Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to find out the description and relationship between skills in applying variations in tutor teaching and the learning motivation of residents studying Package C at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman. This research uses quantitative correlational. The population of this research is all students registered in the package C pursuit program at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman for the 2023/2024 academic year, namely 72 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, so that the total sample that the researchers took was 50 residents studying package C at SPNF Kota Pariaman. Data collection techniques using questionnaire format and list of statements as data collection tools, data analysis techniques using percentages to find correlations using the product moment formula. The results of this research are: 1.) Skills in applying variations in tutor teaching to students studying at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman are classified as less than optimal, 2.) Motivation of students studying Package C at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman is classified as less than optimal and 3.) There is a significant relationship between skills in applying variations in tutor teaching with learning motivation for residents studying Package C at SPNF SKB Kota Pariaman.Keywords: Variasi Mengajar, Motivasi Belajar, SKB.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang. This is thought to be due to the poor application of problem based learning methods so that the learning outcomes of course participants are low. The research objectives are: 1) To find out the description of the application of the Problem Based Learning method to the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang, 2) To find out the description of the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKPSmart College Padang, 3) To find out the relationship between the application of the Problem Based Learning method to learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang.This type of research is correlational, with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 30 people and a sample of 21 people whose sample was determined using the Simple Random Sampling method. Then a questionnaire is used to collect data. As well as data analysis techniques using percentage and rank order formulas.                The results of the research show that: 1) The description of the application of the Problem Based Learning method among computer course participants at Smart College Padang is categorized as low; 2) A description of the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang is categorized as low. 3) A description of the significant relationship between the application of the problem based learning method and the learning outcomes of computer course participants at LKP Smart College Padang.The research suggestions are: 1) It is hoped that instructors can innovate regarding learning methods so that they can become good and appropriate learning methods for course participants to learn. 2) It is hoped that course participants will be able to learn and adapt learning methods so that they can maximize learning outcomes. 3) It is hoped that future researchers will innovate and research new variables to add variables and complete them.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan juga hubungan antara ekstrakurikuler randai dengan manajemen waktu peserta didik SMA Baiturrahmah Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini yakni peserta didik SMA Baiturrahmah yakni sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode target sampling, jadi total sampel yang peneliti ambil sebanyak 30 peserta didik SMA Baiturrahmah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan format kuisioner dan daftar pernyataan sebagai alat pengumpulan data, teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase untuk mencari korelasinya menggunakan rumus product moment. Hasil penelitian ini yakni : 1.) Ekstrakurikuler randai yang ada di SMA Baiturrahmah dapat dikatakan kurang baik, 2.) Manajemen Waktu Peserta Didik Di SMA Baiturrahmah Padang dapat dikatakan rendah dalam memanajemen waktu dan 3.) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ekstrakurikuler randai dengan manajemen waktu peserta didik di SMA Baiturrahma Padang.Keywords: Randai, Ekstrakurikuler, Manajemen Waktu.

Abstract

The low moral conduct of teenagers in Nagari Koto Salak, Sungai Rumbai District, Dharmasraya Regency inspired this study. It is thought that the low moral behavior of these teenagers is influenced by parental education. The study's objectives were as follows: (1) to find out the description of family education in Nagari Kurnia Koto Salak, Sungai Rumbai District, Dharmasraya Regency; (2) knowing the description of the moral behavior of adolescents in Nagari Kurnia Koto Salak, Sungai Rumbai District, Dharmasraya Regency; (3) knowing the relationship between family education and adolescent moral behavior in Nagari Kurnia Koto Salak, Sungai Rumbai District, Dharmasraya Regency. The correlational quantitative approach was utilized in this study with a population of 48 persons, and the sample included 65% of the entire population, namely 30 people. Data gathering methods employing questionnaires are combined with data analysis methods employing percentages and product moments. The results showed that (1) family education in Nagari Kurnia Koto Salak, Sungai Rumbai District, Dharmasraya Regency was classified as low; (2) the moral behavior of adolescents in Nagari Kurnia Koto Salak, Sungai Rumbai District, Dharmasraya Regency was categorized as low; (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between family education and adolescent moral behavior in Nagari Kurnia Koto Salak, Sungai Rumbai District, Dharmasraya Regency.

Abstract

Keberlanjutan perkembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat tidak hanya tergantung pada pendidikan formal, namun penting juga untuk mengakses layanan pendidikan informal dan nonformal. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendukung perbaikan kualitas kehidupan mereka. Oleh karena itu, bentuk pendidikan nonformal yang terhubung dengan kehidupan masyarakat sangat penting dalam rangka mewujudkan pendidikan sepanjang hayat. Salah satu macam layanan pendidikan nonformal yang berkembang dalam kehidupan masyarakat adalah PKBM. lingkungan belajar sangat mempengaruhi keaktifan dari warga belajar dan juga hasil belajar warga belajar dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran serta juga mempengaruhi kredibilitas dari warga belajar itu sendiri. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggambarkan lingkungan belajar warga belajar yang rutin hadir dengan yang aktif belajar mandiri dirumah, untuk menggambarkan perbedaan lingkungan belajar yang rutin hadir dengan yang aktif belajar mandiri dirumah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan bentuk expostfacto. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah Lingkungan belajar warga belajar yang rutin hadir di kelas pada Program Paket C di PKBM SAKATO Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal ini didasarkan jawaban angket yang disebarkan. Lingkungan belajar warga belajar yang belajar mandiri di rumah dalam kategori kurang baik. Hal ini didasarkan pada jawaban angket yang disebarkan dan sebagian besar warga belajar atau responden mmemilih jawaban kurang setuju atau item pertanyaan untuk menggambarkan lingkungan belajar yang bersifat positif.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students at TPA/TPQ Ahmad Al-Fatih in Nagari Carocok Anau, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This is due to parental support. This research aims (1) to describe the support of parents of students at TPA/TPQ Ahmad Al – Fatih Nagari Carocok Anau Pesisir Selatan Regency (2) describes the learning outcomes of students at TPA / TPQ Ahmad Al – Fatih Fatih Nagari Carocok Anau Pesisir Selatan Regency (3) looks at the relationship between parental support and student learning outcomes at TPA / TPQ Ahmad Al - Fatih Nagari Carocok Anau, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The research population is students at TPA/TPQ Ahmad Al - Fatih Nagari Carocok Anau, Pesisir Selatan Regency from class III, IV, totaling 50 people out of 70 % were sampled from 35 people from 30% using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the Product Moment Percentage formula. Nagari Carocok Anau, Pesisir Selatan Regency is classified as low, this can be and is proven from the results of the questionnaire data that has been conducted (2) Picture of student learning outcomes at TPA/TPQ Ahmad Al- Fatih in Nagari Carocok Anau, Pesisir Selatan Regency is in the low category. This can be observed through learning outcomes (3) There is a significant relationship between parental support and learning outcomes at TPA/TPQ Ahmad Al-Fatih in Nagari Carocok Anau, Pesisir Selatan Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perilaku sosial remaja masjid di Desa Sungai Talang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan yang kurang baik, hal ini diduga karena kurang baiknya interaksi dari teman sebaya. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni (1) Mengetahui gambaran interaksi teman sebaya pada kegiatan remaja, (2) Mengetahui gambaran perilaku sosial remaja masjid di desa sungai talang kabupaten pesisir selatan, (3) Mengetahui hubungan antara interaksi teman sebaya dengan perilaku sosial remaja masjid di Desa Sungai Talang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis korelasional. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh anggota remaja masjid di Desa Sungai Talang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 35 orang. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 75% yaitu 25 remaja masjid. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yakni Stratified Random Sampling (Pengambilan Sampel Secara Acak Strata). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket serta alat pengumpulan data berupa daftar pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan rumus rank order correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Interaksi Teman Sebaya pada kegiatan remaja masjid tergolong masih rendah, (2) Perilaku sosial remaja masjid di Desa Sungai Talang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan kurang baik dan, (3) Terdapatnya hubungan yang signifikan antara Interaksi teman sebaya dengan perilaku sosial remaja masjid di Desa Sungai Talang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the poor academic performance of Group C trainees at PKBM Farila Ilmi Padang City. This is attributed to the tutor's interpersonal communication. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the interpersonal communication of tutors, (2) to describe the learning outcomes of the learning community, and (3) to examine the relationship between the communication among the tutors. individual tutors and learning outcomes from the learning community. . Meet. This study included a quantitative correlation study. The population studied was Ms. Farila Ilmi, resident of PKBM Package C. Technical data were collected using a questionnaire designed in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using percentage formula and product time correlation formula. As a result, (1) the tutor's interpersonal communication is still ineffective, (2) the student achievement at PKBM Farila Ilmi is low, and (3) there is a significant difference between the communication between students. individual tutors and student learning outcomes. Abstract

The background to this research is the low social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B. The aim of this research is to see a picture of the family environment of study residents, see a picture of social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B, and see a picture of social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B. The relationship between the family environment and Social Sciences learning results package B at SPNF SKB Bukittinggi City. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was residents studying package b at SPNF SKB Bukittinggi City, totaling 45 people. Meanwhile, samples were taken from 60% of the population, namely 27 people, using a cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using percentage formulas and Spearman rank formulas. The research results show (1) the family environment is still not good, (2) student learning outcomes are still relatively low, (3) there is a relationship between the family environment and social studies learning outcomes package b, this relationship is declared significant because it is categorized as very strong. It is recommended that parents provide support in education in the family environment in order to optimize student learning outcomes. The SPNF SKB Institute is able to provide motivational support to learning residents and be creative in using learning media so that learning enthusiasm can increase among learning residents. Future researchers can identify characteristics or other variables that have not been examined in this research for further follow-up. Keywords: Family Environment, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the existence of plastic waste recycling activities in the community. The aim is to improve community skills so that they can increase knowledge, increase family income and prosper the community in the Pegambiran Ampalu Nan XX sub-district. The purpose of this study is to describe the recycling of plastic waste in terms of its process, form and utilization This research is a research using a qualitative approach, the research method is a case study. The source of the data in this study were the learning residents at the Tenggang Raso PKBM who were the research subjects and the chairmen of this waste recycling activity as research informants. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique is by using source triangulation. The results of the research show that (1) the activity process starts from planning, implementation, mentoring and evaluation, (2) the form of activity is in the form of knowledge, independence and cooperation.
