The background of this study is about the activity of scouting the students SMPN 40 Padang is a low category and very influential on the learning achievement of students obtained. The purpose of this research is to see the levels and relationship of scouting organizational effectiveness and learning outcomes of students SMPN 40 Padang. The type of this research is correlational with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study consisted of 30 students in SMPN 40 Padang by using random sampling data collection. The instrument of this study used a questionnaire about scouting organizational activeness consisting of 17 questions and data about the learning achievement of students of SMPN 40 Padang. From this research, it can be concluded that the level of activity in the scouting organization with the learning achievement of students at SMPN 40 Padang is categorized as low, because it can be seen from the results of the questionnaire that students responded (48.50%) rarely and never (25.40%). Meanwhile, seen from the learning outcomes of students (36.7%) in the low category and very low (10%). This is evidenced by the calculation of the correlation using the moment product formula which shows the results that recount (0.548) is greater than rtable at the 95% confidence level (0.361) and rtabel for the 99% confidence level (0.463) so that the researchers get quite significant results. The relationship is quite significant with a significance level of 99% so that the low activity of scouting organizations followed by students can also affect the learning achievement of students at SMPN 40 Padang.Keywords: Scouting organizational activeness, learning outcomes

This research is motivated by the implementation of family planning programs by residents. This is allegedly due to maintaining the cleanliness of the extension services carried out by the Village Midwives. This study aims to describe: (1) extension services; (2) assistance services; and (3) health services for participants who take part in the family planning program in Korean Tembok. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was taken by all participants who took part in extension activities as much as 40 people and the sample was taken as much as 75% of the population, namely 30 people using cluster random sampling technique. The data technique used questionnaires while the data collection tools used questionnaire data which were analyzed using descriptive analysis of proportions. The results of this study indicate: 1) village midwife services in the aspect of extension services in driving the implementation of family planning programs look high; 2) village midwife services in the aspect of accompanying services in driving the implementation of family planning programs look high; And 3) village midwife services in the aspect of facility services in driving the implementation of family planning programs to appear higher. The suggestions are researching: 1) it is hoped that the health extension officers can improve the services provided in the implementation of counseling; 2) it is hoped that the members of the community will increase their awareness of health, especially in implementing family planning programs; And 3) it is hoped that other researchers will find and examine other variables related to health education.Keywords: extension services, family planning program, health

This research is motivated by the good attitude of an adolescent from a single-parent family in Kenagarian Pauh Kambar, Nan Sabaris Sub-district, Padang Pariaman District. The purpose of this study is to describe moral education in terms of (1) moral reasoning, (2) moral behavior, and (3) moral personality. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 55 people. The sampling technique in this research is stratified random sampling. The number of samples in this study was 32 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questions. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. The results showed that moral education according to adolescents from single-parent families is very good, it is seen from (1) moral reasoning, (2) moral behavior, and (3) moral personality. Suggestions for the moral education of these three aspects can be further enhanced by teens from single-parent families.Keywords: Moral Education, Teens Attitude, Single Parent Family

This research is motivated by the low work participation of members of Youth Organization, the authors' allegation is caused by the lack of interpersonal communication carried out by the manager of Tunas Cemerlang Karang Taruna in Nagari Sungai Sirah, Sungai Geringging, Padang Pariaman District. This study aims to: 1) describe the interpersonal communication of the Youth Organization manager; 2) describe the work participation of Karang Taruna members; and 3) see the interpersonal communication relationship between managers and the participation of Karang Taruna members in Sungai Sirah, Sungai Geringging District, Padang Pariaman Regency. This research is a correlational quantitative study. The population is all 120 members of Karang Taruna Tunas Cemerlang. While the sample was taken as much as 50% of the population of 60 people with a stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire while the data collection tool using data questionnaires obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and correlational (product-moment). The results of this study indicate: 1) interpersonal communication management of Karang Taruna Tunas Cemerlang is still low; 2) the work participation of members of Karang Taruna Tunas Cemerlang is very low; and 3) there is a significant relationship between manager's interpersonal communication with the work participation of Karang Taruna members in Sungai Sirah Geringging, Padang Pariaman Regency.Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Work Participation, Youth Organization

This research is motivated by the success of entrepreneurship cooking skill. The purpose of this study was to describe the responses of learners to instructional communication of cooking instructor in cooking instruction in the explanation of learning materials, initial ability assessment, strategy setting, and feedback. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in the study amounted to 15 people. The sample in this study is the total number of respondents. Data collection techniques used were interviews, while data collection tools used interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques using the formula percentage. The result of the research showed that the respondent's response to instructional instruction of instructor in (1) explanation of learning material of cooking cake training is categorized very good, (2) assessment of early ability of learners of cake cooking training categorized very good, (3) instructional strategy stipulation cake cooking training categorized very good, (4) feedback cooking cake is categorized very well.

