Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of the trainees, where the approach used by the trainer has not encouraged the enthusiasm of the participants to take part in the training. This study aims to determine how much the relationship between the andragogical approach and learning motivation in automotive training at the Job Training Center in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The population of this study were all 32 participants of the Automotive Training. The sampling technique used Stratified Random Sampling by taking a sample of 65% of the population, so the research sample was 22 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data analysis used was correlation with spearmen. The results showed that (1) the andragogic approach was classified as good, (2) the training participants' learning motivation was good and (3) there was a relationship between the andragogical approach and learning motivation in automatic training at the Padang City Job Training Center.Keywords: andragogical approach, learning motivation

Abstract

Background of this research is nilai of matematic is good. This research is a descriptive study, with a population of student in Jhon’s Febby population totaling IS 80 people, the sample was taken 60% of the population, namely 48 people with a sampling technique that is stratified random sampling. Techniques using questionnaires, and data collection tools using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use a percentage formula. The results showed that the description of the earning stratigic l in learning methodwas very good category, the aproved of thelearning strategic its was very good category, and thelearning teknique its was very good. It is suggested to Instructors to improve the application of practice methods on initial activities, core activities and evaluation activities, and for other researchers to be able to examine other factors that have not been examined in this study relating to the application of practice methods.Keywords: Learning, Strategic

Abstract

Behavior of children learning in Kuamang Subdistrict of Lembah Melintang Regency of West Pasaman still in low category. This is presumably because the experience of his parents is in the low category, so this study aims to reveal a picture of the parents experience, a picture of the behavior of children's learning in Kuamang Subdistrict of Lembah Melintang Regency of West Pasaman District, and the relationship between the two variables. This research is correlation research with teen population which amount 60 people and sample 36 people by using Area random sampling technique, where as data collection tool used is questionnaire with data analysis of percentage calculation and using Product Moment formula to see the relationship of both variables. The results showed that parents experience applied to children is in the low category, the behavior of children's learning at home is in the low category, and there is a significant relationship between the parents experience with the behavior of children's learning at home for it is suggested that parents need to improve understanding and knowledge so that the behavior of learning his son to be better again.

Abstract

The study objectives of this study are to describe the learning material, learning methods, learning resources, and learning infrastructure used in the BLK Sijunjung preparation education and training. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of the entire area of the object used as the research sample. The selected sample must represent or represent all participants, namely the inmates who take the skills training to receive 32 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative descriptive. Research findings 1) Materials provided by general instructors, most of whom are assisted by people who understand and understand the learning materials that are needed by the learning community can provide benefits / assistance to their members. 2) Learning methods used by citizens in skills training have been well implemented so that the assisted citizens can be directly applied / applied in their lives. 3) Learning resources used by tutors for the majority of the training people have been well implemented so that the assisted citizens can be directly applied / applied in their lives. 4) Facilities and infrastructure used by tutors in learning skills training have been carried out and implemented well by the assisted residents, facilities and infrastructures used are quite complete.Keywords: Sewing Skills, BLK

Abstract

This research is based on the hospitality training process in SPNF-SKB Payakumbuh that good. This condition is suspected because it has something to do with the use of methods used by instructors. This study aims to describe the use of instructional methods by instructors according to studying citizens in hospitality training which include: (1) use of lecture methods, (2) use of demonstration methods, (3) use of training methods. This research includes quantitative descriptive research that describes the data as it is. The population is thirty-five people and the sample of twenty-three people is determined based on sampling technique that is stratified random sampling technique. The data collection tool uses a questionnaire. Data analysis using percentage formula. From the result of the research, it can be seen that the responses of learners to the use of instructional methods of instructors can be good (1) the use of lecture method in hospitality training is categorized well, (2) use of demonstration method in hospitality training is categorized as good, (3) use of training method in hospitality training categorized good.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the success of the Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB) Taruko I Korong Gadang Village, Kuranji Sub-District, Padang City, as seen from the high percentage of the presence of mothers or families participating in these activities and achievements achieved by BKB. Researchers suspect that the cause of the BKB's success was due to the guidance of family welfare carried out. The purpose of this study was to describe the material, media/APE, and attitudes of workers/cadres and participants in the guidance of family welfare. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were 49 families of BKB. The sampling technique is clusster random sampling of 30 people. Questionnaire technique in collecting data with a tool list of statements. Techniques for analyzing data with percentages. The results showed that family welfare guidance through BKB services, namely: (1) material in BKB family welfare guidance was good, (2) educational media/games were categorized very well, and (3) attitudes of educators/cadres and participants were classified as very good.Keywords: Guidance, Family Welfare, BKB

