Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze human values ​and character education.. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted in the film Guru-Guru Gokil by Rahabi Mandra. The data analysis technique used the intralingual equivalent technique. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques, observe and record. The results of the study show that there are behaviors that reflect human values, character education and sociology of literature in the film Guru Gokil by Rahabi Mandra. Human values ​​include: (1) the value of truth, (2) the value of peace, (3) the value of love or compassion, (4) the value of correct behavior, (5) the value of non-violence. The values ​​of character education include: (1) love of God and truth, (2) responsibility, discipline and independence, (3) trustworthiness, (4) respect and courtesy, (5) compassion, care and cooperation, ( 6) confident, creative, and never give up, (7) kind and humble, (8) tolerant and peace-loving.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence and effectiveness of the PAILKEM method (Active, Innovative, Environmentally Friendly, Creative, Effective, Interesting Learning) in improving the literacy understanding of class I and II students at SD Negeri 163 Palembang. The research method used was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of two groups, namely the experimental group which was given learning using the PAILKEM method and the control group which used the conventional method. Data collection techniques include pretest, posttest, and questionnaire, which are analyzed using the N-Gain test, independent sample t-test, and homogeneity test. Research data includes primary data in the form of pre-test and post-test results as well as secondary data collected using a questionnaire to determine student responses to this method. The increase in posttest scores in the experimental group was significant compared to the control group. The t-test results show that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups, which means that the application of PAILKEM has a significant influence on increasing students' literacy understanding. This is reinforced by the results of the N-Gain test which meets the high criteria and meets the Indonesian KKTP. The student questionnaire also showed very good responses regarding various aspects of the PAILKEM dimensions. In conclusion, the PAILKEM method is effective and has a positive effect on the literacy understanding of grade I and II students and can be used as an innovative alternative in teaching literacy in elementary schools.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis 1). Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh empowering leadership terhadap kinerja guru di SD se Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur. 2). Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru di SD se Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur. 3).Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh empowering leadership dan efikasi diri terhadap kinerja guru di SDN se Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini dilakukan pada 6 SDN se Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur dengan jumlah guru 66 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh empowering leadership dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SDN se Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak nya pengaruh latihan Resistance Band dan Ankle Weight terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Eksperimen dengan desain Two grup prettest posttest. Popolasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 atlet dan sampel pada penelitian ini 20 atlet putri pencak silat PSHT Rayon Sembaja. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1). Menggunakan Uji Normalitas dengan nilai signifikan pretest resistance band 0,445>0,05 sedangkan posttest resistance band 0,106<0,05. Sedangkan pretest ankle weight sebesar 0,496>0,05 dan posttest 0,383< 0,05. 2). Menggunakan Uji T, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan bahwa thitung 20.409> ttabel 2.093. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Ada Pengaruh Antara latihan Resistance Band dan Ankle Weight terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit dan Terdapat selisih antara latihan resistance band dan ankle weight atlet pencak silat, yaitu sebesar 21.950 poin. dengan kata lain, pengaruh latihan resistance band lebih tinggi 21.950 poin dibandingkan pengaruh latihan ankle weight.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and work engagement with teacher performance at SMK Negeri Indralaya Selatan District. This study uses a quantitative method. The population studied was all 88 teachers. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires with a Likert scale, and documentation. Validity and reliability tests were carried out to ensure that the research instrument was reliable and could be used to measure teacher performance. The results of the study showed that organizational culture had a significant effect on teacher performance. From data analysis using the t-test, it was found that there was a strong relationship between the two independent variables and teacher performance. This study provides in-depth insight into the factors that influence teacher performance, organizational culture and work engagement are important elements in improving the effectiveness of teaching in this school. The conclusion of this study is that an increase in organizational culture and work engagement can have positive implications for teacher performance, so it is important for schools to pay attention to these aspects in an effort to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Local Wisdom is a noble value contained in the cultural wealth of traditions in community groups from generation to generation that are passed down from generation to generation. Therefore, people must understand the value contained in the traditions they carry out. Based on this, the problem in this study is how local wisdom in the nganggung tradition in the study of religious values and traditional values in the nganggung tradition. The purpose of this research is to know how to describe the local wisdom in the Nganggung tradition in the study of religious values and traditional custom values. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the Nganggung tradition has religious values, namely reciting prayers, listening to lectures, helping, and strengthening friendship. As for the value of traditional customs, namely that the nganggung tradition is a hereditary tradition that has been carried out by the Sekar Biru Village Community. The nganggung tradition has provisions for the day of implementation, food to be brought, as well as reading prayers and lectures that are tailored to the day of the nganggung implementation. Abstract

Mitos dalam kehidupan masyarakat memiliki berbagai peran dan fungsi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ragam bentuk mitos yang terdapat dalam cerita rakyat Nusantara. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data utama berasal dari buku Antologi Cerita Rakyat Nusantara terbitan Pusat Bahasa tahun 2007. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan kata-kata atau kalimat yang diambil dari sumber tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa cerita rakyat Nusantara mengandung beragam bentuk mitos, seperti mitos asal-usul, mitos tentang dewa, makhluk halus, mitos tentang kesialan, kesaktian tokoh, bentuk fisik tokoh, serta mitos binatang. Keberagaman bentuk mitos ini tidak hanya menunjukkan variasi bentuk semata, tetapi juga merefleksikan kekayaan budaya masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sikap bahasa siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Jaya terhadap penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sikap bahasa para siswa terhadap Bahasa Indonesia tergolong dalam kategori positif. Dari hasil observasi yang mendalam, diketahui bahwa sikap positif tersebut terbentuk oleh berbagai faktor, seperti tingkat pengetahuan, pengalaman pribadi, kondisi emosional, identitas etnis, lingkungan sosial, interaksi dengan bahasa daerah, serta pengaruh media massa. Keseluruhan faktor tersebut saling berinteraksi dan memberikan kontribusi dalam membentuk sikap positif siswa SMP Negeri 1 Belitang Jaya terhadap Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: 1) The influence of the principal's Servant Leadership on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Gandus District. 2) The influence of teacher competency on state elementary school teachers in Gandus District. 3) The Influence of Citizenship Behavior on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Gandus District. And 4) The simultaneous influence of the Principal's Servant Leadership, Teacher Competency and Citizenship Behavior on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Gandus District, Palembang City. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 122 teachers from state elementary schools in Gandus District. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between the Principal's Servant Leadership, Teacher Competence and Citizenship Behavior on Teacher Performance. The magnitude of the influence of these three independent variables on teacher performance simultaneously is 78.9%, while the remaining 21.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the relay writing method assisted by audio-visual media on procedural text writing skills in class VII students at Palembang Public Junior School 35.. This type of research is quantitative research that uses simple linear regression testing and multiple linear regression testing to answer the hypothesis in the research. The subjects in this research were class VII.3 as an experimental class with a total of 31 students and class VII.4 as a control class with a total of 33 students. Data collection techniques in this research used documentation and test techniques. Based on the results of testing the first hypothesis, it was found that there was an influence of the application of the relay writing method on the ability to write procedural texts which received a significant value of 0.000. The results of testing the second hypothesis show that there is an influence of the use of audio-visual media on the ability to write procedural texts which gets a significant value of 0.000. The results of testing the third hypothesis prove that there is an influence of applying the relay writing method with the help of the use of audio-visual media on procedural text writing skills which obtained a significant value of 0.000.