This research was motivated by the implementation of majelis taklim activities during the Covid-19 pandemic by following health protocols. This study aims to determine the description of the planning, know the description of the implementation, and know the description of the existing supervision in the activities of the Taklim Assembly during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with an ex post facto approach. The subjects of this study were members / jama'ah of the Al Ittihad Al Ittihad Assembly Activities in Pauh Subdistrict, Padang City. The population was 44 people and a sample of 3 administrators and 30 members / jama'ah were taken from 70% of the total population using the Simple Ramdom Sampling technique. Data collection tools in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was to use the percentage formula. The results showed that the activities of majelis taklim during the Covid-19 pandemic were categorized as good in terms of planning, implementation, monitoring aspects. Suggestions from this research are expected that majelis taklim activities will continue to run well and be further improved in planning, implementing, and supervising activities. This research was motivated by the low performance of instructors in providing training material. Seen that the instructor delivered the material did not attract the attention of the participants, the method used was less attractive both from the participants' perceptions and participation. This study aims to reveal how participants' perceptions of learning resources, in following DIKLATSAR in KSR PMI UNP unit. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with a population of participants who are registered as members of DIKLATSAR. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. The results of the study stated that: (1) participants' perceptions of instructors were classified as low; (2) Participation of participants is poorly classified; (3) There is a significant relationship between participants' perceptions of the instructor and their participation.Keywords: Instructor, Perception, Participation

This research was motivated by the low encouragement of dropouts at the Community Reading Center of the Balai Gadang Village to continue their education, which was allegedly due to the low social condition of the family. The purpose of this study (1) is to describe how the social conditions of the family (2) describe the encouragement of children dropping out of school (3) to describe the relationship between family social conditions and the encouragement of children to drop out of school. The type of research used is quantitative correlation. There are 30 people as the population in this study. The technique for taking samples using random sampling, while the sample is 66% of the population to 20 people. The technique for collecting data is a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysis technique used theoretical ideal theory, percentage and Spearman Rho. The results of this study found that (1) the social conditions of the family were mostly quite low. (2) the encouragement of children dropping out of school is mostly quite low. (3) There is a significant relationship between family social conditions and the encouragement of children dropping out of school at the Community Reading Center of the Science Post, Balai Gadang Village. In connection with the existing conclusions, the researcher conveys that (1) It is hoped that parents will optimize in terms of looking for daily income and additional income so that their children can get a proper education. (2) It is expected that children who drop out of school can increase their motivation to learn. so that they can get a proper education and can learn both formally and non-formally. (3) It is hoped that more researchers can innovate by researching new variables in order to add and multiply existing variables.Keywords: family social conditions, encouragement of children dropping out of school

This research is motivated by the high participation of parents in following parenting activity. This is due to the smooth program parenting program by parents. This study aims to illustrate the benefits of parenting programs by mothers who participate in parenting programs that include: childcare, childcare, parenting, and child care. This research includes quantitative descriptive research that describes the data as it is. The population numbered one hundred seventy one people and the sample amounted to fifty two people determined based on sampling technique that is random sampling technique. The data collection tool uses questionnaires and data analysis using the percentage formula. The results found that; 1) a description of the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting time of the parent looking good, 2) description of the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting material according to the parent looking good, 3) the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting parents who look good, 4) a picture of the benefits of parenting programs see from parenting by the parents look good. Suggestions for the motivation of parents to want to enter their children into early childhood and participate in activities held by early childhood.

This research is motivated by the uniqueness of an institution that caters to the learning needs of adults through learning programs to read Al-Quran. The goal is to describe adult learning activities related to (1) learning reasons, (2) learning objectives, (3) participants 'efforts in understanding lessons, (4) institutional efforts in meeting participants learning needs, (5) learning atmosphere, (6) ) and learning methods. This research uses qualitative research method of case study type. Selection of data sources using snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. From the research findings it is illustrated that; (1) the reason that the participants of the adults arise because of their interest and self-awareness, (2) generally each participant returns to improve the reading ability of the Quran, (3) the participants effort in understanding the lesson is to pay attention to, record and ask, organizers try to meet the learning needs of participants by providing facilities, facilities, and provide good service for participants, (5) the learning atmosphere of adult participants are different from children participants, (6) learning method used is talqin, lecture method, question and answer methods, training methods, and assignment methods.
