Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pola komunikasi yang terjadi di lingkungan posdaya serta bagaimana pengembangan posdaya kedepannya sehingga dapat dijaga keberberlangsungannya. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Bogor yang merupakan binaan Posdaya IPB.   Metode penelitia ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan penggalian data dengan menggunakan FGD di Posdaya Sejahtera Bubulak serta menggunakan observasi mendalam terhadap kegiatan lingkup posdaya.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adalah kegiatan posdaya yang dilakukan adalah kegiatan berdasarkan pada kebutuhan yang didasarkan di masayarakat.  Pola komunikasi yang dibangun adalah komunikasi yang personal dan persuasif dalam membangun pemberdayaan dan kemampuan masyarakat.  Posdaya merupakan media masyarakat dari beberapa kegiatan yang  baik berupa lingkup ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan lingkungan.  Posdaya mampu membangun masyarakat lebih menggali potensi sehingga keberlangsungan posdaya terletak di tangan para pengurus posdaya sendiri. Kata Kunci : pola komunikasi, komunikasi persuasif, pengurus posdaya

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis program acara Indonesia Morning Show di Net TV, (2) Menganalisis proses manajemen program acara Indonesia Morning Show Net TV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi, informan dan key informan.  Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Program acara Indonesia Morning Show di Net TV melalui tiga tahap utama yaitu pra-produksi, produksi dan pasca-produksi yang dimana dalam tahapannya memiliki proses yang berbeda. Proses manajemen program acara Indonesia Morning Show Net TV melaksanakan empat fungsi dasar yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan kepemimpinan dan pengawasan. 1) Perencanaan dalam redaksional program Indonesia Morning Show mencakup rapat redaksi, menentukan topik utama, menentukan headline berita, membuat paket-paket pengantar berita, menyusun rundown, menentukan narasumber, menentukan lokasi shooting, dan pemilihan presenter. 2) Fungsi pengorganisasian dalam program Indonesia Morning Show dijalankan secara normatif. 3) Fungsi pengarahan yang dijalankan yaitu pengarahan seorang pemimpin kepada para stafnya agar bersedia melaksanakan tugas, mendorong dan memotivasi bawahan, serta menciptakan iklim atau suasana pekerjaan yang kondusif. 4) Pengawasan terhadap program Indonesia Program Show dimulai dari evaluasi setiap tayangan produksi. Evaluasi berfungsi sebagai alat untuk meminimalisir kemungkinan kesalahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada hubungan komunikasi interpersonal petugas reservasi golf dengan pelanggan pada saat melakukan reservasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untuk mengetahui kekuatan kredibilitas petugas reservasi golf di Rancamaya Golf and Country Club, (2) untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan di Rancamaya Golf and Country Club, dan (3) untuk mengetahui hubungan kredibilitas petugas reservasi dengan kepuasan pelanggan Rancamay Golf and Country Club. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Kekuatan kredibilitas petugas reservasi dalam komunikasi interpersonal untuk kategori ethos, pathos, logos, dan kompetensi termasuk kategori sangat baik. (2) Kepuasan Pelanggan dinilai berdasarkan keandalan, empati, dan daya tanggap dinilai sangat baik. (3) Kekuatan kredibilitas petugas reservasi dalam komunikasi interpersonal berhubungan positifdan signifikasi dengan kepuasan pelanggan Rancamaya Golf and Country Club dengan korelasi sebesar 0,79211, termasuk dalam kategori kuat. Kata Kunci: Kekuatan Kredibilitas Komunikator, Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Talent event stand up comedy television in Indonesia to cause the number of people who want to learn this art by joining to communities to study to be a komika by following a variety of training one of them is public speaking training. The purpose of this research to see how process of training public speaking of the community Stand Up Indo Bogor. This research in a qualitative deskiptif by using two technique data collection the primary and secondary data. The results of the study showed the training process public speaking of the community Stand Up Indo Bogor reference of a high effective communication namely by train communicator, prepare the message, control the audience, see the quality of media the messenger, and get an as expected. The conclusion of this research is training public speaking in a community Stands Up Indo Bogor has been running well in accordance with the process of effective communication, but there are additional training materials needed to become a komika as the training techniques non-verbal (expression and gesture), adjusting references, exchanging experiences to analyze the audience, doing sound checks before performing, and making the audience laugh as feedback.Keywords: stand up comedy; public speaking; community; training.