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high level of creativity of instructors in choosing suitable learning methods, and using interesting and non-boring learning media, so that students can be motivated to take part in learning such as: high attendance rates, high level of student involvement in the process learning, the high level of activeness of students in learning is seen from the activeness of students in asking questions and statements. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research, the population in this study were computer training students totaling 30 people, based on the number of population used in this study are 22 people using Cluster random sampling technique, and data analysis techniques used in this study are percentages. Based on the results of this study the researcher found: (1) the high level of creativity of instructors in choosing learning methods can improve learning motivation according to the students, it can be seen from the ability of the instructor in choosing suitable and varied methods during the learning process (2) the high level of creativity of instructors in using the media learning can improve students' learning motivation, judging from the ability of instructors to use interesting learning media. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of residents learning equivalence Package B at SPNF Pasaman Regency, this is thought to be due to the influence of tutor performance in learning of science subjects for class VIII. This study aims to: 1) describe the performance of tutors; 2) describe the learning outcomes of learning citizens; and 3) looking at the relationship between tutor performance in learning and learning outcomes in Science Class VIII Equivalence Package B at SPNF Pasaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational descriptive technique. The population of this study were all students of class VIII Package B Program at SPNF Pasaman Regency, totaling 180 people and with a sample of 44 people. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire and the data is analyzed using the percentage technique and product moment correlation. The results showed that: (1) the performance of tutors in  learning of science subjects for class VIII was categorized as low, (2) the learning outcomes of students were categorized as low, (3) there was a significant relationship between the performance of tutors in  learning and science learning outcomes. class VIII Equality Package B at SPNF Pasaman Regency. It is recommended for institutions to pay more attention to the performance of tutors, and it is hoped that tutors can improve performance in learning.

Abstract

The research was distributed by the phenomenon of functional literacy program success rate base on the South coast of Diknaker PKBM. This is evidenced by the high learning outcomes acquired citizens learn. Researchers suspect that the cause of the success of these KF due to high confidence that is owned by the citizens of learning. Type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. Withdrawal technique used is the sample census, all of the population sample was made as many as 20 people, which is called the respondent. Using data collection techniques interviews that is in the form of structured interviews. While the data analysis techniques using the formula percentages. Abstract

Learning outcomes are the acquisition of learning carried out during the training and their competence tested at the end of the training period. Training with interests will get more results than no individual interests. The learning environment becomes important during the teaching and learning process for participants who take part in the training at the Job Training Center. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Contribution of Learning Interest and Learning Environment to the Learning Outcomes of Training Participants at the Job Training Center (BLK) Padang City. The type of research used is quantitative research while the method is associative. The population is BLK Padang training participants for the period 1 of 2021 in 18 vocational schools totaling 288 participants with a sample of 74 people. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires with data collection tools in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is percentage, then continued with categorization through the respondent's achievement level formula and hypothesis testing using the t-test formula. The results of the analysis of interest in learning obtained the value of tcount > ttable, namely 8,613 > 1,987 with a significant result of 0.000 < 0.05, this illustrates that there is a significant influence between interest in learning and learning outcomes. Then the learning environment is obtained from the value of tcount > ttable, namely -6.384 < 1.987 with a significant result of 0.000 < 0.05, this illustrates that there is a significant influence between the learning environment on learning outcomes. By using a one-way test so that the results are Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This proves simultaneously (together) interest in learning and the learning environment has a significant influence on learning outcomes.
