Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of Agility Hurdle Drills and Agility Ring Drills on increasing the agility of students who take part in soccer extracurriculars at MA Al-Furqon Pampangan. Agility is a very important physical ability in the game of soccer, especially in fast movement, changing direction, and avoiding opponents. This research used a Pretest-Posttest Control Group design with research subjects of 25 students divided into two groups. The first group was given training using the Agility Hurdle Drills method, while the second group used the Agility Ring Drills method. The training program was carried out over 16 meetings, and students' agility was measured using a shuttle run test before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the training program. The research results showed that both training methods provided a significant increase in students' agility, as proven through statistical analysis. Although both methods were effective, there was variation in agility gains among participants, indicating the need for a more personalized approach to training. This research provides evidence that Agility Hurdle Drills and Agility Ring Drills are effective methods in improving student agility, and can be implemented in other soccer training programs to improve player performance.

Abstract

This service was carried out with the aim of developing the public speaking skills of teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. This ability is considered important so that the information conveyed by the teacher can be well received by the public. The methods applied in this training are lectures and discussions. this activity In the end, it can provide deeper knowledge and insight to the teachers of SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih which can be used as provisions to build better communication interaction patterns in front of the audience.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of Empowerment Leadership on Teacher Performance in Elementary Schools in the East Ilir Region (2) the influence of managerial ability on Teacher Performance in Elementary Schools in the East Ilir Region. (3). the influence of Empowerment Leadership and managerial ability together on Teacher Performance in Elementary Schools in the East Ilir Region. This study is a descriptive method study with a quantitative approach. This study was conducted in Elementary Schools in the East Ilir Region, with a sample of 101 Elementary School teachers in the East Ilir Region. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The validity test used construct validity, while the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The prerequisite analysis test used the normality test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Multicollinearity Test, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques, correlation, t-test and F-test. The results of the study showed that: 1) Empowerment Leadership had a significant effect on Teacher Performance in Elementary Schools in the East Ilir Region (2) Managerial ability had a significant effect on Teacher Performance in Elementary Schools in the East Ilir Region. (3). Empowerment Leadership and managerial skills have a significant influence together on Teacher Performance at Public Elementary Schools in the East Ilir Region. Abstract

This study aims to describe the symbolic meaning contained in the tradition of sedekah bedusun in Penandingan Village, Muara Enim Regency based on Semiotic Studies. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive method. The object of research is the symbolic meaning contained in the bedusun alms tradition in Penandingan Village, Muara Enim Regency. Data collection techniques using direct observation, interviews, recording, notes and documentation. This research was conducted in February 2025, the research subject is the symbols contained in the sedekah bedusun tradition. To test the validity of the data using triangulation. After analysis, there are eight symbolic meanings, each of which contains a certain meaning. Symbols that have deep meaning in the Sedekah Bedusun tradition in Penandingan Village, Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

This researcher examines family factors, peer factors, and media factors as causes of bullying in students of State Elementary School 42 Palembang. The aim is to determine the extent to which family factors, peer factors, and media factors cause bullying behavior in students. The benefits of this study are to help schools in overcoming cases of bullying that occur in students in terms of the causal factors. The research method uses a qualitative method, and the type of research used is a case study. The researcher collected data using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The informants were students who had been perpetrators of bullying, the principal, guidance and counseling teachers, and homeroom teachers. The results of the study showed that: (1) family factors are the cause of bullying behavior in students, because the family is less harmonious, not intact (parents died or divorced), the socialization process is not perfect from their families, communication is not smooth between parents and children. (2) peer factors are the cause of bullying behavior in students, because the high intensity of communication between peers allows these students to be incited by their friends who are negatively oriented. (3) media factors are the cause of bullying behavior in students, due to the misuse of social media as a medium for bullying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh efektivitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) Pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) Pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja guru; dan (4) Pengaruh efektivitas kepemimpinan, budaya sekolah, dan self-efficacy secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri se-kecamatan Tanah Abang dengan responden 88 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuisioner). Uji validitas menggunakan validitas konstruks sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas, serta data di analisis menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri se-kecamatan Tanah Abang sebesar 76,7%, (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri se-kecamatan Tanah Abang sebesar 85,4%, (3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara self-efficacy terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri se-kecamatan Tanah Abang sebesar 78,1%, (4) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara efektivitas kepemimpinan, budaya sekolah, dan self-efficacy secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 89,4%.

Abstract

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan e-modul keterampilan membaca pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada BAB 6 di kelas III SD pada materi teks naratif yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research dan Development dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek uji coba penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri 76 Palembang. Hasil analisis data yang diperoleh menunjukan e-modul yang dikembangkan termasuk kategori “sangat valid” berdasarkan lembar angket validasi para 3 ahli yaitu ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan ahli materi dengan nilai rata-rata kevalidan sebesar 89,30%. Tingkat kepraktisan diperoleh dari hasil angket respon siswa kelas III SD memperoleh presentase 91% menunjukan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan masuk dalam kriteria “sangat praktis”. Dengan demikian pengembangan e-modul keterampilan membaca siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 76 Palembang valid dan praktis.

Abstract

Terkait hasil siswa berprestasi di tingkat SD biasanya memiliki gaya belajar yang sesuai dengan karakteristik individu mereka, seperti gaya belajar visual, auditori, atau kinestetik, bahkan kombinasi dari beberapa gaya tersebut. Berdasarkan apa yang diuraikan di atas, rumusan masalah yang akan diajukan adalah: “Bagaimana Gaya Belajar Siswa Berprestasi Kelas V di SDN Taraman Jaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya belajar siswa berprestasi di kelas V SDN Taraman Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa berprestasi memiliki gaya belajar beragam, seperti visual, auditori, dan kinestetik, serta menerapkan strategi seperti pengulangan, peta pikiran, dan visualisasi untuk memahami materi. Mereka lebih mudah mengingat informasi yang dilihat, aktif mencatat, berdiskusi, dan menandai poin penting. Siswa berprestasi cenderung menyukai belajar menggunakan gambar. Minat baca yang tinggi juga membantu meningkatkan pemahaman dan wawasan mereka. Mereka umumnya lebih nyaman belajar dalam suasana tenang, memiliki daya ingat kuat, serta menunjukkan sikap aktif dan motivasi tinggi saat mengerjakan soal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Powtoon pada materi pantun nasihat untuk siswa kelas V SD Negeri 17 Rambutan Banyuasin dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Hasil validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan sebesar 90,00%, yang termasuk dalam kategori valid. Selain itu, hasil uji kepraktisan melalui angket respons peserta didik pada uji perorangan, uji kelompok kecil, dan uji lapangan menunjukkan rata-rata nilai sebesar 93%, yang tergolong sangat praktis. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis Powtoon ini dinyatakan valid dan praktis serta layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of training and professional competence on the performance of public elementary school teachers in the Kertapati District, Palembang. Training is considered a crucial factor in improving human resource quality, especially teachers, which directly contributes to enhancing the quality of education in elementary schools. Professional competence includes the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for teachers to perform their duties effectively and efficiently. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The sample consists of public elementary school teachers in Kertapati District selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that training and professional competence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Partially, training contributes to improving teaching ability, while professional competence enhances task execution and interaction with students. The implication of this study is the importance of increasing the quantity and quality of training and developing teachers' professional competence as efforts to improve teacher performance, which ultimately impacts the quality of elementary education in Kertapati District, Palembang.