Abstract

Firli Bahuri’s election as chairman of Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, and efforts to revise the laws of anti-corruption Commission triggered the noise, the media have a responsibility to tell it. Each media has constructed the news of KPK with  differently. The problem in this study is "How does the framing device in Gamson and Modigliani model about the news of Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi on the headline of Tempo Magazine 4524/16-22 September, 2019 edition?". This study aims to know the framing device in Gamson and Modigliani model about the news of Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi on the headline of Tempo Magazine 4524/16-22 September, 2019 edition. The study uses a qualitative approach with constructionist paradigm, the method this study uses framing analysis of Gamson and Modigliani, the primary data obtained by documentation techniques and secondary data obtained from the library research. The results showed, Tempo used the framing device for contructed the bad news model. “Hidup-Mati Komisi Antikorupsi” and “Jendral Polisi Sarat Kontroversi” articles have fulfilled all the elements in the framing device, but “Batal Istana Koreksi Hasil Seleksi” article does not fulfilled one of of the elements, that is  metaphors.

Abstract

Mountains, Wilderness, Sea, Beach, River and Cultural Art or often known as GURILAPSS are the characteristics of tourism in Sukabumi Regency, so when speaking GURILAPSS, Sukabumi is the destination. The formulation of the problem in this research is “How is Sukabumi Tagline?”. This study aims to determine the device to determine the tourism development of Sukabumi District throught the GURILAPSS Pesona Sukabumi Tagline.This study uses a centralized interview approach (Focused Interviews), with research. This research data collection technique uses two data sources, namely primary and secondary sources. Primary data obtained by interview and observation. Secondary data obtained by documentation. The key Informant in this study was the Head of tourism marketing and promotion in Sukabumi Regency. While supporting informant s consisted of one Head of Culture and one Head of Culture and six people of Sukabumi Regency.Technical analysis of data in this study using the model of Miles and Huberman. The results showed that the Tourism Development of Sukabumi Regency through the tagline GURILAPSS the result showed the Development of tourism in Sukabumi Regency through the tagline GURILAPSS the charm of Sukabumi uses three basic elements in its development, namely the emergence of motivation and desire for tourists to visit a tourism through the development of attractions and tourist attractions; there are supporting tourism facilities such as roads, accomodation, information centers and shopping centers through amenitas and tourist accommodation and transportation to take to tourist attraction. The conclusion in this study Sukabumi Regency tourism development through the tagline GURILAPSS enchanment Sukabumi has used aspect of the development of attractions and tourist attractions; tourist amenities and accomodations as well as tourist accesbility.Keywords: GURILAPSS Enchanting Sukabumi,  Tourism Development; Tagline.

Abstract

Abstrak Headlines in the newspapers a magnet for readers. Every day people are alyaws served headlines containing about economics, finance, conflicts, politics, law, disaster, and social problems. The headlines should have more value, proximity, conflict and human interest are some of the news value.  The themes and values in the headlines studied using this analysis with a quantitative approach and then know the most dominant themes and news values are most widely used in determining the headlines. The reaserach object is the local daily newspaper in Bogor, Jurnal Bogor and Radar Bogor as a sample. The results showed that most major news theme dominant newspaper in Bogor on Februari 15, 2012 to March 15, 2012 is the theme of news related to disaster and tragedy. Meanwhile, most of the major news theme using actual news the value as the determination of the appropriateness of the news headlines. Keywords: news headlines, themes, news value

