaka dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Perpustakaan Digital UMSU. Pada proses pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan memilih partisipan yang spesifik untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data, peneliti akan melakukan analisi data menggunakan pendekatan analisis interaktif yang diajukan oleh Milles & Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan aplikasi perpustakaan digital UMSU adalah pemustaka merasa bahwa aplikasi ini memudahkan akses terhadap sumber-sumber informasi yang mereka butuhkan dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses pencarian informasi. Selain itu, mereka juga menganggap aplikasi ini sangat berguna dalam mendukung kegiatan akademik mereka. Namun, beberapa kendala teknis dan kebutuhan akan pelatihan lebih lanjut juga diidentifikasi sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan. Secara keseluruhan, penerimaan aplikasi perpustakaan digital di kalangan pemustaka di UMSU cukup positif, dengan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan fitur dan dukungan teknis untuk lebih mengoptimalkan penggunaannya.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is the backbone of the national economy but peasants in rural areas are often stuck in the quagmire of structural poverty due to their dependence on middlemen and long distribution chains. Presidential Instruction Number 9 of 2025 launched the Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDKMP) program as a strategic intervention to build village economic sovereignty. This study attempts to analyze the potential of KDKMP in improving the welfare of peasants from the perspective of the Pierre Bourdieu theory of practice. The present study is qualitative in nature and uses a narrative review of literature design. Data from relevant government legislation, scientific literature and policy documents. The literature was interpreted using Bourdieu's Theory of Practice as the analytical framework. The results of the analysis show that KDKMP is not necessarily successful because of the risk of domination of local elites that can turn cooperatives into new “fields of corruption”. In addition, there is a hysteresis phenomenon, where old farmers experience a devaluation of cultural capital due to their inability to adapt to the forced digitalization of agribusiness. This program risks becoming a mere administrative symbol if it only pursues bureaucratic targets without the substantive participation of the community. Without transparent governance, KDKMP can strengthen power asymmetry and reproduce the initial capital inequality between actors. Further empirical and longitudinal research is needed in various rural areas to verify the real impact of the program on the welfare of farmers and test the effectiveness of financing mechanisms and habitus transformation in the field.

In the Wardah Youth Ambassador (WYA) Medan community, an act of consumption that looks personal opens up a space for social interaction. This study asks how the spill practice works as symbolic interaction that produces meaning, identity, and solidarity among WYA Medan members. It uses a descriptive qualitative method,with Blumer’s symbolic interactionism as the main framework and Mead’s concepts of minf, self, and society as support. Data come from in-depth interviews with three informants selected purposively. Product meaning is built throught usage experience, personal verification, and the exchange of shared symbols. That process shapes member’s also compete for recognition and for opportunities, and the community’s formal structure keeps that competition workable. Beauty product consumption in the digital era, then, does not always produce individualism. It can also become a way of building community and collective identity, which adds to the sociological discussion of consumption and socil interaction online
