PAUD institutions are often interpreted as a place of learning for children who are only oriented to the skills and knowledge of reading, writing, counting, and drawing. PAUD institutions should focus on children's development related to religious and moral, physical, cognitive, language, social, emotional and artistic aspects. Thus the educational services provided by PAUD institutions must be able to facilitate all aspects of child development through enjoyable learning activities and help increase understanding of parents or the surrounding community about playing as a fun learning activity. Fun learning activities for early childhood need to be designed to help children get real life simulations in their daily activities. PAUD institution learning activities need to be adjusted to the stages of child development based on experiential learning model learning principles. On that basis, an activity is needed that facilitates the creation of learning experiences for managers and parents or community members in PAUD institutions about experiential learning. Keywords: Childhood Education (PAUD), Experiential Learning

Data as of 30 April 2020 shows the number of 10,118 positive cases. The failure of the Indonesian Government's policy to suppress Covid-19's positive numbers, one of which is that there are still many Indonesians who do not heed the policies implemented by the government and the ineffective digital-based integrated information system that has been made by the government. This research argues philosophically that anthropology is education itself. Anthropology is the study of other people. The method of producing knowledge is done by the participatory observation method, which is paying attention to other people’s culture and their world. Educations as teaching to know other people and their feelings, or Ingold called as “hapticality”, which is the articulation of knowledge that can be shed through symbols, words, speech, poetry, graphics, charts, to mathematical formulations. Whereas in anthropology, what is done in hapticality is paying attention to the activities and what informants say and what they respond to. Furthermore, see how humans have conversations with life itself.

Someone who does not have an adequate educational background or skills only has the opportunity to be a laborer. If manual labor is no longer needed, it will potentially become unemployed. Skills education (vocational) which is obtained non-essential is important to enter the workforce. Education and skills can be a determinant of the future. A high educational background, but not enough skills can lead to difficulty finding a job. Conversely, ownership of skills, but don't have a formal educational background also has the potential to become unemployed due to high competition in the world of work. Ideally, young people must-have skills that are obtained informally and supplemented with adequate formal education so as not to become unemployed.