Abstract

The purposes of this research: (1) to analyse persuasive communication Bogor City Health Office in counseling Household Food Production Industry, (2) to analyse  change of attitude the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Bogor City, (3) designing persuasive communication to change attitudes the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Bogor City, (4) to analyse the effect of persuasive communication Bogor City Health Office to change attitudes the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Bogor City. This research conducting in Bogor City Health Office area on May 2015. Population of its research is around the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Bogor City community. Sample of research the pain according random sampling amount 30 respondens. Collecting data conducted by observation, questioner, interview, and documentation study. Data analyses by spearman correlation with SPSS program.             Based on research result, persuasive Communication in Extension Food Safety Household Industrial Production has good category, changes in the attitude of the domestic industry has a very good category, the influence of persuasive communication Bogor City Health Department to change the attitude of the Small and Medium Enterprises with a correlation value of 0.494 and interpretation of the correlation coefficient being, design of persuasive communication to change attitudes , namely the existence of elements that include credibility communicator, attractions, and power as well as the elements of a message that includes the concept and format of messages that cause a change in attitude.keyword: persuasive communication , education , attitude change

Abstract

The main goal of this research is in order to know more about the appreciation of the listener to the program of Funkyndo Request in radio Ninetyniners. The research method that used is a quantitative description. The data gathering were done by using an observation, polling, interview, bibliography review. Sample determining was gained by sampling purposive because the taken sample based on criteria of twice song request and send message while the observer search and had already played role actively for about two years (2004 until 2006). Therefore the taken amounts of respondent are 84 person. The result depicts, that the cognitive as pact of respondent have already known about Funkyndo Request in radio Ninetyniners in a generally. The emotional aspect show, that generally respondent are satisfied of Funkyndo Request program. In this case, respondent level satisfaction is not maximal yet. That is mean, there is respondent necessary is not fulfill yet according to their request. Evaluative aspect show, that generally respondent have given a good mark toward the Funkyndo Request. In this case respondent evaluate that there is weakness in the program. In program duration respondent consider needed to add broadcast time more than two hours. Its means allowed more chance the listener for participating. Beside that respondent evaluate is not suitable in placed program time. It is caused by the time decided is 09.00-11.00 WIB coincident convenience. Therefore, regarding listener’s appreciation suggested to make a change and to add time program.

Abstract

Komunikasi organisasi adalah penting untuk menciptakan kerjasama yang baik dan harmonis dalam organisasi sehingga dapat memotivasi pegawai dalam bekerja. Motivasi terkait erat dengan implikasi yang diterima sebagai hasil dari suatu komunikasi. PPMKP sebagai lembaga pemerintah akan melaksanakan banyak pekerjaan yang membutuhkan koordinasi antara atasan dan bawahan yang terdapat dalam komunikasi vertikan dan horizontal. Implementasi komunikasi vertical dan horizontal di PPMKP dapat mempengaruhi motivasi pegawai di PPMKP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meninai komunikasi vertical dan horizontal dan juga motivasi bekerja dan hubungan antara komunikasi vertical dan horizontal dan motivasi bekerja para pegawai PPMKP. Komunikasi vertical adalah komunikasi yang berlangsung ketika orang-orang yang berada dalam susunan manajemen mengirim pesan kepada bawahannya dan sebaliknya. Komunikasi karyawan yang memiliki kesetaraan disebut komunikasi horizontal. Teori motivasi pada hakekatnya membahas konsep tentang manusia dengan lima hierarki kebutuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi vertikal dan horizontal di PPMKP telah berjalan dengan baik. Motivasi kerja didasarkan atas kebutuhan psiologis dan aktualisasi diri, serta keberadaan hubungan positif antara komunikasi vertical dan horizontal dengan motivasi kerja. Komunikasi vertical dan horizontal yang sudah berjalan baik di PPMKP mempunyai hubungan positif dengan motivasi kerja pegawai di PPMKP. PPMKP diharapkan meningkatkan komunikasi vertical dan horizontal dengan meningkatkan media komunikasi di lingkungan kerja dan juga mempertahankan motivasi kerja dengan meningkatkan kegiatan-kegiatan pengembangan diri.
