Abstract

Background: Although freshwater fish are highly nutritious, fish products are processed using traditional and limited methods. Shredded fish (abon) is a diversified product with high economic value and a long shelf life, but it has low fiber content. Saba banana blossom is a local ingredient that is rich in nutrients and fiber and can increase the fiber content of shredded fish products.Objective: This study aimed to analyze and conduct organoleptic tests on the addition of 25% saba banana blossoms to various types of shredded fish samples.Methods: An experimental design was employed using a non-factorial completely randomized design with three treatments and three replicates. Organoleptic tests were conducted in August 2025 at the Organoleptic Laboratory with 30 panelists, whereas chemical tests were performed at the Food and Agricultural Product Analysis Laboratory. Data analysis was performed using analysis of variance, followed by Duncan’s multiple range test if significant differences were observed.Results: Organoleptic tests on shredded tilapia, catfish, and carp with 25% saba banana blossom showed no significant effects on color (mean score 3.62; p>0.05), taste (mean score 3.63; p>0.05), aroma (mean score 3.68; p>0.05), and texture (mean score 3.51; p>0.05). Proximate analysis indicated that the highest moisture, ash, fat, protein, carbohydrate, and fiber contents were 4.34 %, 6.31%, 25.08%, 50.99%, 22.69%, and 1.41%, respectivelyConclusion: The addition of 25% saba banana blossom did not significantly affect the color, taste, aroma, or texture of the shredded carp, tilapia, and catfish. The highest average proximate values were observed for shredded catfish. Future studies should use other fish species and involve expert panels and consumers for organoleptic testing to obtain more accurate results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis coding Python dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pecahan dan desimal pada siswa kelas VIII SMP. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami konsep matematika yang bersifat abstrak serta dominasi pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang memberikan pengalaman belajar interaktif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 03 Percut Sei Tuan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes awal dan tes akhir yang dianalisis menggunakan N-Gain untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan setelah penerapan pembelajaran berbasis coding Python. Rata-rata skor meningkat dari 57,33 menjadi 81,87 dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,81 yang termasuk kategori tinggi. Selain itu, ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 13% menjadi 100%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis pemrograman mampu membantu siswa mengonstruksi konsep matematika melalui aktivitas eksploratif dan representasi komputasional. Secara teoretis, hasil penelitian ini memperkuat pendekatan konstruksionisme dan computational thinking yang menekankan pembelajaran aktif berbasis pemecahan masalah. Secara praktis, integrasi Python dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar di sekolah. Meskipun demikian, keterbatasan desain penelitian tanpa kelompok kontrol perlu menjadi perhatian dalam interpretasi hasil

Abstract

The main problem in this study is in the management of cash waqf management at the Islamic education and da'wah foundation Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar. The purpose of this discussion is to find out the management of cash waqf management at the Islamic education and da'wah Foundation Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar. The type of research that the author uses is a type of field research (field research), with qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique that the author performs is through interviews and through documentation. The results of this study show that cash waqf management management has not gone well, it is shown from the number of cash waqf collections that continue to decline in each year, and collection is still within the internal scope. In an effort to develop productive waqf, the Islamic education and da'wah foundation Wihdatul Ummah Batusangkar has opened a Qurrata A'yun mart and invested funds in the admission of new students (PMB) in the procurement of clothing. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that the socialization efforts carried out by the nazir regarding cash waqf to the community have not been optimal, limited understanding of the community and inadequate human resources.

Abstract

PT X is one of the palm oil mills located in the Tenayan Industrial Estate (KIT). Emission sources originate from boiler and generator stacks that produce PM, SO₂, NO₂, CO, and NOₓ. This study aims to analyze the direction of emission distribution from boiler and generator stacks using the AERMOD model. In addition, the study analyzes differences in emission distribution patterns during the dry and rainy seasons. Modeling was conducted using AERMOD by incorporating emission source parameters, meteorological data obtained from the Climate Data Store (CDS), and topographic data from Google Earth Pro. The modeling process consisted of AERMET, AERMAP, and AERMOD stages. The results indicate that the annual maximum concentrations of PM, SO₂, NO₂, CO, and NOₓ are 1,24 μg/m³, 2,17 μg/m³, 4,33 μg/m³, 0,0034 μg/m³, and 0,065 μg/m³, respectively. The annual emission distribution pattern extends toward the southwest, with seasonal variations observed between the dry and rainy seasons.
