Abstract

Work-family enrichment is an important point to pay attention to because employees in the government sector often face high work demands and irregular schedules. Increasing work-family enrichment can help improve employee welfare and overall government organizational performance. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Psychological Empowerment on Work-family enrichment through Affective Commitment as a mediating variable. This research is a type of quantitative research with a causality research design and the population is all State Civil Apparatus in Indragiri Hilir Regency. with a sample of 150 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using Google Form. The data analysis tool in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 for data processing. The results of this research are that Psychological Empowerment has a significant direct influence on Work-Family Enrichment and an indirect influence, namely through the mediation of Affective Commitment.

Abstract

In the context of government organizations, job satisfaction for employees has different characteristics compared to the private sector. Factors such as work flexibility and work life balance are important to pay attention to because employees in this sector often face high work demands and irregular schedules. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work flexibility on job satisfaction with work-life balance as a mediator. This research is a type of quantitative research with a causality research design and the population is ASN and honorary staff at the Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD Secretariat Office with a population of 420 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using Google Form. The data analysis tool in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 3.2.9 for data processing. The results of this research are that work flexibility has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction at the Indragiri Hilir Regency DPRD office, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of work-life balance.

Abstract

High company value will encourage the market to have confidence in the company's future potential and its current performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence company value. The object of this research is all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for two years, namely 2018 and 2019. The method used for sampling is purpose sampling based on predetermined criteria. The number of samples in this study was 442 with a total of 884 data. Testing analysis data is done by using the application software WarpPLS version 5.0. The results of the study showed that the corporate risk disclosure variable contributed positively by 5.6 % to the company's value. The good corporate governance variable strengthened the corporate risk disclosure variable which contributed positively by 0.2% to the company's value

Abstract

Regional development includes the ability to effectively monitor local economic resources, which in turn generates income for the region and contributes to governance and regional growth that provides benefits to society. In order to increase regional income and facilitate regional growth, all taxpayers are asked to carry out their tax obligations based on the tax law established by the regional government. This is caused by various things, including reducing vehicle taxes, taxpayer compliance and taxpayer awareness. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of tax whitening on motor vehicle taxpayer awareness, tax whitening on taxpayer compliance, taxpayer awareness of tax compliance, tax whitening through taxpayer awareness of taxpayer compliance. The research method is quantitative with descriptive explanations, this research uses a sample of 245 and data processing uses SEM PLS. Research findings show that 1) Tax whitening has a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer awareness 2) Tax whitening has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance 3) Taxpayer awareness has a positive effect on taxpayer compliance 4) Tax whitening through taxpayer awareness has an effect on taxpayer compliance at the Selat Panjang Samsat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of the Influence of Personal Value on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkalis Regency mediated by Interpersonal Communication The population in this study were all ASN employees of the Housing, Settlement and Land Service of Bengkalis Regency totaling 55 people where the sampling was carried out using the saturated sample method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and distribution using a google form. The data analysis technique in this study was with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that Personal Values ​​and personal communication have a positive effect on employee Job Satisfaction, Personal Values ​​have a positive effect on employee interpersonal communication, and Personal Values ​​have a positive effect on employee Job Satisfaction mediated by interpersonal communication
