Abstract

The Business sector is facing intense competition around the world so that organizations recognize the importance of human resources as a competitive advantage. For this reason, the factors that have an influence on employee performance are discussed in this study including emotional intelligence, work environment and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the effect of emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable at PT. Indomaju Textindo Kudus. The quantitative method used in this research is using AMOS confirmatory analysis followed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research uses non probability sampling method (accidental sampling) in order to collect data. Primary data is used in the study by distributing 150 sample questionnaires to production employees at PT. Indomaju Textindo. The findings in this study are that emotional intelligence and work environment have a direct effect on employee performance. From the research results it can be concluded to improve the performance of employees at PT. Indomaju Textindo can be pursued by maintaining and improving the emotional intelligence of employees and a safe and comfortable work environment.

Abstract

The phenomenon of high job mobility or job hopping, especially among generation Y (millennial) employees, is a major challenge for HR management. Although various studies have examined each of these variables separately, there is still limited research that comprehensively tests the simultaneous influence of psychological capital, perceived organizational support, and job enjoyment on job hopping intentions, especially among generation Y employees in Kudus City. Therefore, this study aims to fill this gap by investigating how these three variables together influence the decision of generation Y employees to change jobs. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study using SPSS. Respondents were Generation Y employees in Kudus Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely Generation Y active employees and work experience in more than 1 company. Number of samples 114 respondents. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study on the Psychological Capital variable have a negative and significant effect on Job Hopping. Perceived Organizational Support has a negative and significant effect on Job Hopping. Job Enjoyment has a negative and significant effect on Job Hopping. The conclusion in this study is that Psychological Capital, Perceived Organizational Support and Job Enjoyment partially or simultaneously have a negative effect on Job Hopping of Generation Y Employees. Based on the findings of the study, the company should improve communication and transparency with employees. Provide awards and recognition for employee contributions. Provide support in career development and employee welfare

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, free cash flow (FCF), dan investment opportunity set (IOS) terhadap nilai perusahaan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan pada perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang dipublikasikan pada situs resmi perusahaan serta www.idx.co.id periode 2019 – 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan yaitu sebanyak 56 data perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai. Free Cash Flow (FCF) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai. Secara simultan, struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan , free cash flow (FCF), dan investment opportunity set (IOS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan
